Dear authorities,
I have been complaining about ms. Sapna, customer service agent, idea caree centre from past one week. I got your aknowleding mail but yet no action has been taken.
For your assistance please note the address as follows :
Ms. Sapna, idea care centre, shop no.11, cell world, green avenue market, amritsar, punjab. Please find attached image of the same.
I have been a regular customer to idea from past decade.in order to get my few connections converted from postpaid to prepaid i went to get some help from my closest idea care center at green avenue branch.
But there ms. Sapna gave me false advice and even served wrong information. She gave me false hopes of getting the job done soon but neglected the same and kept quibbling the same. I kept following her advice and kept sweeping my feet at her door two long months.
Note that my two no. [protected] & [protected] have been quoted out service after my request for same pending from past 3 months. I paid my past 2 months bills just because of her delays.
This complaint urges you to take a strict action against such employees who not only waste customers time and money but also loosen the customer faith in the company.
Hope you understand the matter and do your research over the same.
Raise a severe action against ms. Sapna, idea care, green avenue branch, amritsar.
