I got message that rc 346 to get unlimited calls and daily 1gb 3g/4g data for 28 days. I have recharged rs 346 got successful. But only got unlimited calls. Then i contacted to idea customer care, those people are saying my having offer. If my mobile no not having why recharge got successful and why i got only unlimited calls. If i am not having offer, it should fail. So idea cheating customers. Please take action on this.

    I have an idea post paid no : [protected]. As i was checking my itemised bill for date 25th march 2017, i noticed that i was charged for calling a particular number '055181' on 18th march 2017. I don't even know this number. On checking i read about other customers who have been charged for calling the same number by idea cellular. This is a fake number which idea is using to increase the bill amount of customers.

    Kindly look into this important matter.

Disconnected and inform me that the prepaid connection will activate within 24hrs. But still not activate. Customer care made irresponsible reply. Hence i request you to activate the phone immediatly.

            I have recharge to rs. 347 plan which gives daily 1gb internet but the speed after checking using okaala is coming out to be 0.5 mbps which is very less as per the 3g standards.

            It shows very poor standards by idea and degrading the quality of service.

            Kindly improve the download speed and don't fool people with unlimited plan.

            Yes. They are definitely fooling around. If you top up your data plan then you might gain speed until topup plan is over.

              Went to the idea store for the replacement of damaged sim card
              I was told that charged will be rs 25
              I agreed
              But when the process was completed after 1 hour a sum of rs 75 was deducted
              Went to the store again then they told that they also didn't know
              Not giving the refund of my money too
              Really fed up of this service from idea
              So really tell me what should i do

                I reached my data plan as 153, but the message shows me you will get 2gb data. But i got only 600mb. So that i contact customer care to say about this matter. The customer told me the remaining blanace of (1400mb) will credit in 4hrs. But i didnt get data what he said. So again i contacted the customer... Now she is telling i couldnt get remaining amount becouse thw offer is only valuable when we recharge at shop or online... I used to recharge my acc by ussd way. I am asking to the idea manager... If i do the recharge in shop or online or ussd... You get the same amount as 153... No more benefit is gain... So why you are not providing the data you listed in the message...
                If i didnt get the remaining data.. I will port into other network likr (Jio, vodafone, bsnl, airtel)... Becouse they are providing better service and more offer to cutomers...

                    Yogesh here from pune . Had very bad experience from idea pune Bhandarkar road . Even after disconnection of postpaid no.there is 90 days period wherein customer can pay his due a month & enjoy / continue his service/ plan . I have also visited their SD department, recovery department .A lady from sharda centre, 2nd floor, pune, took my no. & told that she will or their senior will resolve this issue . 90 days over & they haven't called me back .neither told me how to pay my pending bill.
                    .Guy named amol from idea pune told me that he will call back & resolve my issue . Today is 1st April 2017 no one even mailed or called me .

                    This shows customersome why not to use idea in era of 4g market.

                      I recharged my number [protected] for Rs 345 thinking i would be getting unlimited call benefit and 28 gb internet but I received only 1.5 GB data. No where in the website it states Rs 345 will be entitled only for 1.5 Gb data. I called up customer care agent and they told I should have recharged with Rs 347, just Rs 2 difference and look at the difference in benefit. They are fooling the customers. Recently, I ported to Idea and am disappointed.

                            Idea deducted my main account balance of about Rs. 400. When I called customer care they said that the money got deducted due to data connection but i already had an active data pack on my number and they are not listening to my complaint also. I called again after some time and now they say to call after 4 hours due to some problem. Idea has unnecessarily deducted my balance.

                                      I had requested to port my no from Reliance to Idea few days ago. Yesterday,
                                      I received a sms of suceessfully porting to Idea netwrk and call 59059 for activateion. Nevertheless no body picks this no and IVR is in loop. And my no is still deactive and i am suffering from this.Please have this resolved

                                        I, Sawan rathod, was carrying a number from Idea-[protected] under A/C no.[protected]. i had given a request for closing this number to idea dated 29/08/2016 to which i got a confirmation call from Agency which had code no. 71077. When i received this confirmation call asking whether to close this number and A/C, i said ok and confirmed them stating that i dont want this number so please close it. after this call there was no communication from their side.

                                        On 28/03/2017, received a mail from them stating a legal notice and asking for Rs. 857/- failing which i would be legally penalized.

                                        Please take care of this, as this is a serious matter if a company like idea cellular treats their customers like this, then its really going to be tough.
