What is this fraudulent practice of deducting balance on the name of mydala services, thats also without my request or concent.I have called customer services and they say that I have requested for the service.If your system shows as i have requested for the service, it is your technical fault.why should I pay for your technical issues .I checked on google that there are several victims of this fraud of IDIA. The number [protected] is using by me since six years under the company rolls ( CUG group ) now i have left the company and requested the company to give NOC to convert into my personal number, the company accepted and issued the NOC for the same i have submitted all relevant documents including NOC on 18.03.2017 to convert into my personal number. Since one week i am following with the idea executive for the activation of my mobile number [protected], every day he was telling that by evening your mobile number will be activated, but till date it has not been activated .

Since i am using this number for the past six years all my personal correspondence is linked to this number.

Kindly look into and do the needful at the earliest.

I tried to make a call today from my idea number [protected] and found out that services to this number have been temporarily withdrawn. I never received any call or sms informing about the same. I have been using this number for more than a year now and i was using this number today also Im quite surprised as Im even unable to call customer care from my number. I want a nano sim for my idea no. [protected]. I visited CIT More Kolkata Idea stores but they said they don't have any nano sim for replacement. They told me to visit another brach like Dalhousie, Kolkata Idea store to get a nano sim.

Please help me for getting a nano sim replacement. Why should I go to another store, nano sim should be available to any Idea store.

I VEERENDER BAHETI having a postpaid connection since 15 years and I made complaint with regard to signal problem which is not rectified upon which I visited two days before your office at Khan lateef Khan building, Hyderabad for converting my numbers.. [protected] and [protected] from postpaid to prepaid .. a staff by name VAMSHI REDDY inform me that at a time two numbers can't be done and for one number is accepted my request and on that time he raise unnecessary objections to take my request and thereafter I visited the manager to look into the matter upon which he accepted my request... And today I visited again to your office a token no. 42 is given to me as 41 token is running guard told me to wait for one minute but even after 10 minutes my token was not called and I saw that around 8 counters are there and no one is on counters to attend the customer and every one is busy in gossiping with eachother... Then I told them to take my request then a person by name M.HARI PRASAR &VAMSHI REDDY TOLD ME TO WAIT UNTIL WE CALL YOU THEN I TOLD THEM TO DO WORK INSTEAD OF CHATTING WITH EACHOTHER BUT NO ONE HAS LISTEN TO ME THEN I VISITED THE LADY MANAGER AND MADE A COMPLAINT ABOUT THIER ACT BUT INSTEAD OF LOOKING MY COMPLAINT SHE TOLD ME TO WAIT AND THEREAFTER THEY MAKE ME TO WAIT FOR MORE THAN 15 MINUTES and thereafter look into my matter ...

I like your attention here ... that all this incident is recorded in the CCTV cameras which is fixed in your premises...

By this kind of act of your staffs and manager you will loose customers that includes me.., .. and this in not good for the reputation of your company ... So I request to to look into the matter and take necessary action ...

as I believe that work is important ... And the office/working place is not for chatting .. but to provide services to customers...

As I found that you have disconnect my outgoing service after pay bill.
Due to this Disgusting thing I lost ₹9, 000 INR from my own.
Even I visited the My Idea shop that time the concern person also denied to Help me to start the services on the bases of my Bank statement.After the discussion with appellate Authority he ask to start the services.
I requested so many times at night of 2oth, March regarding my bill payment but your any concern persons are not ready to accept my request.
They harassed me mentally lot.
Kindly do the needful on my mental and financial loss due to your third class service.
find the transaction detail in my attached bank statement of INR 322.36/-.

I have been using my prepaid mobile number since more than 2 years and i took it for lifetime and i was in international roaming and i recharged it for 200 rupees as international roaming but My mobile number has been terminated and when spoke to cc they say non use so got terminated, but I recharged it and was able to receive sms and calls (didnt picked any call while roaming) even though it got terminated.
now they say its not active and they cant give me back my number all my passwords are related to that number.
i need justice and my number back

Sir I purchased 255 recharge from paytm for 10 GB internet pack but company give me only one GB data and this offer given by company for my no .And this scheme display on my Mbl till date and when I called​ costumer care service they gave me irisponsible answer and not gave benefits then I went to idea care in my area but they were also not gave any response on my problem and speak arrogantly

I got this mobile number through your executive who visited my residence after taking all the proofs. Since it was heavy amount for me I requested your executives to change the number from postpaid to prepaid. Till date it was not done.

I spoke to one of your staff Ms. Saranya and she finalized the payment from Rs.600 to Rs.203.36 which has already been paid on 31st January, 2017. The same has also been informed to her and mail has also been sent to appellate authority of idea on the same day and she told that she will depute somebody to collect the proof and change the number from postpaid to prepaid and not to use the number till it is finalized.

But till date no one has approached me for further process and I am getting threatening messages from idea on regular basis. As I am a patient, I am not in position to visit the showroom to get the number change from postpaid to prepaid.

This month again I have received a bill to pay an amount of Rs.169 for the above mentioned mobile number and I am getting a lethorgic reply from idea customer care members.

I request you to kindly depute someone to solve this issue as soon as possible. Looking for the earliest reply.

I suddenly started getting emails with subject "Demand legal Notice ! Idea Cellular" . I have no idea why i am receiving this email. I am not using Idea services atleast from last 6 years. Email does not even have mobile numbers but just account number.

This is in regards to my mobile bill for the month of March 2017, where i have been charged Rs. 1300/- for data on prorata basis.
I have spoken to the customer care executive but i am sorry to say that the response was very arrogant. I have been charged some 1300 rs for data usage on pro rata basis because i have changed my plan from 399 to 499 in between (as per their customer care excutive).
I had received a call from Idea cellular itself that if am activating a 3g booster plan for every month then its better to shift to our new 499 plan which will be beneficial for you. She explained me the benefits of data and unlimited std and local calling for this plan, so i agreed to shift to the new plan. But the prorata charges was never told and explained to me.
If i am having a sufficient unused data balance on my mobile then how can they charge for data usage ??????
Pls Help
