    I had already raised my request to deactivate by account form[protected]. All formalities regarding that is already done and ticket is closed. Then Why you are always sending me BILLS.

    All my bills are already paid but after repetitive call to your Customer Care, they are not deactivating my account.

    Kindly Check my Tickets for your confirmation. If you will continue with these behavior then I am sure that I will never opt for any IDEA services.

      I have an idea [protected] number Chennai..5 months back I shifted to AP.I use idea sim for internet sometimes..all my bank accs, paytm and other apps &work related whatever I do they links to my idea number..recently they blocked my number and so iam not able to receive OTP for bank transactions. called to customer care and they said allotted to other person and simple sorry..
      I want my idea number back ..I don't want to change my number to other services I avail in this world using this sim..vexed up, not even simple rupee iam able to spend online because of your ### rules

      NOTE: I did not receive prior intimation of deactivation of my sim..This shows how stupid idea service is

        Hi. I had purchased an idea sim from chennai trade centre on may 27 2016 as i was in urgent need of a hotspot. I purchased the idea dongle for 2200 rs also. They said they would activate it by 29th may. But they did not activate till the 14th of june. On the 14th of june i received a message saying the idea connection is active. By then i had called customer care many times to activate it. They failed. So in the mean while i purchased an airtel data pack. After they said the connection is active, i tried using idea connection on the 15yh of june. It didn't work. I tried and tried so i took it to the idea customer care showroom palavakkam and spoke to a girl named hemalatha. She tried doing something and said it worked. Then again when i tried connecting in front of her, it did not. Then she apologised saying it is not working and that she will raise a complaint. Every two days i went to idea showroom and she said the same. And by the 25th of june i received a bill for a whole month. I took it to the showroom. She said you have to pay. When i purchased the sim, i had asked for prepaid. They said they have only postpaid. I refused postpaid fearing random taxes and rentals but the person convinced me saying i jus have to pay 650 rs for 3 gb and that the first 3 months i would get 6gb. But then bill i received was 750 plus. When i took it to the showroom ms. Hemalatha insisted that i pay. I told her to first get my connection working and that i would pay later. I told her it would be great if an executive comes to my place, meets me, talks what's right and then see what has to be done. But she said no such thing is possible.
        This went on for few weeks and i received a second month bill. I stopped going for it.

        I come from a family that's into business and we pay all the bills on time. I do a lot of social service and paying the bill for a connection that i use is no big deal. But i am not ready to pay unnecessarily. Would any of you give away your salary to your boss just because they said that you didn't work properly? No.

        I am getting calls trying to threaten me regarding idea bill payment for 3 months even today. I will not pay when i have not got the benefit of a connection at all. If you are someone who would forego your one month salary for your company, try showing me the same.

        It's so cheap of idea to make such calls and threaten people.

        In the midst of an auspicious pooja an * calls up and says an fir is filed against me. No matter what, his and her auspicious days are going to take their life perfectly well.
        Our staff have five idea prepaid connections and i am going to get each one of them disconnected.
        Cheap attitude and cheap play. Have you the guts, go meet your clients, look at their problems, solve them and get your money.

              As per my plan i got 1 GB data free every month.

              and i use exact the same but they are saying that i have used extra data so they

              charged me 920rs extra. without giving any particular details.
              My plan is 499 unlimited call free and 3gb net but i have not received these features as per plan then i complained about it then i have received internet data now by bill amount showing is 948 how is it possible if i have taken plan of 499.excess bill charged to me. If my rental is 499 my bill should be 560 not 948.it is totally wrong thing

                Dear Sir,

                On dt. 04.13.2017 I had received a call from [protected] on 4.30pm (dated 04.13.2017) in my mobile, where he said we are calling from bank online reward points department and she asked the credit card details for the purpose of giving additional reward points and cash back. I gave the card number and she asked the CVV & OTP when i checked the SMS completely till the transaction done. After she told me within 2 days the reward points will credit in your card. After 2 hours later (04.13.2017) i checked & the amount of Rs.19748 debited in my card. I checked with bank, they told the amount transaction done in some other merchant, immediately i blocked my card with help of bank executive. I tried to contact that person but the mobile no. comes switched off.

                Bank has shared dispute form and asked to file a police complaint. and I did that.

                Please request you to help me on this matter to get back the amount.

                    I have a Idea postpaid connection from 2004. my mobile no is [protected]. I am submit my idea postpaid to prepaid form on 04/04/2017 on my idea office new market Bhopal and submit the Rs. 200. but on 07/04/2017 a message come on my no. is your document is rejected. than i am asked from my idea officer they did not given any explanation about the document rejection. then they submit the same document again, and said that within 2 to 3 days your complaint will be short out, but on 14 my new bill is generated for Rs. 228. and massage comes that your bill is outstanding in your postpaid account and your request for postpaid to prepaid migration for communication ID C1-[protected] could not be processed. Requested you to clear the outstanding amount, then i am submitted the remaining amount but till date no communication comes from idea company

                    I have forwarded the request for converting the Plan of the Number "[protected]" from Post-Paid to Pre-Paid
                    For the same we have forwarded all the necessary documents like CAF and Aadhar card copy and Pan card and even the IDEA regn form . My self have signed all the necessary documents . Still the form has been turned down as signature mismatch from your back-office team Said documents were submitted to the nearest IDEA gallery My Idea Store SN 5, Sakshi Apartment, Avm Rd, Katrap Rd, Kulgaon, Badlapur East

                    Although I sign all my daily documents to the bank and other govt authorities with the same signature. So What is so mismatch in my signature which is refraining you to convert the "frustarted customer like us" from Post-paid to Pre-paid ????

                    Kindly give us a concrete reasoning for the same and if its not done then would request you to treat this letter as Termination of the said number with immediate effect. Post this mail any liabilities arising out of this Number will not be paid by us .

                      I am postpaid user of idea since 7-8 months approx. Initially service was ok but since last months abnormally bill hiked, saying data over usage. As i am not having any data plan activated on my plan i dont know how the data plan has activated in my number, when i searched for bill they said you have over usage of data, i exclaimed how data plan is activated on my number... When i opted to discontinue and port out from idea due to this harassment my port code was canceled by idea, and compelled me to pay advance rental payment, with rudeness and they are saying me to not let me port...
                      My question
                      1) without my permission how can idea start data plan on my number
                      2) if customer is unhappy with idea services who the idea hell to compel customer???
                      I am also writing all this to trai, and consumer forum

                            I was using iplan 299 and i still had some 100 mb of free data left in the pack.
                            I had ported to airtel on april 1st and had paid off 130 rs (Which was the unbilled amount till march 31st). And now when i received the bill for the rest of the days i am getting an amount of 520 rs as charges on data pack pro-ration #. This absolutely ridiculous when i still had data left in the pack.

                                    I got fraud call on 15/04/17 saying my citi cradit card reward points got expired and you can opt for cash back amount of 4805 rs. Caller asked me to provide cradit card number to get amount back. Initially i denied sharing personal details. But after some discussion i agreed to share my debit card nos and otp. Amount got deducted from my cradit card instantly four times and was transferred to ideapayment when asked to the bank, they replied saying we will check and it will be credited back to your account within 1 week. After 1 week, they sent me a sms saying my request is denied. Please help me in this regard
