Is [protected] due to some reason I m unable to pay my idea bill after that my number has no service and one day an executive call me to pay my bill then he committed me after payment your number will be continue I had paid 1600 rs to idea care till now my no is not activated pls activate my number so that I can access my bank account my number is linked to every body I can't.access it without my mobile no

3g and 2g services of idea is very poor.Data connection is not available most of the time..There is no range in our area. 2g services are very poor and 3g is not available .The amount spent on net recharge is wasted because of the poor service. Only calls could be made using the sim. Due to slower connection it is very hard to use the data services.we are not able to make video calls or to watch videos.it takes hours to watch a 5 minute video..

I called he customer care and requested for billing cycle change but the customer care representative didn't co-operate and didn't raise any request for that, maybe cause I called her on sunday.
My billing cycle right now in 15th to 14th of the month.
I want it changed to 30th of the month.

4 days ago i opted to migrate my sim from postpaid to prepaid. I was told that my sim can be blocked for 12-24 hrs. But 48 hrs has passed after blocking my sim but it has not been activated again. I called the customer care center they told me that my sim has been migrated but my documents have not been submitted where as i submitted my documents at the time i applied for the same. I am facing a lot of problems due to my number being blocked.

Idea has offer unlimited duniya ma Seagate his recharge 348 Rs get unlimited incoming and outgoing calls. The day I believed and recharged after which I got unlimited call drop and insufficient balance. I suffered a lot because of misleading offers by idea mobile services. I contact customer care frequently.the told problem is resolved. Problem is not yet resolved till date.

I have recharged my Idea mobile number with STV Rs. 16 on 05/04/2017, but it is not working. When I contacted to customer care they told this STV is taken away. They have not informed me by any way and it is still showing for recharge in my Idea account which is attached here as photo for the date of 08/04/2017. Therefore, I request you to resolve this problem and provide me compensation for it.

I am varun from trivandrum, i have received a call from mobile [protected] today afternoon on my mobile & there were few fraud transaction done using my credit card.
Fraud transaction on my credit card: merchant is idea money

I have registered the police complaint for immediate action.

On Saturday April 8, 2017 3:58 PM I got a call from [protected].She informed me that she is going to redeem my SBI Loyality points. They debited my account balance of Rs 5000. The merchant name is IDEA MONEY. Since I was suspicious of the act I also recorded the call. The had my card details along with CVV.

Request you to take immediate action..

I'll be registering a complaint against the same.

I Biranchi Prasad Pradhan, Bachhara, using the SIM No. [protected] (IDEA) have lost my mobile at Jatni, PIN 752050. The details of my mobile is as under.
Brand: REDMI Note 3 (32GB)
IMEI NO. [protected]

I have been customer of IDEA with post-paid No.[protected] and the average usage and average monthly bills were Rs.350 to 400.. I have paid all my bills timely and regularly. My latest Bill was Rs.370 which I have paid on 11-3-17. (due date was 21-3-17)

The tariff plan included 512 mb free data usage. On 7-3-17 there was data balance of about 387 which lasted till 10th of March. This is as SMS received from IDEA..

Have de-activated my above Idea SIM after paying my Bill and requested for de-activation was given on 16-3-17 and the SIM was ultimately de-activated on 21-3-17.

With this above premise, yesterday IDEA has slapped me Bill of Rs.1380 just for 15 days, which includes about Rs.1200 for alleged excess data usage.

I was stunned by this.

Now my complaint is, this bill is grossly wrong !
In could not understand in which world Idea is doing the business ? Who will stop cheating and looting by Idea by raising exorbitant bills?

Yet I did not I am filing strong complaint with TRIO.

