I recharged my mobile number [protected]on 03/05/2017, with amount Rs.50. Deducted form my ICICI a/c. But in my account showing recharge processed and i even did not received email for this order. So i requested you please refund my amount Rs.50 as soon as possible.

    I got a special offer saying that if you recharge for 347 I will get unlimited all India calls +4gb data for 28 days.
    I recharged for the same
    I got the net pack activated, but the call is not unlimited. After the recharge I got a message saying that the pack is activated. But I got charged for the very next call itself.
    I need to get clarification on this issue. If no proper action or if I'm not getting an explanation I'm going to cancel or port the SIM.

    I got a call from ICMS for some complaint in Delhi Court. I have ported my Idea no. long time back and while porting itself i have cleared all dues. There is nothing outstanding. Still I am getting threat calls.
    I fail to understand this and want clarification or I shall take appropriate action against this.

      Raised a request 1st time for migration and it was cancelled on 27/04/2017 for some technical issues (Idea fault).

      Went to idea store on 27/04/2017, raised request for 2nd time. The message came on 29/04/2017 that "request could not process at the moment due to outstanding in your postpaid account" (This time it was my fault as data was consumed in between and the unbill amount of appr. Rs. 450 was generated) so the request was cancelled.

      Again went to idea store on 29/04/2017, cleared all unbill amount, paid some extra amount (They said deposit on pro-rata basis) and raised a request for 3rd time. This time i all my account bill was clear and i have not used my idea connection for either calling or for data. Still i got message from idea on 03/05/2017 stating the same reason as above and the request was cancelled.

      I went to idea store again on 03/05/2017, asked him (The representative at idea store) for a reason for cancellation of my request. He replied, "i can only raise a request from here and don't know the reason for cancellation, you should ask idea customer care the reason for cancellation". I had faith that this time it won't happen again and raised request for 4th time after depositing some amount (He said it as deposit on pro-rata basis). And it happened again, a message from idea came on 03/05/2017 stating the same reason again (Outstanding in your account). I immediately called idea customer care (12345) asked her reason for cancellation. She replied, "your account bills are cleared and also the deposit amount is more that sufficient". I asked, "then why request is being cancelled again and again". She replied, "sir this is due to some technical issues with idea, we are sorry for that". I asked her to take my request online but she refuessed and told me to go to idea store again. I mean how much time i have to go to idea store for the mistake of idea???

      Still i went to idea store on 05/05/2017, this time it was for raising request for 5th time. Asked him to take my request again for 5th time (This time the representative also tired of taking my request). He raised my request again for 5th time. And it happened again, the request was cancelled for same reason (Outstanding in your account) on 08/08/2017. I called customer care right after receiving that message from idea. Told him all the story as i explained above and asked him why are you (Idea cellular) are doing this with me. I also asked him to check my bills and deposit. He confirmed that all things are clear from me but due some technical issue the request was cancelled and asked me to go to idea store and raise a request again (Seriously..???). I have recorded the call this time, but since here i can only upload video or picture, i have not attached anything.

      This time also requested him to take my request online but he refuessed by saying we can not take request online. Then what is the use of internet and all these technologies if every time i have to go to that idea store (Faltu store) to raise a request that will going to be cancelled in next 2-3 days for no reason (Or faltu reason to be specific).

      This time i am completely frustrated with this all. I am both mentally as well as physically harassed. I am working guy and usually don't have much time left for myself after office hours and due to such acts (You can say criminal acts, as they force peoples to do physical work for their own mistakes). But these peoples (Idea cellular) are forcing there customer to stay in there network by doing these silly acts (Completely disappointed). If i go to idea store to raise a request again, they will first ask for deposit and again cancel my request. I think due to reliance jio, idea found a new way for earning money by harassing people like this.

      Idea should stop this non sense. I am mentally tortured by idea. And if necessary, i will file a case against idea for this. Idea should take my request online and resolve it immediately and also idea should pay me instead as i went to idea store for more than 5 times that wasted my precious time as well as money.

      Today it is 11/05/2017 and still Idea has not even contacted me for this.. Worst service by Idea. Idea is harassing people like me by not providing service to their customers at all. TRAI should have a control over this type of nonsense acts of IDEA.

            My flexi no. Is [protected] i have done recharge of rs. 349 at no. [protected] on 22.04.2017. I eligible for rs. 10 commission in "aaj ka idea" scheme but not received till now. Also eligible for 5% commission rs. 17.45 where as received rs. 17.00 only. Company cheating with me for rs. 10.00 + 0.45 = rs. 10.45
            This happen once before this & received after complaint.

              I have port in my airtel number into idea. Gallery people ask me for rs. 300.00/- for activation, i paid the amount and ask them for receipt but they refuse me to provide the receipt. So i ask in another gallery of idea. They told me that no such amount is required for port into idea. For a safer side i called customer care center and asked them about this they too told me that no such money customer have to pay for porting in idea. And ask me to call customer care in front of that gallery people. But the gallery executive and owner too have refused to talk and refuse to return my amount and also refuse to provide me with the receipt of the amount i paid.
              I think these people are cheating and collecting money by wrong way from common people.
              Either i want my money back or i want the receipt for my payment.
              Kindly help with the better information and solution.

                I have 6-7 connection (Cug) of idea but since last 3-4 monthe i m not getting the hard copy of the bill. Many times i complained to all the comp representative but every body making fool to me. With out the detailing how we can deposited the bill,
                Noe i want to change the portability i became fade up with all the idea comp. They says u just pay the bill without the invoice this is only the procedure we have now.

