Dear sir
I am postpaid user of idea mobile bill and i use two idea mo numbers in one share it plan.
My usual bill amount was 1300-to 1400 /month but in the month of april my mobile increased drastically without increase in its uses and it was rs2318.95 and when i checked details of bill, one rs 900 / plan was additionally activated without my permission.
In todays era, when most of the telecommunication companies has reduced their rate of plans so drastically, charging rs 2318/ for one month bill is how fare and that is also without customers permission.
In last 20 days i registered my complain in many idea forums by writing mails and by phone, but unfortunately i do not get any solution.

Request you that please look in to the matter and do the needful so that about 1000rs amount that has charged additionally in april bill, should be deducted in my next month mobile bill and in my may month bill these extra charges of 900plan should also not charge.

Dear authorities,

I have been complaining about ms. Sapna, customer service agent, idea caree centre from past one week. I got your aknowleding mail but yet no action has been taken.
For your assistance please note the address as follows :
Ms. Sapna, idea care centre, shop no.11, cell world, green avenue market, amritsar, punjab. Please find attached image of the same.

I have been a regular customer to idea from past decade.in order to get my few connections converted from postpaid to prepaid i went to get some help from my closest idea care center at green avenue branch.
But there ms. Sapna gave me false advice and even served wrong information. She gave me false hopes of getting the job done soon but neglected the same and kept quibbling the same. I kept following her advice and kept sweeping my feet at her door two long months.
Note that my two no. [protected] & [protected] have been quoted out service after my request for same pending from past 3 months. I paid my past 2 months bills just because of her delays.
This complaint urges you to take a strict action against such employees who not only waste customers time and money but also loosen the customer faith in the company.

Hope you understand the matter and do your research over the same.
Raise a severe action against ms. Sapna, idea care, green avenue branch, amritsar.

I have an idea mobile number [protected] from past 10 years. I recently shifted to new delhi. Sometimes ago i tried to using my no but i found that my sim card was not working. I contacted to the nearest idea store in delhi and they told me that my no is inactive. They told me to contact nearest idea store where i initially purchased the sim. So far i contacted the said idea store now they are saying that your no is allotted to someone else. I still unable to understand that what kind of services they are giving to their customer. They just only misguided me resulting my no allotted to someone else. Without any intimation how you can allot the sim to another person. This is so unfair as i have that number of mine linked to all my bank accounts, gas, aadhaar card and every other document of mine. I am having legal background and very well aware of all the legal things. So i will go to consumer court and file a suit against idea if they don't allotted my number to me again.

Today near about 9:17 am I recharged with sum of Rs. 50 in my Idea no.
[protected] n only 10 rs. is credited in my this idea number.

Plz refund my left amount of Rs. 30

I have made a recharge of 343 under idea amazon special offer applicable on purchase of redmi 4a phone from amazon however benefits under the scheme were not granted i.e 1gb internet usage + free unlimited local/std calls.
On speaking to customer care executive they said there is no such offer listed with them when asked them to check the official website of amazon where the details were listed they denied and instead starting telling me (app kuch bhi recharge karte ho ) and all
Instead of crediting the amount to my balance some promotional offer o[censored]nlimited calls was activated without any internet data package
When i questioned them about this they said they cannot credit my balance nor activate benefits of 348 recharge when i was telling them to deduct extra amount from my available balance
If there no recharge of 343 available then how can they activate any default offer without informing about the same anywhere i.e on website etc and not credit that amount to my balance
Customer care executives said they cannot do anything about the same and instead telling me ki app kuch bhi recharge karte ho without checking the same of the official website of amazon

Please check weather they are your authorised agent and also the way they are talking with the customers.

Sir, I have idea prepaid number [protected] in Mumbai circle. I am regularly getting flash messages from your side which are chargable also. I had requested through customer care to stop these messages but to no avail as I have been charged multiple times. Please stop these messages or I shall have to discontinue using idea prepaid.

