I am getting calls from no [protected] for non payment. The lady calls from this no is very arrogant and threatening us to file fraud complaints against us.
Please check weather they are your authorised agent and also the way they are talking with the customers.

Sir, I have idea prepaid number [protected] in Mumbai circle. I am regularly getting flash messages from your side which are chargable also. I had requested through customer care to stop these messages but to no avail as I have been charged multiple times. Please stop these messages or I shall have to discontinue using idea prepaid....

I Complaint to Customer Care as well as visited to Idea Store so many times regarding start DND and as well as deactivate all promotional SMS to my both nos ([protected] & [protected]) but after so many call and reminders still i received promotional sms daily from Idea, I think company taking customers for granted and not taking proper action by subscribers
nd there is one more big issue every time you call customer care u have attended...

I have applied for portabilty from idea postpaid to airtel prepaid 2 time on my nos [protected] and [protected]. Both the times request has been rejected from company side with reason that i had given my consent to reject the request. Their is no communication from them for taking my consent. These guys on their own reject the request and give the reason i had given the consent. Take my feedback and help me.

I have reachaged for Rs. 244 in which i have to be given benefit of 70 GB for 70 days 1 GB per day and unlimited local National calling but after recharging has given the data but the local National calling was not given and after I take a call di customer care service they told me that the local National calling is only for Idea to Idea network in the offer it was not written that it is for Idea to Idea and I have also called customer care...

I activated idea jackpot offer launched recently on myidea app.
I got 3gb 3g 4g data (As per sms) on last 20th april 2017.
I never got 3g speed or symbol on my mobile or on any mobile.
I filed complaint on 12345. The most ridiculous solution provided by customer care: they asked me uninstall apps and free the memory!!!
Second, i filed complaint to customercare email id. This time no response.

I am a 70 year old female who requires internet for occasional Skype calls to my daughter's.

On April 12th 2017 I changed my service from 3G to 4G at the aundh myidea store at pune. After changing the sim they told that my plan would change from 1gb 3g per month to 1gb/day 4G within a couple of hours. Bought an Idea Sim. Was advised to call on 59059 for tele-verification. Unable to call as the outgoing service is not activated. How on earth then call the service provider. Dont have any alternate number.
Wrong decision of opting idea...really pathetic people, service and the company....

With lots of pain im writing this to tell that idea has poor internet service in Bengaluru - ITPL to Marathahalli Regions. Im residing here since 2 years. I never ever got a good speed of 4G internet- I raised several complaints and reached your helpdesk. No one responded properly. instead several times the reply was very rude.
I strongly say NO! to people - So far Vodafone and Airtel and Latest JIO serves...
