I m getting regularly flash massage.
I have talk two times with customer care but they don't resolve this issue.
My balance is deducted two times.
Please STOP, else i will have to port my sim to other cellular company.

          I am an idea customer. As soon as I activate an idea data pack on my android phone every kind of processing or so stops on my phone screen when the same irritating pop up flash message (photo attached) appears every 10 seconds and I have no other option than to tap OK on it every time. I am so much irritated that I have started avoiding activating data pack in my idea sim.

          Sir my problem is intact.The screenshot of the flash notification is being again shared by me here. That notification covers and hangs my Micromax android phone screen and appears every 10 seconds as soon as o activate idea data pack.

              I have requested to port out from idea to Vodafone. But idea offered me RS 50 discount in next 6 month bill so I cancelled my port request. But in next bill I didn't see the discounted amount.

              So I again made a port request and your care executive told that you will get discount from the next month. So I cancelled the request. Your executive confirmed me that the port request has been cancelled on Feb 23, 2017 but on Feb 26 I got to know that my number has been disconnected from idea. I contacted idea through Twitter. On Feb 26 and they assured me that the number will be in idea but I have to wait approx 8 hrs but it is more than 36 hrs, they are not responding yet.

              When I am trying to contact them they are just saying that we are investing.

              Sir just tell me if you are not able to serve properly then why you are running the business.

              If you cant give the offers then why you give fake offers

              Why your executive told me that your request has been cancelled

              Even when I got message from Vodafone that your request has been processed then also called customer care then he told me that be sure your request has been cancelled.

              Before porting I have approx -11 RS outstanding in my idea account send me the statement of that amount how you have adjusted and how you are planning to recover the remaining amount

              Sir just tell me who will bear the losses I got during your investigation period as you know that you are not able to port my number in idea before 90 days. Why you again tell me that we will try that your number will be in idea again and wasted 3 days.

                Hi all,
                I had idea postpaid plan of 299 which was having 675 mb 3g data. The bill cycle was from 27th to 26th. I have done market move due to company change.in market move process my previous connection was closed on 31st. So i have used old plan for four days and in these four days i have used around 300 mb data. For these four days by bill came of rs 1357. It is total fraud they are charging unnecessarily. My old d is :[protected]. My mobile number is also previous i have just changed my postpaid plan via market move. Please help me in this as they are charging unnecessarily.

                  Description - A lady called up in my mothers phone asking for me.When my mother replied that the phone number she dialed is not mine and also asked what it is about and being my mother she can tell it to me the lady misbehaved by roughly saying why would she tell me what is it about ? I came to know this is idea postpaid agent as I got a call from this number as well just after it. As dint have any knowledge about the whole incident I spoke submissively and listened to her product with time and refused in a well manner.

                  A telecaller is expected to follow little manners while bugging people with products

                            After many number of calls email and even visited to your idea showroom at Vishali gzb on 5th dec 2016, the lady Anshu (mobile no-[protected]) was sitting there, when i told about my issue she simply said i dont have any information, you can talk to customer care for the same and you have to pay the bill. She spoke to me very rudely and gave me the tis emil id and ask me to leave.

                            I have just spoke to your customer care (15dec 2016 at[protected] AM) to Poonam (Full name she did not tell me after asking so many times.) and now this customer care lady is asking me to visit Idea show room. am i a Ball aap ek jagah se doosre jagah fek rahe ho.ya main itne free nazar te hu ki sara kaam chor ke Idea ke showroom and custmomer care mein he ph karte rahe.
                            she is so bad in talking..they dont have any informations. if your customer care executive dont have informations or cant help customer they why have you opened it.

                            your company is harassing me mentally and financially by barring my mobile number incoming and outgoing calls even after paying outstanding for bill of Rs 180rs thrice for my mobile number [protected].

                            you have added 8 years back bill to my mobile number and without giving me full itemized bill and clarify why you have waited till 8 yeras to pay the bill.

