I have Ported from Airtel Prepaid to Idea and submitted my application @ idea store Tolichowki on 29th April, got new sim, my Airtel sim got disconnected today on 4th May 2017, after inserting my idea sim and tried activating my number by dialing 59059 i got the error: invalid number. since then tried reaching customer care 5 times after struggling for 2 hours I reached customer care executive kommana verma who is rude and speaking like he is going to kill me if i dont listen to him, he dont even want to speak in english, he wants Telugu only no matter what, when I explain my issue he simply said remove and re insert sim and try again. the experience was like speaking an illiterate person in a vulgar slang, every word of him was like a warning literally.
Tried recharging on website and unable to receive OTP, nor paytm and banking applications worked. feeling irritated for the first time service of idea after porting. tried calling customer care again. and this time the guy said. server is shutting down I have to disconnect to call. said same line three times and disconnected the call.. I'm lost in this stupid process of porting. need support.
