I have changed the plan post paid to prepaid and idea gave me 475 rs extra charges with the name of "Charges on Data Pack Pro-ration" what is this and i never bare this charges without any use so please weaver it wither i am not going to pay any bill whatever you want to disconnect the sim card if you want to do it. because without any uses i am not going to bare this huge charge do you know how middle class family earning 500 rs in day.

I am from Bangalore. I have received a call from mobile number ([protected]) regarding credit card bonus point expired.

"Caller was a lady and said she is calling from SBI Credit card department".
She requested to verify card details, even I denied to provide details. But she said I am not asking about your pin number. If i need to do fraud I can do big amount. Coincidence was my bonus point was matching with number she said so somehow I convinced.

She added the 5000 Rs to Idea Money wallet.
The number ([protected]) from she called is an idea number also account in Idea money wallet

Fraud transaction on my credit card: Merchant is Idea money
On date 21/04/2017 @ 01:29 first transaction of 5000/- Rs at IDEA MONEY.

Kindly request you to immediately block this account and revert back the all the credit card transaction.

Request you to credit the amount to my SBI card.

My name is Kalpesh Bhoir and my idea number is [protected]. Today I went one shop retailer for recharge of data offer 749 for six month.
Bymistake it was recharge on another number [protected], and I lost 749 /- then I again recharge 247 data offer due to emergency.

When I enquire about that person, the mobile is very cheapest, he is mobile using only for incoming and outgoing no Data facility on that mobile, So he unable to use that 749 offer.
That means full amount 749 is deposited in idea account without use.
So I want reverse this amount to my number because there is so much criteria for this.
749 is not a small amount for me, so please do it as soon as possible.
Otherwise send me port number, I don't want to be a customer of IDEA mobile.

I have facing very problem to take reading your poor services of your idea services care center of old d. C road in sonipat haryana (131001). Dear i have taken 4 postpaid idea numbers by last 4-5 years. Those no :-

Ir, when any time to go to your services center care they can, t talk properly they always misbehave to me. When i told that plz change to my postpaid no. To in prepaid they should given always any excuses that like. Only one no. I have change it other no. You can change by other any services center care of idea. Sir why i go to another services center. For customer side all services center are equal customer can go any where & taken services for any idea services center those are nearest by home or more some reasons are been there that i have not exclued in these mail. Sir i have parching one new no of idea [protected] of your services center care of old d. C road sonipat those i have paid 750 rs charge after that they also take to me services tax extra in bill payment. Sir when i parches no. & give to cost of those no after that why i given to extra pay to services tax of new parching no. Sir so plz help me & plz changing my postpaid no. To in prepaid no. I have facing evertime problem of your sides, so otherwise i will porting all my idea numbers in other company.

Description of the incident: I have a number of Idea ([protected]). I have not make any calls/SMS and received any calls from that number for last four to five months. Two months back on 08.02.17 i received an email of final demand letter for overdue amount and received numerous calls from idea representatives. on 11.02.17 i received a call from a customer care executive from idea and i requested him to send a representative at my place for collecting my due amount and disconnect my connection but instead of being helped i was threatened by that executive.
on that day i mailed to Idea about my experience and request to close my connection.
after payment of my bill i have not make a single call/SMS from those numbers. today i received another call from [protected] on my alternate number-[protected] for payment of 510 against my number. as i am outstation at the moment i asked him to send somebody tomorrow but he told me either i pay my bills today or he will send this to legal section. as i am not able to present at my place today i asked him to transfer it to legal section at that time he addressed me with slang and after that he is not picking my calls.

I want to change my plan to prepaid.
for the same I visited 'Airlive Communication', Nehrunagar, Pune on 28th March, they told me to come after billing cycle i.e. after 5th April, I went there on 8th April, again they answered they have achieved their target and they won't process my request.
On 17th April 2017 I gave them filled form to change from postpaid to prepaid which they gave me along with PAN card and AADHAR card photocopy. I have paid my all dues as well as 200 Rs in advance. I got massage for payment of bill but till on today i haven't got anything about process of my request to change from Postpaid to prepaid.
Previously every time they have given me different answers and told me, "you can't do anything against us." I have doubt that they haven't submitted my form.

I using this idea number from Feb 2017.
I is permanently disconnected from idea on 13 April 2017 due to non payment of outstanding dues of rs 322.
I have paid all payment on 13 April 2017 and it was updated by vodafone on 17 april 2017.due to non updation by vodafone idea has permanently disconnect my phone number.i have contacted idea they told me to contact vodafone and vodafone told me to coordinate with idea.as there is no dues to vodafond.

