I got a miss call twice from the number +[protected]. I called back and instantaneous it was answered, it didn't even ring and I heard one man and a woman talking in Telugu. The call duration was of 16 seconds only and I have lost 55 rupees. What shall I do now.

Idea cellular added some other number [protected] for Rs 1800 to my number 991xxxxxx8 per add ker diya. Maine Idea customer care ko phone or email ke thru inform kiya hain and wo bole ki wo isko hata denga per wo kabhi hua nahi then uidera custiomer care executive ne mujhe suggest kiya to visit idea customer care jo main gaye
I asked Idea to provide me itemized bill for this mobile no.-[protected] and if it will prove that all called number belongs to me or my family, i will pay for that but in 6 months Idea cellular has not provided me that. .

Esteemed Sir With due respect that we are the Residents of Jhilmil Colony, Delhi-110095 My name is Bhagvandas Baweja Our neighbour Mr.Sunny Sharma, installed some mobile towee on their roof.

Our complaint is specific that, one Mr. Sunny Sharma, resident of B-4, Jhilmil Colony, Delhi-110095 – had licensed his premises to Mobile Company for installation of Mobile Tower in midst of residential area of Jhilmil Colony, Delhi.

When residents of Jhilmil Colony, came to know about this fact, they immediately objected the said installation and also requested to the said Mr. Sunny Sharma for termination of Leave and License Agreement and stoppage of installation of Mobile Tower and also informed him about the hazardous effect of radiation, which eminates from the said Mobile Tower upon the human body and also shown him report of Deccan Chronicle & various reports.

In spite of this, the said Mr. Sharma flatly refused to pay any heed to the said fact and evasively replied to residents of Jhilmil Colomy that ”do whatever you want, I will never terminate the said license

As you know that, it is general rule that, the Mobile Tower has to be installation 50 meters away from the residential area as the radiation eminating from the said Mobile Tower causes various effects on human body and worked as slow poison upon the human body. Therefore, various building societies are refusing to install the said Mobile Tower on their building. Hence, the said Mobile Company choosing residential areas as they know that, few people are very greedy about the money and ignorant of their effect

As per the rules it is the necessary to give structural stability certificate and drawings, building owners' agreement copy, no objection certificate from neighbors and surrounding areas and other documents has not been given and the neighbours has objection to this installation in their areas.

We therefore request you to kindly look in to the matter personally and see that the above tower is removed immediately from the above House in order to prevent further damage to the health of innocent people of the area.

A few days ago I received a call from [protected] (Executive name: Ria More) Saying that this is a call from Idea Gallery Thane, Mumbai and she was enquiring about the numbers I use from Idea. Wherein I informed her that I am NOT an Idea customer but arguing she said that the number [protected] is apparently in my name i.e. Vinay Suresh Babani and is having some amount due which I need to pay.

Today, I get a mail from [protected]@idea.adityabirla.com with a subject 'Demand legal Notice! Idea Cellular' (PFB the mail)

Now I would like to request you to confirm the numbers and email id and user of those number as I am not using [protected], Neither have applied for any Idea postpaid connection in my life.
Below are my questions for Idea Care:
Is the number ([protected]) & email id ([protected]@idea.adityabirla.com) real?
Is the number [protected] on my name i.e Vinay Suresh Babani? if yes, then how do you even start the number without physical verification as I have never verified or applied or used the same!
Expecting the reply at the earliest.

I have visited Mahatma Nagar Nasik idea store for postpaid to prepaid connections after 2 hours of waiting they told me that the SIM will be switch off for 4 days that means I am not able to receive the calls in TAT.Hows that illogical statement can be served to customers.
I am not going to paid any amount the amount the Idea is going to charge me.
This is completely nonsense & hopeless way to treat customer.

I asked to activate international roaming on my idea number and they told me that i can activate it for free if i pay a security deposit of rs 2000.
I paid a security deposit of rs 2000 to activate international roaming. Now they are charging me an additional amount of rs 87 every month since i activated international roaming which was told to me as free. They should not charge this amount in my bill. I want my bill to be corrected by removing this amount. They cannot charge customer for services which they should receive for free.
No action is taken on my complaint till now. For what reason an additional amount is charged to me on bill for activating international roaming. I already paid rs 2000 to activate this feature as requested by idea.
All other network providers provide this as a free feature. You are utilizing your customers by charging this additional amount on bill. It is a shame for the company by cheating customers by putting extra amount in their bills. Kindly take action against my complaint by removing the additional money charged to me in the bill..

