1) i am idea corporate user. My number is[protected]. My normal bill is in the range of 2000 rs per month. I am using idea for last 10+ years. My credit limit is 4000 rs. I received call from idea that there is plan available of 499 rs unlimited calling. I thought on it and few days later i called idea call center and asked for 499 rs unlimited calling plan. I was told that my bill will come only to 2000 rs max with plan and today i received bill as 7200 rs.. This is a total fraud by idea. Outrageous charges on my data usage by idea. I had 250 rs 1.5 gb data already so i asked many times to the person that my data wont be affected with more charge right? the person said no, 1.5 gb 250 rs will continue and my bill will be reduced from 2400 rs

2) also another issue is that how can i receive 7200 rs as bill when my credit limit is just 4000 rs? i called customer care and got to know that my credit limit has automatically been increased to 12, 000 rs. Who gave right to idea to increase my credit limit? this is most un-ethical and illegal behavior by idea. I didn't make request to increase by credit limit from 4000 rs to 12, 000 rs. Do u have any proof like that?

3) whatever i have been charges by idea is 5 rs per mb. What non sense is this? what rate is this ? reliance jio is giving 1 gb daily free and idea is charging so heavily? 5 rs per mb? 5000 rs per 1 gb ? immediately reverse my data charges. I am not going to pay more than 2400 rs at any cost. If my charges are not reversed, i am not going to pay a single rupee to idea. I have reliance gio and i will use that only and idea can stop my services i don't mind at all. Such a fraud by idea that i am planning to give this to media and raise a customer complaint in grahak manch.

4) at the time of changing the plan, idea should tell the customer about overcharging on data plan but idea purposely doesnt tell anything

My idea number [protected] has no network coverage for the last 25-30 days. I have complaint to the idea customer care office three times. But till now no solution for the problem.My complaint number is SR 1-[protected]. The area of connection is south delhi.
Now i decided to port my number to any other mobile company

Myself Prasanjit Sarkar from Agartala, Tripura.Last year in september I was join Idea cellular as a Post-Paid Lerner. Mr. Sushanta Dasgupta from Agartala Idea Zonal office recruit me. He said me that company will give me Rs. 40 per post-paid connection. Then I start my work from 5 th september. I work there for 3 months but company did not pay my salary. After that I leave the company in december. Its about 8 months company do not pay my salary. Almost every day I call Mr. Sushanta Dasgupta for my salary but everyday he says next week next month etc... Still company pay nothing to me. But now I am lossing my patience. Last I inform our Agartala Idea zonal office ZBM Mr. Atunu Rao. But nothing happened... Now what can I do for my 3 mont's salary. its about 15000... Ear sir/madam,

I had taken above mentioned number in the late august 2016 under lower rent for my personal use.

After taking connection have received my first bill around 150 rs. Which i paid online.

But after this due to coverage issue i have taken other co number and processed for cancellation at your idea store at new cg road.. Chandkheda

But again after two months i had received notice for bill payment which is around 600+ rs... Which are totally non usage because i already used other numbers... But as genuine customer i again visited store and paid all amount (Non usage) and process for cancellation.

But again in last month i was surprised that you people had again send me legal notice of rs. 660+.. So i again paid the amount and request them to process for cancellation..

But this month i had received bill of 140 rs /-.. How??? My number was already non usage from last 8 months and i am paying amount as you force me that if you will not pay will go to the court and you people are reactivating my number and sending me bill every month instead of doing cancellation.

Please look into matter.. My number was not in used after october 16 and you people are charging me every month, re activating my number without my consent, sending notice for payment for which i had not used..

Please provide me the reason why & who had re activated my number without my consent.. Or you people have such process or policy of trai for reactivating non used number of customer

I need all clarity regarding this other wise this time i will go to the court / trai for such malpractices.

IDEA cellular restricting intentionally from port out as my all bills were cleared, and when I visited IDEA store located at indore as well as mapusa goa, the behaviour of outlet store people is so rude.
also the way IDEA treats there customer is very unethical. I also contacted customer care on 198 and 12345 reply is only "I am sorry sir for what ur suffering" but no one help me out to port out.

I have rec a sms from idea that unlimited 3g/4g data by recharge of 198.
I recharge my mobile with 198 but i have not received unlimited data benefit.

Idea customer care not give any positive response.

I have been facing a lot of trouble while placing calls on my Idea mobile over the past few (3 or more) months. There are frequent call drops, disturbances in the line and network issues. At times, I am not able to make or receive any calls at all and a message is displayed, saying - 'Call not allowed' or 'Network Busy'.
Even restarting my mobile and inserting the SIM in other mobiles has no effect on this problem - which is indicative of the problem being solely with the SIM or Idea network.

I have axis bank account no * * * 3352 and my contact no is [protected]. I got a call from fraudster dt[protected] and asked to share the otp, by mistaken i have shared the otp and amount of rs 9998/- with ref tno ecom pur/ideamoney/mumbai/040517/12:39 and ecom pur/ideamoney/mumbai/040517/12:28 was debited from my account two times with 4999/- for each time and credited to idea money.
Request you to kindly look into the issue and reverse the amount to axis bank.

