A fraudulant credit card transaction has happened on my credit card today (21 march 2017) and the money has been debited to merchant ideamoney.
Please look into this and revert the amount.

I work right next to Cinepolis KPHB, my other colleagues carry Airtel and they never had any signal issues, they confirm they get full signal at all times.

On the other hand I use IDEA on 4G Samsung Galaxy S6, Signal is always lost. Very disappointed.

I have put a request to Port my number to Airtel, hope IDEA let the number Port fast as possible so that I can be relieved from the Service and pace up!!

I have bought new idea SIM [protected] on 14th Feb 2017 and in evening I got SMS on my alternate number to activate SIM by calling 59059 .From that time till date I am trying 59059 but it is not connecting .

When call idea support and tell my problem they wouldn't talk logical and keep on saying please try calling 59059 .I think these less skilled resource just work like parrot and only say single line and don't give logical answer nor try to help .

I am every day getting SMS on my alternate number to call 59059 and get your connection activated but 59059 is not connecting .Please provide any other number or activate services of my new idea number [protected]

I recharged my phone and from today itself I am getting unwanted jokes from 51998 and for every joke Rs. 3 is deducted from my balance. Please stop all this otherwise I will complain about it. I did not subscribe anything how come all these sms are flooding my inbox??

I bought an Idea 4g sim, mobile number [protected] yesterday activated instantly by adhar card and sent 4g Activation sms ( ACT4G to 12345 it said Will be activated soon). But not able to access 4g from long time, I contacted helpline but A girl named Puspanjali given wrong information and rufused to solve my issue saying your request not received.

We have 8 connections in my office, Since we shifted to a new place in Sep-2016, we are facing issue of no signal. After n number of complaints an visits by Idea people no solution till date has been provided. This type of service is not expected by Companies like these. Everytime we put a port request, we are assured for an immediate solution but the status remains the same.

The connection no. [protected]. Its a postpaid service for the IDEA 4G netsetter. So without any prior intimation you guys have activated some VAS service. And when enquirer about the this in the IDEA outlet no proper response. The guy named senthil kumar in the outlet not even ready to provide any info. The only answer is call the CC. we cant do anything. Not even they can provide a phone to call the CC. I dont know what is point in have a outlet.
The next is CC. really a ridiculous bunch of idiots sitting there. Not even a general welcome greeting. they wont say their name. so if they can answer any question they simply drop the call or it will be in hold. Do u guys have any SLA for the hold time. I dont think so. The query was simple. I want to deactivate the VAS and change the plan. Cant even reply for this query politely.
It was a screwing experience with idea service.

I ported my number [protected] from another service provider to idea and then after few days they disconnected my services without any reason. I sent my cousin to visit to idea care and then he told me that they were asking for documents.
I am asking that what happened to my documents I submitted to idea care itself when I changed my service provider. Then my cousin submitted my documents along with one photograph and they charged Rs.50 as SIM Exchange fee. My services were activated and after two days I got a message that my services will be stopped after one day as my documents were not submitted to the care.
Again I talked to idea care then they replied that I can submit my documents to any of idea care in any state as I am staying outside of my native state, Haryana. I took half day from my company then visited 3 idea cares in Mohali and Chandigarh itself.But they were just making excuses. Then i went to idea care near Ambala bus stand in Ambala cantt. There again I submitted my docs(Aadhar card and PAN card) and again they charged for Rs.50 for SIM Exchange. They promised that SIM will be activated after half an hour not more than that. Then I got two messages saying your request for SIM exchange has been processed successfully.SR No. 1-[protected].
But then what Nothing. After 3 days also my services are not activated.I talked to customer care again and what they said that my documents are not submitted.

I am asking as what kind of documents IDEA care is asking . Is it some sort of land papers or any thing else.
Worst service provider and irresponsive customer support I ever experienced in my life.

I have given request for postpaid to prepaid service on 09-Mar-17 at indira nagar branch (contact person is Pradeep). Still it is not yet converted the same. It was deactivated without intimation. My number is in deactivate mode.