On[protected] On My Mobile I Got Message Rs.5000/- Deducted from My Saving Account from ICICI bank and transfer to VIn*IDEMoney . That was not done By Me . When I Check With My Bank Branch They Told This is fraud Transaction By Idea User .Particular VIN/ideamoney/[protected]-0.
Bank person are helpless . Now I Wants this money reverse in my account through IDEA Money . Please do the needfully ASAP .

What is all this stupidity from idea.how and when this thing happened.Also there is no such file or data related to that my dala .And who is responsible for this and also my money is been deducted without any prior notice or action.I want it to be refunded

I using idea sim card no. [protected], please I want incoming & outgoing call details in my email Id.

What is this nonsense 'mydala deal pack'. I dont know, they deducted 29 rupees. I am using 'idea'internet but their customer care services says they are also helpless to me and cant do anything . What type of this company is, they are making fool to us. My mbile no. Is [protected] please do something, i want my money back any how. Could you please help me to refund my amount.

I have been a long patron with idea service. Never before i had experienced this kind. I was extremely shocked to hear that.
On 13 april 2017, i had made a call at 5:45pm approx. Regarding call charges deduction from pune, maharashtra. When i tried to make detail enquiry, idea cellular customer care member used absolutely abusive and derogatory language. He was absolutely swearing on many all occasions.

This is quite truly shocking and clear violation of ethics.

I have never activated any kind of service in my idea sim inspit of that my account has been dedicated with amount of Rs.29 by auto activation Mydala app. Not only that this is 3rd incident I'm facing in last 2 months I want my money back else disconnect my idea I'm not interested use anymore or wise to continue I'm fedup with customers care. Idiot replies that they can't refund amount. Totally within last 2 months I lost about 130.Rs. I don't want any kind of arguments pay back r get lost. This will last text.

I have paid bills and closed my mobile number [protected]
I have checked also that no number exist.
but they are calling and threating for police case and harassing my parents and me.
I have mailed copy of complete bill payement.

I had make two payments to idea from my sbi credit cards but idea is not credited that amount in my acount regulor writing mail science three months but resolution form idea details are as under

My idea account number is[protected].

I have ported from idea to Vodafone last month. Received bill from idea now and they have put charges on data on pro -ration against me as INR 2570. I was on a post paid plan with 1 gb of free data @ 599 a month. I also had enabled a booster pack for 250 INR for 1.5 gb data in the same month for which I have been charged.

So, for what reason they are charging me INR 2570. In my entire billing history for the period of 3 years with idea my monthly bill has never been more then INR 1500 inclusive of additional booster pack.

This is a fraud and if it does not get fixed I will complain to consumer court.

I am your customer since 2015. Due to some financial problems I was unable to make the payment. And my number has been barred from your side when I am not getting any service yet I am getting your billing amount. I am not using my number since 3 months.

Now due amount is arround 6000/- INR. once I received a call and she told me that you can pay 2550 INR. Today I got a call from idea side. A lady called me and told to pay 6000 INR otherwise my name will be listed as default customer.

What is this? I was shocked to listen her answer. I told her to send an email. But she was unable to send any email. Then how I will believe that she is from Idea or not. Even she should always polite, first she should listen my problem and then she should reply accordingly. now a day I am a new customer with Airtel and Vodafone. I am happy with them.

When Vodafone, Airtel, reliance all telecom services are giving unlimited call and 15 Gb (4g Device)/3Gb-3g Devices by paying only 349 by Idea had charged me 1199 INR for the same. It's almost morethan triple amount. I was fool that I had taken idea. **** Idea is fooling me** because I was a permanent customer of idea.
I was not aware about telecom's new plan. Then this is idea's duty to inform me. Really I am feeling very stupid When friends ask me about the bill plan of idea.

I received a call from [protected] - this number. She also called my all family members and friends by searching my phone call list. How she can call on my family members and friends. She used insulted words about me to my family. I took that number, I asked her why she is calling to my family members. She told me to insult me because you are not paying the amount. Idea people is disturbing me and my family members and friends. What kind of service is this???

Hi, I'm getting billed for some feature charges which I'm unaware of . Please inform me about it or tell me how to check it my self. The feature pack describes itself as 'aop2 pack rs35'. Please instruct me to disable it if possible.

I have recently applied for idea post paid to prepaid conversion. It has been almost 10 days but the conversion has not happened. I have paid the deposit amt rs 500+ and paid the previous balance. For past 7 seven days my number has been blocked. Idea ranjeet hanuman road, indore office employee ([protected]) promised me a call back today at 8.00pm but it never happened. When i attempt to dial any number it says 'emergency calls only'. I tried to ring up to 100 but it did not work!

What can i be done?

Can this be so challenging for the company?
