I receive this SMS on 5.51pm.

Sir please don't give to the money for that unknown fraud.please refund my amount in card pls pls.

    This is about a postpaid number of idea cellular 2 VAS has activated worth Rs. 150 and I had lodged a complaint about this in thier customer care on 28th of Feb to deactivate these VAS for the current month and give to waive off the last month Vas charges but neither they have deactivated or nor they waived it off. It was told to me to wait for 7 days after the specified time I contacted again they promised in you billing it will get waived off surprisingly nothing was done in this regard. Today again I had word with Mr. Laxman (Manager) he deactivated the services today which can be done on 28th feb. Now 16 days has been passed still no positive response was given to me they still need 7 more working days all lame excuses given to me by them

        Hi, My name is Rajan kumar sah mobile number is 8970418xxx. i have been customer of Idea cellular since 2009. Because bad behaviour of idea cellular team, i have generated port out request to move to other cellular company but Idea cellular team is denying my request saying not paid outstanding bill but i have already paid INR 200/- extra amount after getting the detailed info from Idea customer executive.

        Note:- When i called to idea customer care executive, they are saying i dont have much detail( i can say only your outstanding bill), please raise your complain through Email ID. unfortunately i have not seen any response from Idea team so far.

          My name is suhail e and my idea postpaid mobile no is [protected]
          And I was taken 350 rupees 2.5 gb addon pack after completing 2.5 gb I was taken another 200 rupees 1gb data pack after 4 days out going calls bar and I was checked in my idea app their ideas showing 2434 rupees unbilled amount the same day out going call are bared I was called soo many time to costumer care but they are disconnecting calls after 24 days now 16 march 2017 morning I was checked I was same and after called customer care I was raised to 4176 rupees I asked the why its happens they are telling data rotation charges

          But the main reason is they didn't informed me about high usage my credit limit is 1800 but its crossed 2000 rupees
          How it possible and I am uploading all 3months usage bill of data each are 10 gb used but no pro rotating nd fro 3.68 gb pro rotation charges and I'm uploading their pack activating selection no information for pro rotation

            I called to customer care he told me try with different mobile phone,
            Till now I have tried using three mobile phones
            What you want me to do
            If you can't solve such a small problem then leave the company...

            At least you should understand people don't have that much time..

              SIM card not used from 29th May 2016 to 1st July 2016. Also intimated through mail about the same from time to time. (Refer attached mails)

              My billing cycle 27th of every month, as per calculation max 3 days SIM card was used which costs to 13-14 Rs hence the amount of RS 163 to be refunded (Rs 177 - Rs 14 = Rs 163)

              Issue with the migration from postpaid to prepaid due to unavailability to SIM card from the below mentioned My Idea shop.

              Very bad experience of my idea shop, tried to cheat with providing fake calls, even to your customer support team. Need to visit thrice without any reason and required 1 month for migration.

              When your customer support team called the second time asking for specific person name then only he provided me new SIM Card.

              Also the attitude was not to provide me new SIM card even when it was available with him.

              First request for postpaid to prepaid migration: 30th May 2016. Email Reference Id E1-[protected]

              Migration activity and new SIM card provided on date 29th June 2016 and amount paid for migration: Rs 177

              My idea shop details : SHREE CHINTAMANI CELLULARS Shop 16/17/18/19, Sawant Park, Next Bharati Vidyapeeth Hospital, Pune- Satara Rd, Dhankawadi Pune 411043

              As per your mail 1st July 2016 the migration is completed so my refund was need to provided by 1st Sep 2016.

              Already it is delayed by 18 days. Hence provide Rs 50 extra delay charges as you take from customers as late charges.

              Considering the above scenario provide me refund immediately.

              Require any more info call on my alternate no [protected].

              I have every detail record on mail from time to time I have only sent some imp mails for your reference.

                Hi,

                I had applied for Idea Broadband Connection (User ID :[protected]on 17th Oct 2016 paying a month for 3 months - 2760/- to an Idea Representative. Confirmed the same by the Idea Officer Manager. Also note i was told that i would get that connection charges (Rs 500) would be waived on taking a connection of 3 months.The connection got started on 22nd Oct 2016. But only one months payment got reflected. When i asked the Sales manager, he said that this would get reflected by each month.

                At the end of Oct i got a Bill from Idea of 360/- Rupees saying these are charges for connection from 22nd Oct to 31st Oct 2017 and my Three months would start from 1st of Nov 2016 to 31st of Jan 2017. Please note i have paid the amount of 360 too.

                After three months, My payment was not reflected. On Contacting the Idea Sales Manager, He acknowledged that the payment was done but the Idea Sales Person who took my money is absconding and that they are trying to track him. Also He asked me to lodge a Police complaint against the said Sales Person.

