Hi
I am using [protected] from last 3 years . My phone was stolen at 18 April and requested for dummy sim at 20 April but 5 days are spent but still my sim not activated. Everytime when I called the idea support team Everytime that says a new issue regarding activation. I have submitted for copy and other related documents and also submitted fee of 80 rupees .
I lost my communication with my related people and also lost communication with my bank as the number is used in my bank information. I lost hope getting this number back as the behavior of support team is not good

Tell me why should we believe in your services because customer has no value in your company.

      I had recharged for Rs.600/- yesterday i.e. 24/04/17 with a view that i will avail the offer of Rs.254/- 10 GB 3G Data on expiry of my existing data plan which is expiring on 04/05/17 and remaining amount for talking purpose. But to my surprise that on the date of yesterday i found that my balance in main account 2/- paise whereas my net data is yet to expire. I talk to customer care for refund of said amount in my main account but they show their helplessness that the said amount has been adjusted for internet use. It is submit that by doing so, i have been put in loss of monney as well as mental agony and i have been forced to recharge of an amount of Rs.248/- today i.e. 25/04/17 when i had already recharged for Rs.600/-. and when the said amount is adjusted without my consent which is a wrong practice and the old customer like me is loosing trust in the ethical behavior of the company. It is therefore, requested to kindly refund the amount of Rs.617/- in my main account immediately.

        My mother is senior citizen and using idea postpaid number [protected], paying all the bills timely.
        But the recent bill is added amount of 1300 of other active number and my service is barred
        I dont know why they added the amount to my bill and barred the service.
        As a senior citizen it is very difficult to visit idea office again and again.
        I got the call from idea office and i told them why they aer barring my service but the dont give any reason and clarification

          My self himanshu and my idea postpaid bill no. Is "[protected]". I realy disappoint for the idea bill genration. My last bill amout is 1040rupess but my mounthly rental plan is 499 unlimited calls and 3gb data every mounth. But 2nd time my bill is high and this mounth my bill is 1256 rupess how can is possible because i my mostly uses is only for calls and i cant sing k. B use in internet so why every mounth idea co. Include my extra internet charges. I highly request for trai (Telecom regularly authority of india) solve my problem because why i pay extra amount.

          As per bill summary your previous bill is rs.1040.60, however after 4 march your internet usage was chargeable because of excess usage i.e 3842.59 mb along with roaming charges.

              I have been an idea gujarat customer for over 2 years now. I moved to chennai (Tn) some months back. I lost my sim a week back in chennai. I went to the nearest idea care at “reborn communications, no.244 triplicane high road, triplicane, chennai 600005” to get a new sim. I was informed since i am gujarat idea customer, i cannot be issued a new sim.

              Next i called customer care for their support. I was suggested to go to idea “company retail store mount road, 2a hamid complex, 190-192, anna salai, opp. Ibis hotel, chennai – 600006”. I was again informed that they cannot provide me the new sim as i am gujarat customer. Although they charged me rs. 55 stating that my balance is low and in order to activate it i will have to change my home location to tamil nadu which i did not want. I was again sent without a sim.

              Request you to file complaint regarding this and provide me with my customer complaint number.

                    On 22April 2017 a fraud call comes to me regading cash back for my SBI Creadit card against rewards point. They intalegenty able to shear my card no and opt. Txn id are 066224 Rs.4998 and 066325 Rs 4998. Kidly cancell this txn and refund the amount to cc.

                        My bill plan was ultimate 499 on 23-03-17
                        I talked with customer care executive regarding the data and they change my plan to untimate corp 499 on date 25-03-17.
                        Again i confirm from the executive would i be charged excess amount due to change of plan and he replied me that "no" only the plan is changed and your free sms in previous plan will not be provided and extra 2gb data will be provided.
                        But in my bill they added both the rental
                        As on 23rd march — 499
                        As on 25th march-466.81
                        (I. E. 499+466.81)=965.81

                          I have recharge Rs. 347 (unlimited calling and 1 GB data per day for 28 days) but I am getting only 5-10 kbps speed not able to surf the sites also. I am regretting to do this recharge as idea is fooling the people but giving this downloading speed. The speed is good at night after 12am but its of no use and the speed is worse in the evening.I expect idea people should solve my problem with this forum.

                            I am vijay kumbhani.

                            I have faced network fluctuation issue at
                            1. Mindspace, hitech city, hyderabad.
                            2. Hdfc bank, miyapur, hyderabad

                            I have tested below cases.

                            1. I have changed the vodafone sim card to my mobile. It is working fine.
                            2. I have bought new idea sim card (National mnp) recently.

                            I had talked to customer care executive.
                            He gave me the worst solution and he did not consider my request.

                            He said you can change the network from automatic to manual.
                            I know that, if network went from your mobile then you need to click manual option for getting networks.
                            This is procedure totally time waste.

                            I have so many times to tell him. Please write network compliant. He did not this.

                            If you are instructed on my issue then please call me.

                            I am frustrated using idea customer service.

                            I hope, you will consider my request.

                            I have compiled to two times to idea for the network issue.

                            15 - 20 days completed but the problem is not resolved.

                            After one week call to me and said we are the investigating the issue.

                              I lost my sim card on Saturday 22 April 2017, My Idea postpaid no. is [protected]. I went to the idea store at cunningham road, 6PM was the time and got a replacement with assurance that it will get activated within 4 hrs anyhow. With that assurance I came back from Idea office. It has been more than 18 hrs my sim card is not been activated. When i called customer care regarding this issue there response is The request is not yet processed from the store. You need to go to the same store for processing of request.
                              The customer care representative also denied to take a complaint request for this also the supervisor and manager denied of taking on call.
                              As it is Sunday and the Idea Store is closed. I can't do any thing because of this issue i am suffering from a great lose.
                              Is this the Service which Idea is giving to there customer. If this is the service I want to move out of the Idea if my issue is not resolved today

                                I converted my idea postpaid no [protected] to prepaid. I got the signal after 7 days. I am trying to call 59059 to activation. Every time the call kept hold for 1 hr 25sec than it get disconnected. Last 4 days i am trying, same this happening. This is the worst process to activate the no.
                                Please activate the no as soon as possible.

                                  Called up thrice. The executives place the call on hold, transfer, disconnect, misguide, transfer to paid queues, are not articulate, and do not solve the problem. Idea sucks. Bloody thieves.
                                  All it requires is the executive to ask for my sim and phone number and address details and provide me post confirmation of the information that i provide.

                                    I am IDEA subscriber in MP-CG circle. I wanted to port my IDEA number [protected] to Airtel. I received a call from retention team. They offered me some plans in order to retain me but I didn't show any interest as my decision was firm. I clearly told that I want to port out and I am not interested in any of their offerings. Even though the retention team rejected my port out request. Call recordings can be verified. I never asked them to cancel the request. My UPC was IY585353. The action taken by retetion team is not upto IDEA standards and also it is against TRAI policies. I request IDEA to look into the issue else I will go for some legal ways.

                                      I have been received a mms. There is instruction that please go the the http;//www.ideacellular.com/webmms and then type ur username & password. But still i am searching where is it. I am dosent found above mentioned web site, instead of this http://115.69.159.205:8080/webgui/. When i was trying to log in there has been an error, showing login id or password is wrong. What to do.? This has been to much irritated.

                                        I received a call to port my airtel number to idea & i decided to do that.
                                        But now my airtel number is deactivated and idea number is not getting activated which is really annoying.
                                        I am not able to dial 59059.

                                        It is really frustrating to see such behaviour in highly competitive era.
