I am not getting why my number got permanently disconnected. On mail conversation reason told to me is handset/sim lost. But from my side there is no such request or information to idea care.

I have regularly paid the bills also. there is no such pending bill.

Since I am out of country I can not go to idea store. I have only asked customer care to keep my numbers in safe custody. I have complete mail conversation regarding safe custody of my numbers

I want to get back my number activated.

    Idea is big time dumping people.
    I ported in idea postpaid from docomo postpaid.
    Got so much irritation and enquiries for sim activation even my personal details.
    In postpaid had to pay nonsense type hidden charges. Idea care denied to port to other network before 90 days. So requested to transfer prepaid.
    48 hrs post transfer no activation of sim which is only sim i use. Loss of all personal social and professional contacts.
    Request avoid idea.

        Idea! What is wrong with you?
        I received info that my Sim card is activated and I have to call 59059.
        Guess what? I am unable to contact this number!!! "number you have dialed is not exist". This is ridiculous!!! Why you do the process soo complicated? Please resolve it quickly. I am traveling around the India and I really need a Sim card.

          I would like log a complaint about idea because few days earlier I changed my connection from Vodafone to idea.now Vodafone connection is disconnected but idea could not provide me sim yet.really very frustrated with these guys.everytime whenever I get call from Idea, they just say that your connection has been started, even they do not know that I haven't got sim yet.everytime I had to tell everything in detail but nothing happened.

          Really very disappointed...now I am not able to call because my earlier Vodafone connection disconnected.

          If you guys are not able to do your work, then you people call and insist to switch the current connection to Idea.

            My request is don't use the idea cellular, its change u r life really, but in the negative manner. The persons who are working as senior customer care representatives are not providing services for customers, they are lying people we are providing the services to the customers.

            Worst worst worst worst worst worst idea cellular.

            Note: My request is don't use Idea Cellular i[censored] want good communication.

            I will go to next step National consumer complaint board. And legal notice.

              I don't have idea number, neither do i use ideamoney myself. The fraudsters had used their ideamoney wallet to transfer money from my citi bank debit card using the transaction reference numbers ideamoney mumbai ref:[protected] ref no :- 06mar1120.

              Please cancel this transaction and refund money to my bank account.

                Very unethical & low standards of talking. I am a idea customer for last 5 years but they way this incident happened with me, I don't want to be with Idea anymore, The person from this number [protected] called for payment, I already informed 1 day back don't call me I am outside the town, i will come & pay. But they kept disturbing & saying this is their duty.

                What type of duty is this where they do not understand the way of talking & situations . On saying not to call they feel we are insulting & without understanding any values they use abusing language.

                What is this?? There is no moral values, no proper way of handling, no proper training of how to deal. Does idea train them this way to talk?? such low standards

                  I was a Vodafone subscriber. We started having trouble with vodafone network since December 2016. After waiting patiently for so long, when they could not fix the network problem, I switched to idea with MNP.

                  But there is no network available for idea too in the house. I have to go out far from home to get a network and make a call. And people can't reach me on my mobile beacuse the network is not at all available at home.

                  Please try to resolve the network problem. Don't make us lose faith in Idea too.

                    My complaint is about deducting balence by cellular company.Idea cellular is deducting my balance without my permission.Idea has activated somewhat game service and charges 10rs on it.Various unwanted games are installing in my phone.when games are installed then 10rs deducted automatically.For this i called Customer care but they had not stop this service, and ignored me.

                      Same case has happened to me. Please look into the details. My idea no is [protected]. Alternate no is [protected]. Through MNP I changed my network from Vodaphone postpaid to idea Cellular prepaid Madhya Pradesh. My no has got barred and is saying that services to this no are temporarily on hold. I visited 2-3 idea service centers but getting the reply that from our side services are active, have escalated the issue but are not able to solve the issue. It has been more than 3weeks that no is barred.
                      Please help to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

                        I have visited the store in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh on[protected] to port my SIM from Maharashtra to Andhra. I was not given any details inspite of asking and was told t within 7 working days the number would be ported to Andhra.

                        However, yesterday I received a call stating that a new SIM is now available with same number (which was not informed to me earlier). They wanted me to come and collect it from guntur, however my current location is Hyderabad.

                        Moreover they denied saying any of my family members can collect it and then courier to me. Upon escalating it, the representative agree to courier it themselves which would take 2 days. I was not given any confirmation if the SIM has been couriered and my call is not being received.

