Dear sir,
With reference to the above subject I have purchased a idea sim with number [protected] with recharge of 445 for 60 days daily 1 GB net. I was using since 20 days but from last night 10/05/2017 Internet not working . i have called so many times in customer cares every time different executive given me different solution like setting of phone, switch off/ON mobile, i have tried all. But still problem not resolved. Sorry to say that its indicates your poor service . if possible try to resolve issue otherwise i have to appeal in consumer forums.

I have lost my mobile on 10/05/2017 and I have applied for idea duplicate Sim bearing my Mobile no [protected] at idea store New Plot Janipura Jammu on 10/05/2017 at 1.pm.
The Company charged RS 70 from me and issued a duplicate Sim but it's Now 11/05/2017 10.pm my sim has not been activated yet.
I am facing a lot of difficulties due to non activation of my Sim.
Pls do the needful as I am suffering a lot.

I am getting unnecessary bill amount // over billing charges from idea postpaid
I have registered & given complain to idea customer care dealer
Complaint so many time for portability from postpaid to prepaid & over billing reasons but doesnt got anytype of response from them

I got fraud call on 5/11/2017 saying my citi credit and debit card reward points got expired and you can opt for cash back amount of 4785 rs. Caller asked me to provide credit and debit card number to get amount back. Initially I denied sharing personal details. But after some discussion I agreed to share my Debit card nos and OTP. Amount got deducted from my account instantly thrice and was transferred to IDeaMoney like

My no. [protected] was previously a airtel number which i was using for so many years happily without any problems. Due to office, i port this number to idea few month back. From there my problems started. First of all idea agent sh. Bhushan give me 4g plan without my permission. My mobile supports 3g. In airtel my bill never crosses rs. 1000.00 .but here in name of internet usages bogus bills generated. Further. I come to now that my previous bill with airtel is pending. I pay all the amount of airtel in cash to idea agent who look after porting, however i again pay the bill now. Now again to another idea agent sh.ajay i pay rs.1970.00 as idea bill. But my number was not started. You are requested to look into the matter. Start the services and reimburse me extra bill amount which is taken from me in name of internet charges.

I got a retention call from Idea after i raised a port out request. In call they mentioned that they will reduce 300 rs in current bill as in current bill it overcharged compared to other network call rates.
And customer care suggested a plan which suits to my requirement which is 349 plan (Unlimited phone calls to PAN india, 2GB internet, unlimited SMS, incoming roaming free), as i am valued and loyal customer they offered this plan for 299 rs and said this plan is activated for my mobile number.

As they promised 300 rs reduced in that month bill amount.

As they mentioned unlimited calls plan activated, i used for STD calls, now i got a bill 1290rs which is for STD calls, so i emailed to IDEA customer about the issue. and called to customer care number 5 times. Each time they say they have raised a complaint, but there is no resolution.

Idea really cheats customers to get money. This is really too bad for such a big company, you can get money with ethical business also.

I had a good opinion about Aditya biral group, now i lost everything.

I will try as many friends to switch from idea, i will tell each and everyone.

I wanted to post in every social network about this issue so that all will aware about idea cheating.

Hope idea management will learn to ethical business.

1. On date 10/5/2017 @ 2:47 pm (Ist) first transaction of 5000/- rs at ideamoney.

2. On date 10/5/2017 @ 2:47 pm (Ist) second transaction of 5000/- rs at ideamoney.

3. On date 10/5/2017 @ 2:51 pm (Ist) third transaction of 5000/- rs at idea money.

4. On date 10/5/2017 @ 2:52 pm (Ist) fourth transaction of 5000/- rs at idea money.

Request you to credit the amount to the card.

I have registered the police complaint for immediate action.

My number is [protected], postpaid company number. I want my last 10 sms numbers to whom i have messaged (Sentbox or outbox) or atleast send me the number to whom i have sent message on 8/05/2017 beginning with 733... Unexpectedly i have deleted and i need this number urgently

After visiting my native, the idea company has not provided me any network and they requested me to pay the bill, after paying the bill last month since i didnt recieve any network, i have'nt used my idea network last month completely & again they are asking me daily to pay the bill.

I would like to tell you that i visited idea store at hisar, haryana more than 4 months back just to pay my bill and get the number out o[censored]se from my list.