I have been following up every day. Pradeep is keep saying it will be done by today, in one hour, in half an hour like this. This very worst conversion i have even seen.

Have received a mail a few days ago with the following content :

The postpaid Idea connection that I had was terminated a few years ago. Don't remember the exact date, amount and other details. Not sure if this is real or fake but this seems incorrect legal notice. Can I get a clarification.

I got a call from [protected] stating that they are from sbi credit card department.. they have my card details including my cvv number and contact details.
i dont know who the hell share my card details and contact details like these frauds. they tried to make an transaction to a idea money wallet. when i saw the meesage with an otp for 4998 rs to idea money i asked them who are they really are the girl whp spoke to me gave the call to another person saying that he was third party merchant. i felt smething fishy and told them i dont want any help from them.

Idea money or idea cellular please do the necessary action to stop this frauds.

On 19th March, I was using internet, suddenly internet was disconnected and No Service .
I restarted my phone, took out the sim and put it again still the same thing.
On 20th March at 11AM, called Idea customer care and they are saying that the SIM is inactive since I might have not used it for 30 days or due to external/internal damage. I told them till yesterday it was working fine, how come I am not using it or its damaged, those people dont have the answer
I have 3G recharged data in that sim around 2GB. Now they want me to visit customer care and again get a new sim and pay money.

IDEA changes your life is the slogan and this is what it has changed.
I want the concerned authorities to check this and activate my sim with the same number.

This is to inform you that my mobile no [protected], previously a Tata docomo postpaid no. was ported to idea mobile postpaid connection in the month of Jan, 2017 and my service got initiated by biometric formalities done at idea retail outlet (Maa Shakambhari Mobile Store new town badnera) and they didn't ask anything about my previous outstanding postpaid bill with Tata docomo and suddenly discontinued my service without giving any intimation.Moreover, i had already cleared off my total bill outstanding at Tata Docomo on 03.03.2017(copy attached).
Please initiate strict action against " Idea Cellular Services" as it has misled me and suddenly discontinued my service without any notice. Also the customer service executive at" idea mobile store Wadi nagpur" was not ready to help me in this regard.

I am facing consumer harassment from idea company, office located near astron chowk, Rajkot, Gujarat, India.

I have applied from post paid to prepaid plan, and my employees have visited four times at idea cellular for this matter, and also I have visited today, and I have seen many of the consumers are facing the same problems.

Idea company provided new card and old card stopped from 17th March 2017, now I am facing various problems due to switched off my mobile.

Please I request you to take necessary action, sir/madam I am facing this problem even if I am chartered accountant, so please think about non educated people.

As per my bill plan (Postpaid connection 349) 3g unlimited usage is provided and for first 1gb of data would be downloaded on high speed and next 1gb wouldl be down loaded by 40kbps and beyond that would be given 20kbps for unlimited usage.

Normally i would cross 2gb data within 7 days of the beginning of the month itself and the remaining days i could use 20kbps speed. As of now its was enough to check mail, whatsapp, or to book an ola vehicle.

Unfortunately this month (March 2017) they have reduced my downloading speed to bellow 20kbps and i couldn't even check my mail or and i have complaint to the customer care department for four times and instead of solving the problem advised me to add booster pack.

I'm requesting them to provide me the plan which they have offered me.

Kindly look into the issue.

I am suman das from west bengal and currently living in raipur, chattisgarh. On 6th march, 2017 i bought a prepaid idea sim from a retailer in raipur. H told me that as i am from other state (Wb) so it would take 2-3 days to activate. From then till now it is not activated and no calls from idea though. As the sim card was pkd on 18-jan-2017 and since it had 60 days validity before activation so now it is also expired. Now i am trying to contact the retailer but he is neither answering my phone nor helping me by any means. And as i needed this connection very much so i having trouble consistently.
It was my first experience with idea network and i am more than disappointed.
