I want to port my number from idea. From last couple of years I m paying my bills on time and idea retention team contact me after that to retain with idea, they told me that we will give you 9GB data with unlimited national calling option and with couple of msgs. Now they are saying we can give you only 3gb data after 1 week. I need solution asap.

But idea reject my request without any reason msg delivered to me outstanding amount

I made extra payment to idea till today no outstanding in my account when i call idea costomer care company representative he told me you raise cancellation request.
i asked him for detail viz when i call reciewed from idea than he is nog answer my question.

I've recently received a very high bill against the selected plan of rs. 450.00
Even my usage of internet, call data, sms etc. Was half of the plan selected.
This bill of rs. 909 against rs. 450 was generated after 15 days of my company change. How any one can believe that idea cellular is responsible for such worst service. And after bill generation, i've started continuous phone calls & messages for bill payment.
This is the worst experience with idea in last 5 years of connection with idea.
I suggest to avoid idea & go for vodafone or any other.

on 17th March 2017 at 6.45 I took New SIM from IDEA Galary. Till the time sim has not yet activated.

I have port my number in idea, and the idea executive is tell me that I have got the 6 month free scheme. But they not give me a that scheme, I should pay 500rs per month.I have call from ahmedabad by vipin mishra now they not even take my call also.they tald me that my full scheme is my all call is free for six month, 3000sms and 16gb 4g data also now I should pay.. I am using idea postpaid from last 4-5 months, my first plan of idea is 699 pack nd 99 my total billing is 950, on jan 22 m call to idea custmor care nd said tio reduce my plan @499... They said call on 27 jan beacause ur bill is genrated on 26 jan isaid ok, then i call on 27 jan nd change my plan @499.. Nd ask her my first plan is deactivated they said yes, now on 26 feb my bill is genratef rs1403/-.
They activated both plans on one number, please fix my problenmm as soon as. My mobile no is [protected], now custmer care tell lie they do not appricate my billing they make wrong bill, why should person activate both plans on one number, please sir listen my recording of 22 jan nd 27 jan thn u realize who is wrong, idea is a fraud company all custmore care executive speak lie.. My plan is rs 499 nd billing amount is rs 1403/-... Such a fraud company never trust on idea... I companint from last 20 days not get solution.

I had raised port out request and paid access bill so that my request is approved, first i recieves message saying its approved and then today i got message its rejected. I have paid 160 rs extra and its still only two days in new bill cycle.

I am Lavanya from Tumkur. There is a fraud transaction done on my SBI card. The merchant name is IDEA MONEY. I got a call from [protected] before transaction. The person has complete debit card details along with CVV number. He had called in the name of SBI.

I have an idea prepaid connection from last 4 years.my connection was going good. But from previous year, i always receive poor connection. I am getting problem while receiving or connecting any call.I also suffer while accessing Internet. We, in the family, have 4 idea SIM, all are facing the same problem. I cant hear the voice. And the person to whom i call, also not able to hear me. So please try to resolve this issue. Otherwise we are thinking of porting our connection to other cellular company. I am mentioning my address and and mobile no. Please try to resolve as soon as possible.

This is pathetic i received a call from idea my brother also received a call this happen with both the person speaking over the phone introduce him self as delhi police guy.and was talking nonsence over the phone he also abused me.the call was regarding one of my company's employee bill recovery my concern is why he called me and used that kind of language who gave him authority to do so.why you are calling everyone and talking nonsence.
i just did a comlaint in delhi police i will do more untill the same guy will not call me for saying sorry. what action you are taking on this i will be waiting .

I joined idea broadband service in April 2016. By talking with sales person He allowed to extend plan of 6 month to 6+1 month in place of router which Idea was giving in 6 months plan for free. That after no any support to get one additional month internet services. And they added 775.48 to the bill amount. In february when I extend my plan with 6+6 scheme and gave check of 4140rs, they deducted previous 775.48rs for which they have no reason and I have reason for this amount. So I want my money 775.48rs back. Company is going to close for ever from 31st march. And they didnt tell that when they will remaining unused amount after closing the service. Please provide hopeful hand.

Post payment of the previous operater bill I send the acknowledgement copy over mail to Idea customer care and log a SR Q1-[protected]. But since last 3 days I try to get my service back on my number [protected].

Now when I call customer care and inform them that Idea Care is not available hare hence please activate my number. They told me to go to the Idea store for help.

My Idea wifi no. [protected] is closed on 27 Dec 2016. But Idea company issue this no. to another one and on 11 march 2017 a payment of 565 rupees debited from my account . Please do needful and refund my money from Idea company.

I got a fraud call around 3.30 pm today as calling on behalf of citi bank credit for verification to redeem my credit card points and they

Already had details of my card and cvv number which they wanted to get verified again with me. With in few minutes, i received sms about

Fraud transaction using my citi bank credit card (Starts with 4386 and ends with 1034) towards ideamoney with three transactions each of

4800/- making the total amount of 14400/- with below transaction ids:

Transaction id-1: 358803 of rs. 4800/-
Transaction id-2: 755166 of rs. 4800/-
Transaction id-3: 295960 of rs. 4800/-

I raised complaint near police station and attached is the copy of the police complain.

Requesting you to kindly block these transactions at the earliest and please help me out to solve my problem and get my amount back.

I recieved a message on my mobile number- [protected] from idea about the special offer for tariff plan so as per the special offer I paid Rs. 31 on 12-3-17 through net banking, so that the tariff plan should get activated on mu number- [protected]. But the amount was deducted but the facility ( 1 paisa per second) is not provided yet .
So either refund the money or provide the facility as soon as possible as per that offer from the date of activation.