                On visiting Idea Broad Band office at Sharada Centre, Karve Road Pune, the same manager said that the amount would get reflected but nothing has been done. Post that I have sent multiple mails to Idea broadband([protected]@idea.adityabirla.com), Sales mangers reporting the same but no action has been taken so far on Ideas part.

                I do not understand how idea being a reputed company is asking the customer to take action against their employee. Also i want to know if Idea just catches any random person on the road and sends them as their representative. Also Idea call center employees are rude and act as though they are doing me a favor by providing Internet. Also on giving all the relevant details of the concerned people involved, Idea Broadband is totally not concerned.

                If I had known that Idea cheats its customers i would have happily gone for a other broadband connection from its competitors and not be in this situation right now.

                  I am an Idea customer and on[protected] I have recharged a plan of Rs.243 with talktime of 243 Rs and 3GB 4G/3G data valid for 28 days ad without informing me Idea deducted 200 rs from my main balance. I have also registerd a complaint on customer care they said that they will refund the money regarding wrong deduction of the money but they actually didnt refunded a single money.this was a complete fraud and I am very dissapointed with this issue of Idea .I have not expected this kind of service from Idea .from now onwards I will not prefer idea and wont recommend anyone to purchase or to switch to idea.

                      Dear sir,

                      This is to bring to your notice that i had recently ported from vodafone to idea, mobile no.[protected], as i agreed for port by asking promotional call lady words.

                      Now my services were interrupted and when i visited idea outlet then your people says that this was a dummy sim or wrong sim you got which is not liked with your previous vodofone postpaid no. [protected].

                      Actually i got this sim through a promotional call by one lady may be she was your 3rd party employee in retention department, i said "ok" in the call and i was forced by her to port to idea ; only reason i ported to idea was only she said idea is going to merge with vodafone.

                      Your guy came and collected documents and provided this sim which was a dummy; when i inserted the sim, i did not receive any network and your idea people say this is a dummy sim and this sim was not linked with my previous vodafone post paid number.

                      Now your people given a new sim and said it will be activated in 24 hrs. This is my overall story.

                      Do you think i have to wait for 24 hrs to use your services. Bloody *!

                      Now, go * your 3rd party employee lady and ensure that she should bleed from her *. If your company is incapable of providing service to customer.

                      If you bloody * you cant provide the service. So i need that lady details who had given wrong information to me. I do have call recording with mobile no. [protected]/[protected]/[protected].

                      This should be eradicated from now itself as so many people will suffer like me!!!

                      The over all mail observation is only to that lady and 3rd party company, this mail is not related to idea or vodafone or their related employees.

                      Now i regret to inform you that i don’t want to continue any more with idea cellular which i have ported yesterday from vodafone.

                        I have to complain about the mobile tower which is placed near to just 10 meter where we are working the radiation which the mobile tower emits is very harmful and deadly we are on third floor the whole staff members are worried the 2 floor staafs are also worried the building address is 701, 3 floor and the landlord name is mr rajkumar please look into this matter and remove the tower as it ca be deadly for us. address of this building is 701, 3 floor mukherjee nagar delhi -9

                          Very poor service by Idea.

                          I took follow up on sim, but no one really want to work everybody is passing the blame to other.

                          No. Started but sim not received yet... Customer care representative called and told to call back day before yesterday but did not get any call...really frustrated. If you guys can't do your work then why call someone to port... Unprofessional service...

                              They not paying attention on costumer just busy in their work
                              Costumer just sitting in office they are not paying bills of comtumer. I was their at office and just watching their faces they had no intrest in my complains so i just want to say that costumer i not fully satisfied with the facility . So please solve my problem as soon as possible

                                  Today 13.03.2017.12.30 am I try to load my idea wallet 450 r.s. It's normally fast service that's y I choose this option. But unfortunately today 450r.s deducted from HDFC account and that money still not yet received in my idea wallet...
                                  So pls do need fully..
                                  U guys have to option, u have refund to my account or u have to fill it my idea wallet. Other wise the problems will affect ur company...

                                    I did a recharge from my mobile phone for rs.15 - 100 SMS .i received a message stating that the pack has been activated and so, of course even 15rs. was deducted from my balance. After done with the recharge, I sent 3 SMS, my balance being reduced by rs. 1 in each one. Again I proceeded with the same recharge, this time being online using internet banking, just to see the amount being reduced from account and benefits still not received.

                                      I have added rupees 250 to idea money wallet on 11th March 12:00am but when I see the wallet money doesn't add in my idea money wallet but money deducted from my bank account. I contacted with Customer Care but they not given me correct answer where does my money go. I requested you to give my money back in bank account. Idea money wallet is very slow and the customer support is also slow.

                                        My mobile no is [protected], I had recharged for 347 rs on 11/03/17only to get1GB per day up to 28 days and finally total of 28 GB for 28 days. But now idea customer care is telling this offer is not available and they will give free calls for 28 days but I need only internet offer. I want to change the plan for the same money but there is no option