                        My services have been stopped now and I'm not able to use my SIM at all.

                        Upon further follow up today, after sending a relative to the store, I got to know that the concerned representative is on leave for few days and has not couriered my SIM which was not even communicated to me.

                        This was such a bad experience that I'm planning to change my number to some other service provider.

                          Sir, I am a regular customer of idea since 4 years. My no is [protected]. This is a postpaid connection. I have not paid idea bill due to some reason for one month. Today one the executive had called me and threatened me for paying bill. I have already said that I will pay after holi, then he talked badly to me, I told him not to talk like that but after disconnecting phone he had stop my out going as well as incoming of my number. As per my knowledge my incoming should not be stopped only for not paying only one month bill. But he stop my both services. I have recording of that number for future reference. Today I have a very urgent work today which could not complete due to stoping of my incoming. I feel a very bad experience about the services of idea while I am a regular customer of idea. The number which threaten me is [protected]. Please take necessary action so that that I could regularly use my number and if step is not taken then I will close my connection.                             Hi Team,

                            I am getting pissed off with idea operator and it's customer support services. The worst customer service ever I've come across. I don't believe why did I even choose idea as my network. I am going to raise a complaint in the consumer forum now. This is so unacceptable. U people don't know to deactivate services which is aligned to a postpaid connection.

                            It might happen by mistake in the first month, fine I have ignored it taken it likely and paid the bill expecting that it won't repeat again. But this is unbelievable.

                            Who the hell has activated auto renew for the data pack booster which I didn't wanted, didn't activated at all. When I raised complaint there is no response or least concern shown from the customer service department(creepy customer support ppl I tell you).

                            I requested to delete the data booster service which I would not be using at all, but there is no certain action only. They give away silly excuses that they cannot deactivate all that stupid stuff.

                            But are you fooling around people, what the heck is this. I have ignored your lameness in my last bill and paid for those data service(which I didn't had to use/keep activated at all) but why do you think that I would want to renew this unwanted data pack. This is really ridiculous.

                            No proper concern from you towards your customers and top of that you simply charge your customers unnecessarily. Damn thing!

                            I want refund of my amount. It is highly intolerance, why do I have to spend my hard earned money on your silly mistakes and stupid silly reckless service.

                            Good luck for your company. This way your company is soon going to smack down.

                                    I lost my idea sim card last Saturday and got a new SIM from the Marathahalli idea store on Monday 6 March. Since then I have been waiting for it to be activated. But it is not activating. When I called, the idea customer service was quite rude and was saying the verification didnt work, again I went to the store and filled a fresh form and submitted documents, still waiting for last 3 days.                                     I just called the customer service again and they are saying my verification call was done and it was unreachable. My friend's number which I provided for verification was [protected] and he said he never received any verification calls at all over the last 2 days. My SIM card number is[protected]. The customer care advised me to go again to the idea store (3rd time) and for the 3rd time give my Id proof xerox and start the verification process again. This is getting unbearable and causing me immense hardship.

                                      i am using idea postpaid from last 4-5 months, my first plan of idea is 699 pack nd 99 my total billing is 950, on jan 22 m call to idea custmor care nd said tio reduce my plan @499...they said call on 27 jan beacause ur bill is genrated on 26 jan isaid ok, then i call on 27 jan nd change my plan @499..nd ask her my first plan is deactivated they said yes, now on 26 feb my bill is genratef rs1403/-.
                                      they activated both plans on one number, please fix my problenmm as soon as.my mobile no is [protected], now custmer care tell lie they do not appricate my billing they make wrong bill, why should person activate both plans on one number, please sir listen my recording of 22 jan nd 27 jan thn u realize who is wrong,

                                        I got message from idea about recharge with 301 and get unlimited local and STD call with 4 GB data.

                                        I did recharge with 301 and in return got plan of 1GB data,

                                        After complaining to Idea they say this was plan applicable for you, but no where they have mention any thing about this plan.

                                        Idea is giving 4GB for 145 and 1GB for 301, they say on recharge if we do not find a valid plan then we give best available plan for that amount.

                                        Idea is not ready to cancel this plan, on my mobile I already have 4GB plan for data from Idea,

                                        This is purely cheating, idea is fooling customer by first sending SMS and then applying any plan, they should reject recharge if plan is not available.