The number was [protected]. I paid rs 600, and i was assured that things are correct and number will be closed. Based on good faith i took no receipt from them. They generally don't give. Now again i got some message again next month regarding the bill generation for the same number.

I visited the store again. They did something. And i got a mail that the service request has been closed.

By then that time, i never got any bill. I was happy.

Never used that number. I don't know who is using that number now.

But idea team is running after me.

Are they not aware of the fact that my number [protected] is in their silver list. Regular payment of that number i do.

Till this non - sense from the idea team.

I would love to say that team at idea head office hisar, idea office delhi people shall be fired. They don't have an idea of the customer profile. '

They don't listen to customer concern. Straight away abuse the customer.

Completely unhappy. Giving up my all numbers now. Don't want any service from idea.

I want action against such team.

And against people due to whose error this all happened. That it is still showing rs 600 plus against my name.

Hi, i have been customer of idea for long, one of my number which had closed and also paid the disputed amount (1500). However after 3 months i received a call from so called delhi high court, a lady whose number is 70654 xx60x, saying a case has been registered and i need to talk to advocate ashok malhotra whose number she gave me[protected], i made a call to this ashok malhotra, on which he started with much abusive language, still in a calm way i did answer his queries and tried to calm him, however he went on abusing and threatened me with dire consequences if i dont pay 2017 rps. Being a ordinary citizen and a rule abiding one, calls made in this way on the name of court is really sick process. Few things which crossed my mind are as follows.

1) the lady and the lawyer has my residential details, also the lawyer threatened me that he will send goons at my place and will take me to court forcibly by dragging me.

2) this also puts me in dilema, the verfication process which is been done, is for what?? Is it to ensure that we are threaten??

3) does m/s idea cellular is hand in hand and does support such kind of treamtment to loyal customer, point to be noted is i have 3 pre paid and one post paid sim of idea, on post paid my bills have been amounting to more that 5 k at times, where the payment has been done on regular basis without any complaints, because i didnt find there has been over excess of billing. Similarly to the number in dispute for which i am not ready to pay the amount i did find the amount is not legitimate, that is why i am not ready to pay the whole amount.

4) issues pertaining to this can be solved amicably at least with those customers where they have been paying bills regularly, threatening them with dire consequences is not the solution.

5) does idea take the responsibility of such abusive calls that are made in those names???

6) the address which the so called lawyer and the lady has, from where they got the address? Does idea take the responsibility if there is unlawful activity happening at my residence?

I am totally stressed, tensed and totally dis appointed the way idea cellular has shared my personal details to so called lawyer.

The only thing is we can do is to complaint.

Iam a student i didnt use my sim for 80 days as being in hostel and i came back and switch oned my phone it worked one day so i made a recharge on next day of 153 and 99 then my sim worked till afternoon after recharge and from after noon it is not working
I made call to customer care and reported they sais it is in active and visit idea store i visited my near idea store they are saying to call customer care please reactivate my sim and avail me my balance

My Idea Mobile No. is [protected]. I paid Rs. 1000/- on 2nd May, 2017 at IDEA outlet in Bima Nagar in Bangalore. the Bill was only Rs. 113. I received SMS confirmation from IZ- IDEA for Rs. 113 and Rs. 887 vide reference nos.[protected] and[protected] respectively. What the hell is My Dala pack. I Have been charged ₹29 unnecessary. I was not satisfied by customer care support.
Their replied that you have were charged for downloading a paid content.I don't know what is Mydala pack for, and I will be downloading it?

I am a Idea customer [protected] this is my number am in idukki chettukuzhi idea 3G, 4G, 2G coverage issue in few months a lot of customers complent in ur customer care service and idea store in chettukuzhi but can't cleared this issue we are ready to port option. So clear this issue and better service we are waiting for five day our area was large and population is high in this area only one tower in chettukuzhi town .Town outside area fully coverage and data speed issue .Data speeds screenshot attached for this complent

My previous sim (idea) was lost after which I bought the new sim and they said verification would be by call on my second number but 1 week has passed and still nothing happened

I recharge my idea mobile no. [protected] of rs. 399 offer recharge. Offer showing - 1 gb data per day, idea to idea unlimited call and 3000 minutes other connection call and valid for 70 days. Where as i got the offer 512 mb data and other benefits for 35 days only which is exactly half of the announced offer. So requesting you kindly solve the issues as priority basis otherwise we have to think to switch over in other connection...