I Complaint to Customer Care as well as visited to Idea Store so many times regarding start DND and as well as deactivate all promotional SMS to my both nos ([protected] & [protected]) but after so many call and reminders still i received promotional sms daily from Idea, I think company taking customers for granted and not taking proper action by subscribers
nd there is one more big issue every time you call customer care u have attended by different peoples or executive and you have tell them whole story cause as per my opinion they cannot update what is the last conversation with the customer
So please look into the matter and please confirm me i wants to take Idea in consumer court for harassment what is the way for the same

This communication is regarding a telecaller from collection department mumbai naming her as ashwini, claiming she is the manager in the collection department which i don't believe she was as lacked the etiquette to talk to a customer. I have been a loyal customer from past 41 months using two sim bearing number [protected] and [protected] out of which i have disconnected [protected] and the other one i had asked to temporarily disconnect it as i am out of india from january 29 -2017 due to my profession requirement but i want to continue using that card as i am returning back to mumbai on may 22 and pay off the billing amount which is due till bate. The last call was from ashwini on[protected] from the number [protected] where she was rude and disrespectfully forcing the payment of the bill. On previously getting a call from the number [protected] i had informed her about the same. Despite of this she was torturing my family member claiming that my family member are lying and they have hidden the customer in the house and refraining to pay the bill. I asked for the email id of the manager or any higher official with whom i can communicate the difficulty and find a solution but got denied for the same.
I request you to look into this matter and take some action against it. My alternate number is not reachable as i have mentioned above that i am temporarily out of india.

I have applied for portabilty from idea postpaid to airtel prepaid 2 time on my nos [protected] and [protected]. Both the times request has been rejected from company side with reason that i had given my consent to reject the request. Their is no communication from them for taking my consent. These guys on their own reject the request and give the reason i had given the consent. Take my feedback and help me.

I have reachaged for Rs. 244 in which i have to be given benefit of 70 GB for 70 days 1 GB per day and unlimited local National calling but after recharging has given the data but the local National calling was not given and after I take a call di customer care service they told me that the local National calling is only for Idea to Idea network in the offer it was not written that it is for Idea to Idea and I have also called customer care before I charging work told me that there is local unlimited local National calling have not told me that that the Kol calling is only for Idea to Idea network. I founded breached from the idea and i want to take.The customer care was also talkingin a rude manner. So i want only my offer should be give to me.

I activated idea jackpot offer launched recently on myidea app.
I got 3gb 3g 4g data (As per sms) on last 20th april 2017.
I never got 3g speed or symbol on my mobile or on any mobile.
I filed complaint on 12345. The most ridiculous solution provided by customer care: they asked me uninstall apps and free the memory!!!
Second, i filed complaint to customercare email id. This time no response.
Then, i called 198. They are saying your base pack is 2g then you will get 2g speed only.
However, they have not mentioned this in terms and conditions for this offer. They have written that this offer can be availed above existing plan also.
Now, even if i deactivate this offer, i will have to pay 100 rs. Per month.
So mean...

I have received call from idea prepaid no. [protected] on dt 19/04/2017. Made payment of rs. 3500.00 to idea cell mumbai from my hdfc credit card[protected] please taken against these guys. Whose fraud call to people and transferred money.
Lots of people, complaints against idea. Becuase money transferred through idea. Please take against idea also.

My idea number is [protected] I have msg with idea says download idea music laugh and idea give 512 mb with 5 days. I have successful complaint the offer but idea not give 512 mb... after I have call customer care and supervisors say wait 30 min... today is 48 hours gone but not give solution... bad and fake company idea... i have also call and email thair nodal officer but not give me my benefits I have suggested all not go to idea they cheated wrost company jio is best..

Four years ago near about April 2013, I received a call from the executive of Idea regarding to POSTPAID DATA PLAN. I was told about the plan that 199 rupees for 1 GB 3G data and after using 3G speed you can use 2G speed for a month. I have purchased the Connection[protected] and deposited the security. I used it 3 weeks. I was not satisfied by its 2G speed. I called the executive who issued me the connection and told her to send me the Bill amount that I have to pay for a month. Also I have requested her to close my number. I dont want to use it now so please dont send me bill again and I did not use after that. But after a month of that period I received a call regarding due payment of Bill, which I have requested to close it. I am still receiving messages for the payment.

Its my humble request to you please close my matter.