I had used idea app to change my plan on 19th april. After doing that in mid month i got charged for gprs uses from 4th april to 19 the april that is rs 9392/- instead of 5gb free plan. When i saw this on idea app i called customer care and spoke with service adviser and he told me it will get reimbursed at the time of billing you should not worry for the same and you'll be charged as per old plan till 19th and from 19th you'll be charged as per new plan for gprs use.

Upon receiving bill on 5th may... I could see gprs charges from 4th april to 19th april are charged rs 9392/- and im shocked, when i called to register complain for dispute billing call centre clearly refused to take my complain and being your so old and select customer i was ill treated by your idea customer care and they are not ready to take my complain at all and they said its your mistake that you did not call us before changing the plan on idea app (Fyi idea app did not mention any cost or warning about mid month plan change charges and etc etc)

Odiously a person changes his plan to save money and not get charged for 9392/- gprs internet uses...

I changed my plan to save my money and not to spend my money..

My all company numbers are by idea and i did not expect this kind of billing fault and now i feel i should check my all employee bill if they have been mis billed like this every time.

I request to reimburse and send me normal bill if you as grievance redressal officer think im not at fault.

I am writing to complain about the fraudulent transaction done in my account and fund routed to IDEAMONEY. My personal details are stolen and details are used to commit fraud.

Prestigious brand like you or No merchant would like to do business with a stolen card and fraud people.
In my account, transaction have done today on 5th may 2017 at 6.00PM around and i am sending this fraudulent transaction detail in 24 hour for recovering/blocking the transaction which has not done by me.

Transaction Amount: Rs.4999

As per your instruction, Transaction narration and my debit card details shared separately.

My account have debited with above transactions which did not make by me .Request you to block the transaction and revert the amount in my account.

I am a senior citizen and depend on my saving amount only so please take effective step to recover my money back.

Date 5-5-2017 mob no [protected] I was recharge data plan of 297 but it was not activated & than call customer care he told me this plan of 297 are not available this is deactivated & my balance will not refund. My complaint about information & recharge list are mentioned 297₹ data unlimited pack. Now how to refund my money & inconvenience mental problems.

Today i. E on[protected] i was charged 29 rupees stating that it was charged for mydala service on my idea number [protected]

I know nothing about this service and i have never subscribed to it.
I sincerely request to look into this issue and i want my deducted amount back into my idea balance.
I need an explanation how mydala service involved with ideacellualar.

My name is deepak and using no :[protected] since many years, and paid my bill in time, co have issued me a bill (April -2017month) of rs 572.5 bill no [protected] due date[protected] with adding of rs 335.26 in name of adjustment whose amount is not cleared by customer care. Today co have also stop my outgoing call regarding not payment of bill whose amount is due on[protected]. How co have stop my outgoing call before due date as on[protected] of bill. Today i have to be need an emergency call for some reason from my no whose bill is not due but my phone shows that my no is barried my co (Idea celluar punjab) due to reason of not payment of bill. Is it possible.? (Stop outgoing call before due date)
Now i decided not to kept any relation of that cheated co who have left alone me in my emergency, tomarrow i will decide to portait my and my friends all no to another co (Except idea celluar punjab) i also suggest to my friends not to keep any relation to just type of fraud co.

I got a call from[protected]. The lady told me that she was calling from credit card division and wanted to give me a cash back because my reward points had expired. She said that she could transfer it to my icici debit card and took the details.
Later, noticed that an amount of 19500 has been deducted from my account over 4 transactions of 4875 each.
These transactions were not authorized by me and have been debited to an vin/ideamoney account.
Please reverse this to my icici account at the earliest. Request your co-operation in this regard.

Please note that i have charged every month nearly 200 to 300 rupees for downloading something called nazara. I have not downloaded anything so far as i don't have to do such things.. My cell no. Is [protected].
Please do the needful as many times i have contacted idea but no use.
I cant believe such a good communication company is doing this.
I have noted lot of people having same issues..
Do the needful or i have to take some other actions.

Hi,

I am using idea post paid corporate plan. Idea offer new corporate plan as 3g internet 1gb & 2g internet unlimited. After plan change req. Before billing dated. But plan change in between billing cycle. Without my notice and generated more bill for the month of april 2017. My idea portal credit limit only 1000/- but bill generated more than 1000/-

So i wanted to recharge my idea number and went to idea online recharge at https://care.ideacellular.com.

After entering my number, i went into "my offers" section which asked for an otp. I received the otp, entered it and could see few offers.

I selected one offer who's mrp was rs799 and benefits was "ul i2i+3000min+[protected]@rs799".

And went for payment and did recharge.

Problem: i only got 2gb/day, which totals to 112 gb in 56 days, not 140 gb.

Thus information on website is wrong and misleading and i am cheated by idea.
