This is Azharrudeen from chennai, i bought a new Idea SIM last sunday[protected] for Rs 199 at 7pm approximately, the sales person told me the sim offers 30GB per day and unlimited calls for all operators for three months, i gave my Adhar ID proof along with my passport size photo. He told me the SIM will be activated at 10pm same day itself (sunday), but till now it is not activated, i called the help line to ask about this they told me that the proof is not yet received. i called the person ( idea sim dealer ) who sold it to me he told it will be activated in few hours, but nothing happens. called him again he excused and assured again it will be activated in few hours, still nothing. i got irritated and called him again but he switched of the mobile. very poor response.