Pathetic service with pathetic and unethical customer service, lots of lies, I have applied my number from post to prepaid migration they told me that they will proceed number will be disconnected after 48 hrs but it's was disconnected within 24 hrs n will restart prepaid within 24 hrs but after 48 hrs my number still not activated and during procedure and completion of formalities they have asked me to give 100 Rs for prepay recharge, I had objection that I will recharge myself they refused n didn't give me receipt for the same, this Maninagar rambaug idea franchise service and the way of talking of staff is very rude as i[censored] r asking for a loan, c'mon we have paid for ur services, u guys r giving us free service like jio, but now after jio their main aim is who ever left idea through mnp or Postpaid customer migrating for prepaid, make them suffer for selecting idea, they r not replying on email too, on reaching toll free number they r saying we dont know, yeh gundagardi band karo idea walo,

I am using idea post paid services since many months and i want to change it to prepaid for which i have approached your idea outlet in vijaywada pinnamaneni branch and the service provided there is very bad. They dont provide any information and send us back with out any details and one of the provider named a. Rajitha had also used bad language against us. This was really unprofessional and i strongly believe your company is against such acts. I hope your company enquires about the issue and takes action immediately

I was offered Rs. 349 (unlimited local, STD, Roaming, daily 100 SMS & 1GB 4g data daily) including taxes tariff by one of your tele caller if I take more connections. After 30mnts of call I was convinced to take connections. I was initially ready to port 6 connection and in another Next Week 10 connection for same plan.

But, today evening when one of your executive came to collect the documents I demanded them to give me a written communication about tariff plan and I was surprised to hear from him that the plan tariff is Rs. 349+50+15% service tax around Rs. 460.

It is clearly understood that "A Team" of 6-10 members from IDEA decieving people by giving lucrative offers. Request the authority to take stringent action against them and conduct audits periodically.

Through sbi simply click credit card (Starts with 5172 and ends with 5942) and merchant - ideamoney

I got a fraud call around 1.30 pm today as calling on behalf of sbi bank credit for verification to redeem my credit card points and they

He already had details of my card and cvv number which they wanted to get verified again with me. With in few minutes, i received sms about

Fraud transaction using my sbi bank credit card towards ideamoney with transaction amount of 4900/-

I have baught a new sim for mob. No. [protected] on 15.04.2017 but still it is not activated. I called to customer care but i did not get any help & support. Please arrange the activation to my sim.

In mobile it shows sim registeration failled. I also went to shop keeper where i purchased this sim but he is also ignoring.

I am a customer of Idea since last 5 years.
I was using the !399 plan.
On 15th March, I received a call from Idea about new plan of 499.
It was an automated call, it explained about the plan & asked, if need to activate the plan, press 1. I did.
Now the bill is generated and I am charged extra Rs.2230 on proration basis.

I have been charged ₹29 for using my dala pack. But i don't know what the hell is my dala pack. I was not satisfied by customer support. They replied that i have been charged for downloading a paid content.
I have been charged many a times for no reason.
Worst service provider i ever used.

In last two days my mobile balance deducted twice rs.5/-, rs.35/- against vas activation which is not activated by me. I did call to customer care for deducted balance, but they have ready answer for that the activation some by my mobile only, but i am confident about, that was not done by me or my mobile, i want to recover my balance as it is.

20 days ago i got a call from ago idea cellular ltd. co. In which i was offered a new plan, after that call i visited the idea office nearby me ( Ashwani telecom, Sodal chowk, Jalandhar) their i changed my plan. After 10 day i got my mob. Monthly bill. In which i found a prorational changes 1992/- w/o any information.
Now nobody neither idea co. Nor their dealer Ashwani telecom (sodal chowk, Jalandhar) answering me properly.
Pls tell what to do & how can i get my waiver?

I m a user of idea cellular service. I m facing a problem of sim card since 4-5 days. As i recharfend my prepaid sim by 347/-. But it couldn't make calls from idea even it couldn't try ti connect.
It simply ended. Whenever i try to make call to someone i dial the no and call from idea but it directly get ended.
It shouldn't dial properly the no provided
I am requesting to you that please give me a solution and solve my problem as soon as possible. I m not able to contacting anyone from idea. Its getting problematic for me
