Dear Sir/madam
My name is Parmod. I have an idea cellular prepaid number which is [protected] on my name Parmod S/o Rajender Parsad. I faced network issues when I call someone. On dailing 8-10 times rarely once the call completed. This network issue is going on with in last 15-20 days. Thatswhy i faced many of problem due to this networ problem. When I called someone the phone shows that " the network not found or network problem. Please I request you to resolve this problem as soon as possible

I have been using Idea prepaid sim for last 10 long years.

Recently, I have converted my No. into Idea postpaid. I have been charged extra for internet usage even though it was within the limits as per plan.

when Called customer care executive for the query regarding this, three times my call was kept on hold for checking details and disconnected abruptly.

when I called again, one of your customer care executive told me there was system hang issue going on in idea office. Which earlier executives could have told me and should not have forced me to wait and spend my time.

One of your senior customer care executive Sriniwas (I guess) whom I had conversation with, had a very rude conversation with me.

Can't believe the way your customers are harassed by your employees. I ported my idea number to vodafone last month due to BAD SERVICE from your company and atleast 4 months of follow-up on the same. Got a call from the number [protected] at 12 today with a lady calling and saying that she is calling from Mobile Portability department of Idea and if I don't make a payment of some 750 odd Rupees by 2pm today my number will be disconnected completely. I told her that I am in a meeting post which I need to travel so I need the date extended. I also asked her for the details of the bill as I have already paid advance to Idea before the number got ported. I also asked how come there has been no communication made earlier on the same to give me enough time for the payment she said "SHE CANNOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT AND IF I DON'T MAKE THE PAYMENT BEFORE 3 MAXIMUM SHE WILL MAKE SURE THE NUMBER IS DISCONNECTED". I told her I cannot get the payment done without seeing the details of the bill, to which the reply was Go to the store and ask for the details. My question to Idea: 1) We are all working people and you do understand that it isn't possible to locate your stores and make payments within 2 hours you do understand this right? 2) Since 12 noon today that lady has called me atleast 6 times and asked AAP BILL PAY KAR RAHO HO YA NAHI? AAP BAHANE MAT BATAIYE MUJHE AUR BILL PAY KIJIYE. Which customer care executive is trained to talk like this with a customer. 3) I used Idea network for about a year or so- maybe more- NEVER in that time have I ever delayed my bill payment. You guys have made NO COMMUNICATION for this outstanding payment and are NOT providing the details for the same as well. I need you to take strict action against this lady as I'm sure you will have the recordings of the call between her and me hence i have provided you with the number as well. And get back to me ASAP. This is extremely disturbing!!!

Due to change of billing plan idea charged me rs.2200 as proration charges. They did not inform me about any such charges on the call while i was changing the plan. I had also checked with the company if there are any hidden charges which they said there are none and your next month's bill should be around 650 because of changing the plan. My current bill stands at rs.4800.

Today at 1:27 pm i received a legal notice on my email id from idea cellular via advocate Akash Gupta stating I had outstanding dues of my previous postpaid connection.
But I had already paid the entire amount before leaving that idea connection and received a mail from idea itself.I feel this kind of exploitation is really bad for the company of such stature.

In Re: Notice for Recovery of Outstanding Dues Rs690 in Respect of Customer Id[protected] and Mob. No. [protected]

Under instructions and authority from and on behalf of my client Idea Cellular Limited, a Telecom Company registered under the companies act and having its corporate office at Idea Cellular Limited, 'Windsor', 5th Floor, Off CST Road, Near Vidya Nagari, Kalina, Santacruz (E), Mumbai – 400098 and one of its circle office at A-68, Sector-64, Noida-201301, we hereby serv upon you the following legal notice.

My client is engaged in the business of providing Cellular Mobile Telephone Services inter- alia in the Metro Telecom Service area of Mumbai by virtue of License granted by DepartmentofTelecommunication, Ministry of Communication and Government of India.

My clients state that you have subscribed for a Mobile phone connection and it was sanctioned to you on your Submission of Customer Application Form and other related forms/documents ("CAF" hereinafter)to my client and the aforesaid Mobile phone connection and account ID[protected] was allotted to you. You have availed and enjoyed best of the service/s provided by my client after activation of the said Mobile phone connection.

As per the terms of the subscription, you were under an obligation inter- alia to make payments of the periodic bills raised upon you in respect of services availed by you. However, in spite of the receipt of the said bills from my client, you have grossly failed to make the said payments. As a result a sum of Rs 690 is due and payable by you to my client, as on date. Due to the failure on your part in payment of the said due amount, my client had suffered financial loss and was compelled to suspend/disconnect your aforesaid Mobile phone connection.