                  As per your offer 247 karnataka plan daily 1gb 4g data and unlimited idea to idea 70days validity. I recharged rs 247 now i got 512mb data only the offer is not valid why are you promoting? Customer executives also no idea about 247 plan they directly said i dont know. When i ask to connect senior executive they told senior executives are busy call back after 3hrs.
                  Plz solve the issue

                        I have been reading news on dailyhunt app then a msg came that -

                        Dear customer,
                        Thank you for downloading mydala powered deal from mydala.
                        You have been charged rs. 29

                        (Time - 6 may 2017 3:24pm)

                        When i call to the costumer care the are tell that it has been deducted for some content (Suppose if i did that then there should be some downloaded content in drop down?). They don't give any detail about it.
                        (I have already ported from vodafone to idea for the same reason and now they are going to merge😵, now i will go for another 😠 e. G. Airtel)

                        Please 🙏 do something for such type of deduction.

                        As soon as I uploaded this complaint, there is call from[protected] asking the mode of recharging balance of mobile no.(netbanking/debit card etc) why????
                        I cut that Mobile communication, and searched this[protected] no. on Google, it shows - it's customer care number of ICICI bank, not idea!!! Why???
                        If idea want to payback my money, they can easily credit to my - idea money wallet..Right? Why asking such bank details??

                        Now again, I have been watching videos on TubeMate(YouTube downloader); 2 times idea deducted my main balance!!
                        Why -!dea - are you mad?
                        Why are you (!dea) activating VAS without intimation, you have deducted my balance 2 more times-
                        1)Music Box(₹75/- on 2July 2017)
                        2) Mobiclips (₹25/- on 6July2017)
                        If you will not refund my money(including last deduction of ₹29/-) we will switch to another network. We are total 8 nos(my family members), and all are connected to my - My Idea app account.
                        Just wait and watch after next 4 months...you will get PORT SMS from all my 8 nos. 😬

                              I'm working in a corporate company

                              I was using a MTS Blaze dongle 40 GB plan paying a monthly bill around Rs. 1, 149/-. One of Idea's vendor had installed a stall in our company​ in which they offered a postpaid connection for 60GB plan Rs. 600/-

                              I gave them the necessary documents for processing the connection. The vendor told me my sim card will be activated once the document verification is done. After a one week follow up a person from Idea visited our house but the activation was getting delayed. Later when we called up the customer care to find out they told a shocking reason that we live in a asbestos house and so they can't provide the service.

                              How can they reject a simple postpaid sim connection for just Rs. 600 plan based on a people where they dwell.

                              I'm working in a corporate company earning 5 lakhs per annum. The house where I live is my own house in a metropolitan city.

                              This is a very disappointing response from Idea for a common man despite all those commercials and false promotions.

                              I request the forum to do rightful thing on this issue.

                                Hi, After changing my Idea cellular plan mid billing cycle, Idea has charged my previous usage based on prorated overage charges without any notice or any form of communication. I have all the emails and communications saved. They keep closing my complaint request without any solution. I find this a malpractice. And violation of right to information.                                   Today, rs. 29 was deducted from my balance and a message came stating that i had downloaded mydala powered deal which is false and i did not download any such thing from my phone. Also, nothing as told in the message have been downloaded. After getting such sms i searched on my mobile but not found any such downloaded thing. Surprise is that it downloaded at 1.14 a. M whrn i was sleeping. So, i want to have my deducted balance refunded as soon as possible.

                                    My 346 rs recharge was successful.. Got the msg also.. But no data credited.. Only voice call... When i called to customer care they accepted that it's their fault but now they are telling it's my fault.. There was no offer to my mobile but i recharged only after i got the message.. Worst service.. Really it was disappointing.. I was aiming to get data not only voice call.. I would have recharged for 246 if i wanted only voice call

I also have received message "Free 1 GB Data" many times. What is the meaning of Fee Data when you are charging 250 for it and also adding without my confirmation.

                                        1) i am idea corporate user. My number is[protected]. My normal bill is in the range of 2000 rs per month. I am using idea for last 10+ years. My credit limit is 4000 rs. I received call from idea that there is plan available of 499 rs unlimited calling. I thought on it and few days later i called idea call center and asked for 499 rs unlimited calling plan. I was told that my bill will come only to 2000 rs max with plan and today i received bill as 7200 rs.. This is a total fraud by idea. Outrageous charges on my data usage by idea. I had 250 rs 1.5 gb data already so i asked many times to the person that my data wont be affected with more charge right? the person said no, 1.5 gb 250 rs will continue and my bill will be reduced from 2400 rs

                                        2) also another issue is that how can i receive 7200 rs as bill when my credit limit is just 4000 rs? i called customer care and got to know that my credit limit has automatically been increased to 12, 000 rs. Who gave right to idea to increase my credit limit? this is most un-ethical and illegal behavior by idea. I didn't make request to increase by credit limit from 4000 rs to 12, 000 rs. Do u have any proof like that?

                                        3) whatever i have been charges by idea is 5 rs per mb. What non sense is this? what rate is this ? reliance jio is giving 1 gb daily free and idea is charging so heavily? 5 rs per mb? 5000 rs per 1 gb ? immediately reverse my data charges. I am not going to pay more than 2400 rs at any cost. If my charges are not reversed, i am not going to pay a single rupee to idea. I have reliance gio and i will use that only and idea can stop my services i don't mind at all. Such a fraud by idea that i am planning to give this to media and raise a customer complaint in grahak manch.

                                        4) at the time of changing the plan, idea should tell the customer about overcharging on data plan but idea purposely doesnt tell anything