                            My mobile no [protected] is registered with my bank and so many other sensitive places and since you have barred my service, i am loosing all my sensitive information. if tomorrow anything happened to my bank account or any other places i will take you to the court.

                            I have emailed you at your customer care id for itimized bill etc on oct /Nov2016 month but still i have not revived any information yet.
                            If this problem will not rectify then i will make the complain to Telecom department and portable my all 8 numbers to other service provider.

                            Kindly let your customer care/Showroom people know that how to handle and talk to the client. very pathetic. I should say Airtel has much better way to handle the situation and very prompt in replying. they know how to keep their customer happy.

                            I[censored] have the same problem for a long period means u may PORT your number to the reliable network which can gives the best service in your area as per your knowledge. Because they are here to provide the solution for customers. we need not to beg them for it. Also as per your statement u have some sensitivity call / sms from bank and all. So just try PORT if needed.

                              I made a recharge of Rs. 69.00 on 25.02.17 for my mob. No. [protected].
                              As per plan shown on myidea website, I should get 1 GB 3G DATA but I got only 249 MB DATA. I am attaching screen shot in which it is very clear that 1GB dat in Rs. 69.00 for 28 days. They are cheating with us. They have done this type of cheating previously with me but I avoided that.

                                Complaint Details: Please do the DNO Barring Deactivation for the Idea Mobile No. [protected], Which was Activated by Idea on 20/02/2017 at 12.00 AM.

                                It's to inform you! Through National MNP I had changed my network from Vodafone Postpaid to Idea Prepaid on 24/12/2016, I had received a message from Idea network on 05/02/2017 there was some outstanding payment (₹110) with previous network provider (Vodafone) and to be paid immediately for uninterrupted Idea network connection.

                                It's to notify you! On the same day I had cleared the outstanding bill of Vodafone and submitted the paid bill copy at Idea Store, Vijayawada on 07/02/2017 but it's surprising from 20/02/2017 DNO Activation was processed for my Idea mobile number ([protected]). I had also submitted the bill paid receipt & no due certificate at 2 different Idea Dealers in past 6 days for 3 times for doing the needful.

                                1. Sree Communications, Vijayawada on 20/02/2017, 2. Aasri Communications, Vijayawada on 22/02/2015 and once again at 3. Sree Communications, Vijayawada on 23/02/2017 but still the DNO Deactivation was not processed.

                                At least 6 mails from 20/02/2017 along with the document proof (paid bill & no due) were sent to [protected]@idea.adityabirla.com from my email t.[protected]@gmail.com for logging a complaint and doing the needful but yet nothing was done from their side. Also 8 times I had called to Idea customer care 198 & 12345 for doing the needful but nothing was done till now.

                                Kindly log a complaint against Idea Network Provider for DNO Barring Activation although I had paid the outstanding bill of Vodafone on 05/02/2017 and submitted the bill at Idea Store of Vijayawada.

                                We wish to inform you that your request regarding Restoration of services was registered under Service Request number 1-[protected] and expected completion date for the same is by 27/02/2017 09:06:00 AM. We request to provide us some time and we will revert to you at the earliest.

                                But yet the services were not restored. At present the date was 27/02/2017 and time was 08:00 PM.

                                Same case has happened to me. Please look into the details. My idea no is [protected]. Alternate no is [protected]. Through MNP I changed my network from Vodaphone postpaid to idea Cellular prepaid Madhya Pradesh. My no has got barred and is saying that services to this no are temporarily on hold. I visited 2-3 idea service centers but getting the reply that from our side services are active, have escalated the issue but are not able to solve the issue. It has been more than 3weeks that no is barred.
                                Please help to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

                                  Our Client: - Idea Cellular Limited (MPCG) 139-140, Electronic Complex Pardeshipura, Indore-452010
                                  Sir / Madam,

                                  Under instructions from and on behalf of our client above named, we address you as under: -

                                  That our client have provided the data/internet/voice services at your (“Service”) request after receiving your duly completed customer application form (“CAF”).