I, therefore, call upon you on behalf my client to pay the said outstanding amount as mentioned above within the three (3) days of the receipt of this notice failing which I have definite instructions from my client to initiate appropriate legal proceedings, criminal as well as civil, against you at your absolute costs, risk and consequences. Without prejudice to the legal rights and contentions of our client, if in case you have any question on the above point, you may contact one of the officer named Amit Dhama, contact no. [protected]

In case, you have already made the requisite payments before receipt of this notice, please ignore this notice and else treat this mail as final call before initiating court proceedings.

Sir I have recharge 347 recharge on 6/3/2017. In that scheme the day 500 mb data and night 500 mb data.on 7/3/2017 when I check whatapp massage the connection is lost so I call customer care the St executive not talk behaviorly.sir I not 500 mb data on this time but ur executive not listen of me.same problem on 2 days back ur company automatically deduction of data.ur company give utd net but cheating of customer. So I have decided to port.thanking u .

Received a msg that rs.29 has been deducted for downloading mydala
But I don't what's this haven't heard about it

Hi team i was missold, i was having airtel connection i got a call from an agent who said you can port in to idea network wherein the rental will be 350 unlimited calls with 1gb of 3g free, i switch to idea thinking its a great offer but later on once then sim got activated i got a letter to confirm the same when i checked in the welcome letter i will be only getting 3000 minutes free, i made a complaint i got a call from the complaint team saying we cannot do anything i asked them to release my number and they haven't done it, i want go legal against them tell me what can i do to sue them, i am also looking for compensation a huge amount and also termination of the ceo, waste services provider,

Sir iam a girl...one of a idea customer always calling me and he is blackmailing me. .plss kindly request to give the details of this no. This complain is regarding my phone number [protected] which is not used by me now as I have bought another IDEA phone number.

On date 25th Feb 2017, I have received notice from the lawyer that "Inspite of regular updation, I have not paid my dues". First of all when did u asked me to pay?
For your kind information I have given my alternate number to your company and I have not received any call or message that I have some dues on this number."

They said that my due amount is Rs.366 and I have to pay legal charges of around Rs.1100 os something like that.

Since then I have been trying to talk to the senior representative but they are too rude and helpless and they said that I need to contact local idea office. Also they said that "Ab legal notice jaari hua hai toh ham kya kare"

I have suffered with the mental harassment since that day as this notice was received by my neighbor and this issue has been circulated in my whole colony. Since then my parents are annoyed with me

My new idea sim says registration failed[protected] idea 128 k it was bought from idea outlet amravati irwin square

my circle is at allapuzha(kerala).

for the last 2-3 years i has been using the idea.but for the past 6-7 months its been a terrible experience o[censored]sing this network

first of all the cus. rep does not try to understand the real issue when someone contact them. I contacted them more than 20 times and still getting same responsesz every time and some time they will start arguuing and fighting with me through phone. Sometimes they evgen black me from getting customercare contact. i feel it through my experiences.and once they feel that the issue cannot resolved from their part they directly cancel the call just saying that they are not receiving any reply from customer part, that too in just 5 sec.

this is the only service that i had experienced that the call is been cancelled by the representative. you can check my call history.

and my issue there is
1) regular call drop in my place which is puliyoor po, alapuzha, kerala which i have been reported 1 year back and you promise me that the issue will get resolved soon at that time, but not resolved yet, again an example of poor service

2) Data packs is been to cheaper such that you will get 1 gb data for 10 rs now.
But the idea is providing data 1 gb for 178 rs for me as i do not have a 4g phone

3) every other companies except idea are striving to create a positive customer experience while you are concentrating only in advertisements, what an idea sir g

I am so fed up with your poor experience and want to port my number to another operator which value the customers in real and atleast not in advertisement

so finally i would like to thank for nothing and yes bye bye forever

I got from an idea executive for porting the number in which she was giving me the plan of 349 under which there was unlimited calling, 1gb 4g and 3000 messages.. but when i got my first bill, i talked with the customer care .. an d asked about the plan details in which they told that you dont have any such plan .. i am sening uh the screenshot of the mam in which she clearly told me about the plan

Actually I use about rs 1600 but they forcing me to pay about rs 3.5k.and also tell me that if you not pay the bill then I will lodge complaint against you in the police station.and also forcing my family and my friend if he don't pay the total amount then we will complaint over you.
My concern is that when I am not use the service at last 3 month why we pay rs 3.5k.

I am having easy share plan for 3 Nos [protected] and [protected] and [protected]. In the month from 4th feb to 3rd mrach wrong internet usage of 38 gb were shown in the billl... this is huge fraud from idea..

Please I want detail talking for how talking check for please that details

M self anil thakur, I have an idea sim card no.. [protected]. I am facing some problem.Any time your company activate some scheme/facility in my sim card no [protected] and deducting my balance amount. So please i request you todeactivate all scheme/facility in my sim card no.[protected] and refund my deducted balance amount. Please contact to my other idea sim card no. [protected].
