Dear sir/madam,
As informing you that i'm the idea customer from last 12 years, due to my transfer to another place idea network tower is poor.
For that i have ported to airtel in the month of aug-16, unfortunately in airtel also the sim is not activated. Immediately i contacted to airtel customer care, they are informed that its not ported to airtel please contact with idea customer care.
I have contacted with idea customer care and they are informed its already port out from idea (Please contact with airtel customer care).
Like that from last 8 months i'm roaming like a dog to airtel and idea office.
But result is zero.

So kindly requesting you that please release my sim [protected] in idea connectivity.
My internet banking's and so many contacts are related to this number is getting problem.
Please accept my request and approve to release my no [protected].

I got an mms on my number [protected].
It is not opening. Whenever I click on the link it leads me to to a page which doesn't open.
I know, MMS is obsolete service. Then, Idea should have told its customers that it doesn't work. She was charged more than 30-40 Rs for it.

I just told her to port out.

Hi team,

I was one of the user of IDEA network and was using postpaid sim. I was initially into 350 pack. I was finally charged Rs 2750 on a month billing. I spoke to customer care executive about this but I didnt receive any help from them. Now I'm receiving a demad draft stating to pay the bill or there would be a case filled against me as per the law. I would not be in a position to pay the amount of Rs 2750. It's really frustrating, continuously I am getting flash message within interval of 30 seconds. Its very irritating, several times I complaint to the costumer care then also I am receiving flash messages. Its my humble request to stop flash message on my number.

Ir today i got a call from idea person-sultan (As per true caller) [protected] using words (Tumari himat kaise hui port karane ki) and (Tumari ab me bajata hu) by calling your friends to whome you called earlier.. Sir person is also having my old calls record also... How this is possible idea share my numbers with mafias (Sultan)

Pls help me to resolve.

This is regarding termination of services of post paid mobile no. [protected]. A letter to terminate the
Ervices was given to the idea outlet (Mahalaxmi communication, stadium road bareilly), dated 4/11/2016.
An amount of rs. 1000/- was deposited against the bill of rs.992/- the interesting thing is that the sim
Was not being used and the plan was for rs.599/- when the sim was not being used how can services be
Availed, because the sim was not being used. Still we paid the extra amount. We were told that the
Ervices would be blocked with effect from november, but we again got a bill for the period 21feb-20th
March 2017. This is not ending and every month we get a bill of the same amount. Last bill came on 21st
April.
Please solve the matter, as we have already paid all the dues. An early response to this complaint will

On 11th May evening, I have got an SMS confirming that Idea has deducted rs 29 from mobile balance. This balance deduction message came after I complete a voice call. As I never download anything outside google play store and when the deduction message came I was in a call, naturally situation was not clear to me. So, I asked customer care why they have deducted the amount? They said that I have download a content but not give any details of the content. I explained them that I was in the middle of a voice call and how it's possible to download a content at same time? Also briefed the fact that I never download anything outside play store and never use any chargeable application. I request them that whether they will refund my money but answer was negative. I write mail to customer care and appellate authority but they have not responded. In this circumstances, requesting to look into the matter at earliest.

Since 3 months I have been requesting them to cancel deactivate my services but their retention team is trying to retain by giving fake offers but till date no waiver is given and they are literally forcing to pay bill every month.

They are not honouring my address change request also since 3 months each and every time they reject without any reason, without uninforming the customer.

They really horrible in service delivery.

In my phone i got money deducted while i was trying to check my balance. I didnt even ask for confirmation, i just got msg saying that money has been deducted, this is the worst company to stay any more. Thanks for valuable service, i am going to port to other networks. When i called to customer care that ##### was even rude - company deserves the employ.

And moreover charged me with rs 650 by subscribing to the plan without my knowledge and then when i am not using the number. then a customer care girl calls to my family and my all other contacts and uses harsh words on them .She said that she is calling on behalf of a courier company and is saying that she will use abuse unless they provide them what she wants.Some girl named soni called from mobile number [protected].

As a previledge customer i'm trying to draw your attention. At the time of changing the bill plan the customer service team are not explained the 3g data services hidden norms. On[protected] i had change
My bill plan from ultimate 899 to ultimate 499 for availing the data service and others. As per the recommedation from the customer service team i changed the bill plan. According to the information earlier i used lg 3g handset which has registered with the company (Idea celluar) currently, i changed the handset and using vivo 4g handset. As per the plan benefits mentioned for 3g compatible handset customer will get 1gb 3g data and for 4g handset customer will get 3gb 3g data, but still im not getting any 3gb data. Now the customer service team explained me that i will start to receive services from[protected] bill cycle date. I need yor assistance in an immediate basis. Dear sir,
With reference to the above subject I have purchased a idea sim with number [protected] with recharge of 445 for 60 days daily 1 GB net. I was using since 20 days but from last night 10/05/2017 Internet not working . i have called so many times in customer cares every time different executive given me different solution like setting of phone, switch off/ON mobile, i have tried all. But still problem not resolved. Sorry to say that its indicates your poor service . if possible try to resolve issue otherwise i have to appeal in consumer forums.
