I have recently applied for idea post paid to prepaid conversion. It has been almost 10 days but the conversion has not happened. I have paid the deposit amt rs 500+ and paid the previous balance. For past 7 seven days my number has been blocked. Idea ranjeet hanuman road, indore office employee ([protected]) promised me a call back today at 8.00pm but it never happened. When i attempt to dial any number it says 'emergency calls only'. I tried to ring up to 100 but it did not work!

What can i be done?

Can this be so challenging for the company?

I have a idea number of maharashtra circle "[protected]", i went to the idea office in ghansoli, navi mumbai to get it converted from postpaid to prepaid, the owner of that office took 120 rs. Extra saying as he will do 100rs. Recharge and 20 rs. Is his commission for which he didn't gave me any slip and told me to if i dont pay this amount he wont do my porting and told me to complaint anywhere i want... Still i agreed to his demands and then he told me to pay the bill the next day online so i did... But after 7 days when i went to his office he told me my process has been rejected as i didnt paid the amount but he didnt instructed me to do so before porting my number... Isn't that his job?, now i have to pay extra amount of the bill for 7 days to get porting because of him... And when i confronted him he started abusing me and threatened me of consequences.
I request you to please save your idea image by taking strict action against this "my idea store" office owner whose number is "[protected]" and address is : "sn 23, green park chs, pn 2/3, sector 3, ghansoli, thane, maharashtra 400701" so which people can look up to idea... And now will i not go to his office and will directly go to the head office.

I have charged 499 rental extra for only day when I changed my plan, the store people did not inform me any update and procedure and they gave a new plan of 349.
now I got a bill of 943..after I registered this complaint in idea store, some random person from idea gave me a call and without resolving the action closed the ticket.
I fell horrible for this behavior .
I tried calling 198 & 12345 for knowing the status and there idiotic IVR is just hopeless.
please provide me resolution.

I have data pack. i am browering than suddenly i got a message for "mydala" that i subcribe that service but actully i didn't. and i'm hearing "mydala" name first that time. and now company say your balance can't be refund. i want my balance (29 rupess) back in my account number.

I have axis bank account no **** **** *** 3899 and my contact no is [protected]. I got a call from fraudster dt[protected] and asked to share the OTP, by mistaken I have shared the OTP and amount of Rs 3599/- with ref tno ECOM PUR/IDEAMONEY/MUMBAI/110417/12:39 was debited from my account and credited to Idea money.
Request you to kindly look into the issue and reverse the amount to axis bank.

I was your loyal customer for past 3 years, and I was very happy with the service provided by Idea, but last six months I dint use this number since I was in abroad for a job.

My idea number is deactivated and I want the number back, I called ur customer care number they told me to go to Idea store as the number is still registered in my name and its not given to anyone else till now, the customer care person told me to go with all your documents to store and get the number activated but later the store is saying they cant do anything.

My request to Idea cellular is, please retain your loyal customers, I am ready to pay fine for not using the number but please activated it back. I am even ready to get it done postpaid so that I can pay the bill online from anywhere.

I ported my reliance GSM sim to IDEA cellular on 08 Apr 17 .My no. Is [protected].
Network is coming but unable to call 59059.no incoming and outgoing also plase help.i am trying to dial for televerification but there is no response.

I got call from idea when i was trying to my postpaid number into jio, they called me and offers 12gb unlimited data #999inr which is free in your monthly rent.

After that, they are denied such thing. I already logged complaints them.

I had lodged the complaint number of times of my phone number [protected] ( Bhopal )- Madhya Pradesh. For incoming and outgoing calla, it always shows not available on network. Your customer care executive says network is OK but my problem is not resolved.
