    Sir i recived a msg from ur pp-612345 that on recharge of 352 i will get unlimited calls and 1gb daily data but after i did that recharge i only get 2gb data and when i called on customer care they start saying that that the amount was 351 not 352 and that kind of msg was never been sent to me so they cant do anything regarding that but the worst thing was that they were trying to force me to admit that i was lying regarding that incident so i[censored] can do anything regarding that then plz do something otherwise i am planing to move to any other network

        My idea Postpaid number [protected] outgoing and net connection suspended without any intimation to me. After contacting service center of Idea cellular at Valiya Chokdi, Ankleshwar, they said due to Airtel Bill due. I had ported my number from Airtel into Idea. I paid the airtel bill and submitted the copy to idea still service is not restored.help

            It was just a call to the customer care for the enquiry of a offer, to which the first executive suggested to have a talk with his senior. The senior executive so called
            Mr. Jagjit Nayak was unable to be provide any details of the offer was insisting to put off the call. Again when I asked asked him to register a complaint in favor of him, He persuading this to have no relation with the call and that they have no information about the registering a complaint cut off the call.

              I have ported my Airtel sim no to Idea in Dec 2016 and since the sim is misplaced I have not made any calls since Jan 2017.
              But the bills keep coming and when an Idea guy called I told him to send me the call log...How can they bill me without even checking the call log.
              Further I wrote to them to shift my No.[protected] to prepaid but till date nothing happened.
              Such things should not happen with any reputed network.
              I also have an Idea Data card which is post paid linked to my above no which also has not been used for the past 4 months.
              Cant they see and bill?

                Hi, I purchased my choice postpaid idea number before 6 months,
                I pay bill completely and after 4 months I port number from postpaid to prepaid,
                Suddenly My number closed without any message and mail.

                I emailed to idea customer service and visited three times to My idea store,
                But they only said we can't do anything now number re-generated.

                  I am using ebu 99 gtech (710) post plan for both of the above mobile numbers since couple of years where i was offered free cug service between both the numbers along with free 500 minutes/month local calls.
                  Now, suddenly i noticed that my cug was deactivated without any prior intimation on 23rd february 2017 and i have been charged for february and march 2017 bills for my cug calling which i noticed later (Bill cycle is 23rd to 22nd of every month).

                  My february bill shows 700 minutes (Pulse) local calls (Actual 700 minus 266 cug calling which equals to 434 minutes) and in march bill it shows 721 minutes local calls (Actual 721 minus 222 cug calling which equals to 499 minutes) for my mobile number [protected] and same is with my mobile number [protected] bills.

                  If my plan provides me free cug calling for both numbers, why i have been charged for intercalling and that too without any prior intimation for cug de-activation?

                  I have been facing such issues regularly where few months back my plan was changed without any prior notification. If i experience such services from idea network its better for me to switch to some other network where customers are atleast informed about any modification in there plan.
                  I have approached the idea gallary on 23rd march related my above concern for which my complain has been registered vide communication id c1-[protected] & c1-[protected], but still no feedback on the issue.
                  I request you to kindly check bills for february and march month for both my connections and reverse the difference amount at an earliest.

                        I Nagaraj a customer of postpaid service of IDEA cellular Ltd;
                        I approached to Idea service center in ITPL Bangalore about 2 months earlier with a request to change my postpaid service into prepaid, they clearly deny and said issue is beyond their authority and refer me to other service center..

                        They only converted prepaid to postpaid.
                        Now they telling we don't have authority change post paid to prepaid.(idea service center ITPL Bangalore

                          My concern about the bill for my billing period is as under:
                          I am very frustrated with wrong billing charges. I have been charged with some random subscription services worth
                          feture charges 75.00 wrong charge
                          VAS Charges 1478.48 wrong charge
                          Roaming charges 33.70 ok
                          service tax 278 extra charge
                          This sevices were not subscribed by me. Now, When i checked bills, I also noticed 1478 Rs charged by these subscription sevices in month of feb and it is totaly wrong. charges.
                          When i noticed this wrong charges i contacted idea customer care and unsubscribed those services asap. They also mentioned these are 3rd party services and could be automatically subscribed when clicked on internet adds.
                          But how idea can charge its customer without customers consent for 3rd party services. This services were recurring and were automatically renewed. I feel cheated.
                          I am unable to pay bill feb month bill of 2226 Rs. This is my first complaint, before i called Idea Customer Care but issue was not resolved.
                          I wish to pay the bill as soon as these unlawful charges are deducted from my bill and i request u to get into the matter and solve it immediately totally disappointed customer of idea

                                From my main balance rs. 29/- has been deducted stating i have downloaded online purchase app. Mydala something which i don't know & which i have not done. Your customer care executive mr. Ishaq khan was very rude & simply terminated my call. I'm totally takenaback & disappointed by your service. Please lodge my complaint. I don't want that mydala app service & refund my money back & tell ur customer care personal to be more courteous.

                                  I am using idia postpaid service number [protected] my plan is 349 unlimited local and std my current bill 306.00
                                  But my unbilled usege showing 705 rupees
                                  I am call customers care but no any budy response my billing detail.
                                  I using this number only incoming calls but anbilled amount showings 705 rupees
                                  My date 16th to 15th but 11 days unbiled usege showing 705 rupees i not paying thise amount.
                                  I am paying only 349 with service tax

                                  I call to customers care but not understand my problem and not given billing detail.

                                    Myself divakar . i have purchased a idea postpaid sim [protected] during august month 2016 and paying bills regularly .but during december 2016 i keep on getting messages to pay bill for [protected] number. i contacted idea and said i am no way connected to [protected] number. they said to write a mail to idea cellular regarding this issue.i mailed and got reply that "pls ignore such messages and sorry for the inconvience caused to you.but few days back i received a call and the person at other end started threatening me to pay bill for [protected] . i said i m no way connected to this number . i m using only one number that is [protected]. he used to threaten me saying i will fill a case against you and need to pay penalty ... is the way idea behave to customers??

                                        This is Azharrudeen from chennai, i bought a new Idea SIM last sunday[protected] for Rs 199 at 7pm approximately, the sales person told me the sim offers 30GB per day and unlimited calls for all operators for three months, i gave my Adhar ID proof along with my passport size photo. He told me the SIM will be activated at 10pm same day itself (sunday), but till now it is not activated, i called the help line to ask about this they told me that the proof is not yet received. i called the person ( idea sim dealer ) who sold it to me he told it will be activated in few hours, but nothing happens. called him again he excused and assured again it will be activated in few hours, still nothing. i got irritated and called him again but he switched of the mobile. very poor response.