                                  As per the terms contained in the CAF, you are liable to pay the various dues, charges as are applicable for availing, retaining and using the said Service. As per the terms in the CAF, read with the monthly statements issued by our clients for said Service, our clients have regularly billed you. Despite our clients repeated requests and reminders from time to time, you have intentionally delayed and defaulted in making the payments.

                                  By agreeing and accepting the terms and conditions of Service as well as of the CAF, you, inter alia, agreed to pay to our clients such dues and charges as detailed in the monthly statement/s of our clients. Further, you continue to remain liable for the late payments and such other charges as have been specified in the monthly statements issued by our client for the amount of such charges and fees not paid in time, up to the date of their payments. We state that a sum of Rs. 885/- is due and recoverable from you as on date.

                                  We further state that, you have, despite regular requests and reminders of our clients failed and neglected to comply with the demands of our clients and clear the said dues as required. In fact, not only you have failed to make payments of the dues (charges and fees) but also the reminders of our clients have elicited no response from you. Our client therefore states that in the circumstances stated herein before, you have become liable to forthwith pay to our clients an aggregate sum of Rs. 885/- along with the interest and charges that accrues till final payment, under the said agreement.
                                  Though our client would have been justified in taking criminal proceedings against you directly, in the interest of justice and to give you a fair opportunity, we hereby finally call upon you to carry out and comply with the requisition contained in this notice within 2 days of the date of this notice, failing which our client will have no alternative but to institute appropriate legal proceedings (civil and criminal) for the offences of cheating, fraud, misappropriation of funds, criminal breach of trust and conspiracy for recovery and strict punishment thereof entirely at your risk as to costs and consequences which please note.

                                  This notice is sent to you without prejudice to my client’s other rights, claims, actions, interests and contentions or any action or police complaint already initiated or likely to be initiated against you under the aforesaid agreement.

                                  Our Clients also call upon you to pay a sum of amount 1000/- being the legal cost incurred by our clients towards this notice.

                                  Without prejudice, if you are willing to make the aforesaid payment, within the stipulated time, you are requested to contact with Mr. Mazid Khan on Contact No. [protected] during working hours (i.e. 9:30AM to 6:30PM). You can make payment either through web or through crossed Cheque favouring “Idea Account No.[protected]” and dispatch it to Mailing Address.

                                    I have done 4G recharge on [protected]. But whenever network declines to 3G, 2G. Amount gets deducted from main balance. This in inappropriate. E.g. taking first class ticket and have to pay extra if want to seat in economy class. Please refund the deducted amount

                                      I am Paramjit Singh from Jalandhar, Punjab. Few days ago I port in to idea, mob no.[protected]. Today, I received an sms that "Dear Customer, your Idea connection will be deactivated within 48 hours as upon document verification..." . I called the cc and I was told that I have croosed the number of connections that a customer can take. I requested for 4-5 days to submit my proof as I don't have enough time to visit the centre as it is approximately 8-9 Kms away from my home but he denied. Some of the numbers that I know, are currently in use at my home. He refused to give me the info about other numbers that are currently active on my proof. I want to ask the idea company that how can a cellular company can dare to deactive a 12 years old mobile number by giving the ultimatum of 48 hours. You could have call me to ask about the day to submit proofs but it was not an sms that you sent, it was a threat to the customer. If a customer port in to your network by showing his faith in you then how could you threat your customer. It was really very shameful for you idea.

                                        Hi am idea prepaid user and am working abroad i came in goa on 19/02/2017 as soon as i came i recharged my card but to my surprised money got deducted calling upon call cenres they told me i have some vas serviced active on my number, how those got activated i dont know, amd similarly some adds from internet popping up when iam typin a text and if you tap deduction straightaway called so-many times told them to stop all services lost almost 700 rupees very frustrating dont know what to do i hope my complaint will resolve thank you
