I have requested for port mob-[protected], this was port on dated[protected] but sim is not revived whom sent by courier & docu. Number was not provided by telephoner. New sim get by idea store but that was not activate in last two days. This is my second bad experience with idea.

    I had received legal recovery notice from SA Associates, Advocates and Solicitor from Bangalore for non payment of Idea bill for Rs.632 against A/c ID[protected] on 20.02.2017.

    In this connection I have replied detailed mail for which I have not received any reply from Idea customer/Advocates. Email photo copy attached for your reference

    Today I am getting call from [protected] from legal division Delhi to make the payment. I have explained him, but he is not ready to listen. He was threatening me saying that within 4 days police will come and arrest you. He was calling me so many times and for me not able concentrate to my work also. I am really getting irritate from this call.

    Since I have already made the payment till the date of cancellation as per their calculation.

    I request you to kindly rectify this issue at the earliest.

      The above connection is in the name of ms. Sujatha p. This to inform you that i have paid the monthly bill for feb-17 (Paid on 10/3/17 at 7.36 pm for rs.1272.45 thru' credit card bearing transaction id no. Hcmp[protected]), which is not updated in your records and you have charged penalty charges on the same and today 02/05/2017, you have debarred my connection. Currently, i am using the service provider 'vodafone' and from their end they had informed that connection has been debarred for non-payment. I have paid the charges on the due date. Hence, there is no necessity for penalty charges. There is no amount due as of date against my no. [protected].

      Kindly look in to your records and restore my connection as soon as possible.

              Hi sir,

              Here i am using idea postpaid sim. Here in my bill idea added 40 rs more and when i called at customer care than they said that i have used any gprs service, but as i remember i didn't use this type of service, and i have also active internet pack than also they are saying this charge is for browsing, any paid site, but i didn't. I will not pay this extra charge so please give attention towards my problem.

                    Through online recharge from the idea cellular site, amount of Rs. 176 (internet pack) was deducted from my bank account but recharge was unsuccessful. This has occurred twice now and I need either refund or the recharge done at the earliest. The transaction ID is [protected] for Rs.176.00 on[protected]:28:50

                    Make sure to prevent such occurances in the future.

                    I am unable to make outgoing calls while roaming.The incoming calls and data services seem to be working fine.i have made repeated calls to your customer care while in home network but to no avail.Now as I am in roaming I cannot even call customer care .

                        Hello i am prepaid subscriber of idea in himachal. My no. Is [protected] and i am using it from last 2 months it has no network coverage in my area from the date when i am using idea

                        I call & complain many time in idea cus. Care regarding network coverage in this area but idea is not doing anything abt it

                          Dear sir,
                          I am bal krishna dubey from south delhi. I'm using idea connection from last 10 years with different numbers. Sir, i ported a number (Which is [protected]) into idea postpaid in october. First of all the said person (Vendors or marketing team) spent more than one month to activate new connection, but i ignored. I gave 100 rupees for new connection they do not showed it in any bill, i requested for that but they don't. I again ignored. Again they added extra charges in my bill, then i decided that i will not pay any amount till they call me. After that they said "no you have to pay entire amount". After many conversation on phone i decided i will pay only for amount i used, "no extra charges will pay".in between my number's outgoing and incoming stopped.
                          Now from last three days some person calling to my contacts and saying rubbish and calling many times a day to single contact. This is a very bad thing that misuse of personal data and calling many times a day. When i calling said person they will not pickup my call. The number from which my contacts getted call are: [protected].

                            I had submitted document on 27 and asked them to change my number from postpaid to prepaid now i am not able to use my number.

                            Postpaid connection is blocked and no network in sim same with prepaid.
                            O i called customer care and got response that my document is not submitted yet.

                            Calling to mahakala enterprises but no answer.
                            Please help

                                M idea postpaid bill has a new item called "premium sms" which i dont know what is for and how they charged without my knowledge of subscribing something like that. When i called the customer care, they told it is a third party item and if i install that charges will be deducted. I am using a normal basic phone which dont have any smartphone features so that i can install something like that. In fact i haven't used the mobile data also. Dont now why idea is doing something fraud like this without informing the customer about this.

                                      I have recharged with 4g pack on my number [protected]. I am very unhappy with the speed i am getting. It's not at all 4g speed, even 2g speed is better than the speed i am receiving right now. And this is the constant problem I am facing. To people who are reading this please don't buy idea sim cards, you will be very disappointed if you experience the services of idea.
                                      In the below pic, you can see the speed i am receiving. It's in bytes not even in kilobytes.

                                        I am postpaid user of idea mobile bill and i use two idea mo numbers in one share it plan.
                                        My usual bill amount was 1300-to 1400 /month but in the month of april my mobile increased drastically without increase in its uses and it was rs2318.95 and when i checked details of bill, one rs 900 / plan was additionally activated without my permission.
                                        In todays era, when most of the telecommunication companies has reduced their rate of plans so drastically, charging rs 2318/ for one month bill is how fare and that is also without customers permission.
                                        In last 20 days i registered my complain in many idea forums by writing mails and by phone, but unfortunately i do not get any solution.

                                        Request you that please look in to the matter and do the needful so that about 1000rs amount that has charged additionally in april bill, should be deducted in my next month mobile bill and in my may month bill these extra charges of 900plan should also not charge.

                                        despite my regular complain regarding extra charges in the month of April bill, In month of May too same extra amount of 999Plan has been added .
                                        is it the way of IDEA to increase their business ? I am getting very casual response from IDEA customer care, science last one month I am doing follow-up but didn't get any proper response yet .
                                        Kindly confirm me asap with prove that why one extra plan of 999 has added in by bill without my permission and please show some urgency in your response and reduced 2000 that has charged additionally in my April and May months bill .
                                        without you positive response this month I will not pay my bill, Hope I will get any positive response from your side .

                                        How many days you further required to close this issue, ten days has been already passed but their is no respace from your side .

                                        I have asked you many times for prove that why you have increased my Mo bill amount in the month of April and May .

                                        but your casual response is clear cut showing that neither you value your customer nor consumer forum and you have increased by bill amount by fraud just to increase your business .

                                        If you have any prove please show me, why you increased my bill amount without my permission and close this asap .

                                        I will not allow to any person to cheat me for making their own money .