Tried to port this no from idea to other telecom bit they dint give the clearance inspite of paying the full bills and claering al the dues. I was so petrified be their services that finally i thought to convert my no from post paid to prepaid as they were charging me arbitaririly sort of looting my money.
That too fell deaf on their ears and since last 10 days my no is suspended they dont give any resolution and making me run here and there.
U can understand my plight of being without an active mobile nu, ber for last 10 days

I got a legal notice stating that i have to clear a due amount of 747 rupess along with a lawyer fee of 500 for my idea connection ([protected]) from which i have disconnected many months back . My plan was of 299 rupees a month, and i got a bill of 900 rupees, i spoke with couster care executive and he told me that i made calls and used data more than what is available in my plan. I paid the bill and the next month i went to idea service center and asked him about disconnection, he charged me some outstanding amount and he even took the sim from me after around 6 months now i got a legal notice that i have to pay my outstanding amount which was never there at the time of diconnection . the service person says that the bill was generated even before the termination of the service . If it is so ? Then how could you terminate my service .this is cheating

Recently my father gets his no. Ported to idea from airtel and after porting they got a call from idea regarding previous payment due and then my father told that they made all dues paid after only they get ported but idea then idea barred the number against non payment of dues but now idea recovery agents call to all number which my father was used to call and using bad language to paid the pending dues. I just want to tell that the girl was speaking so rudely and badly which immensely harrased me and my family very much.
I will also share the numbers [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]. They are regularly calling and speaking very bad and harrased language. I also want to file a complaint against idea to share call details to recovery agents against breach of privacy. I just want to request to kindly look into the matter. Also pending dues are not the issue we will pay the dues if any against in production of bills but these agents are acting like gunda and harrasing more and more people's on daily basis. I strictly want them to learn a lesson

I lost my sim and i went to idea store for replacement of the sim with same number but the proof belongs to my father but my father was not there then i asked about you can verify my id card original aadhaar card for proof as he was my father and address proof too but they are saying they want the proof which was submitted at time of activation what can i do now ...????????????

I got a message on 29th of august 2017, which said that "last call cost rs 120...", after which my talk time balance was deducted. On inquiring from customer service, i was told that the rs 120 deducted from my balance was because i ha made an international call. I would like to clarify, no such call was made by me.in fact this is the 3rd instance, that this has happened. Since my last 2 recharges, my talk time balance got deducted, without me making any calls or sending messages. The 1st time this happened, i was not sure how my talk time balance got deducted. The 2nd time this happened, i inquired from customer service, if any vas service was activated in my number, because of which my talk time balance was deducted. I was told that no vas was activated in my number. I would like a refund of the amount which has been deducted from my talk time balance, as i have not made any international call, for which my talk time balance has been deducted.

citibank credit card was used for the merchant - IDEA PAYMENT(idea money)

I got a fraud call around 11.27 am today as calling on behalf of citi bank credit for verification to redeem my credit card points and they already had details of my card and cvv number which they wanted to get verified again with me. With in few minutes, i received sms about

4 Fraud transaction using my citi bank credit card towards (IDEA PAYEMENT) ideamoney with three transactions each of 4805/- and 1 transaction of Rs 4807 making the total amount of 19222/- with below transaction ids:

Transaction id-1: 279020 of rs. 4805/-
Transaction id-2: 809194 of rs. 4805/-
Transaction id-3: 037101 of rs. 4807/-
Transaction id-3: 549306 of rs. 4807/-

I raised complaint near police station.

Requesting you to kindly block these transactions at the earliest and please help me out to solve my problem and get my amount back.

This is regarding recharge of Rs. 347 and promised me to provide the 28GB data for 28 days and unlimited calls but as far as calls are concerned I am fine with it but I am only getting 2GB data.

i got call by Nisha [protected] from idea company as per her confirmation in last week and she send a doc collect boy i hand over him my ID and address proof with Rs.100. he gave me a SIM, after 10 days they replied my PORT PROCESS is rejected due to unpaid bill of my first service provider, i paid balance amount next day .again i got call from Ankita [protected] idea department she said, now ankita said now this case is under mine so kindly send me yous ID and ADDRESS PROOF by whatsup, than i did, she explained me different plan and said me why did you pay Rs.100 it is free of cost, as per her Nisha and her collection agent misguide and cheated me for Rs.100 and delaying in services, now point is this two person are making contact with me for one idea company and no body is making me very clear about the plan, as per Nisha she offered me Rs.499/ per month plan in which i get unlimited local call and 100 msm free daily and 7 gb data free in 4g speed, incoming roaming free, SDT calls and outgoing roaming chargeable, but ankita telling me different plan in doubtful manner, both are misguided me and no body is ready to receive my call .kindly help me .
