This is Nithin, my no is : [protected]. I had ported my number from airtel before 3 months. After getting it ported, I was totally happy with the service and offer. But once the 3 month has been completed on end of last month. I am facing with the major problem which is, the automatically deduction of amount from balance by saying that, I have activated with some VAS offer. I have called customer care several time for registering this complaint, but the answer what I got was nothing expect the rude behavior once with the senior manager from idea customer call, he was just directly blaming on me that deduction is just because of my internet usage, even after given him the fact what has happen he was not able to understand.
How ever, all together I have lost already around 300 to 400 amount due to this unnecessary VAS activations. I request with this mail to get my amount back or to at-least stop my automatic activation process which is since march 1st 2016.
Please consider my request and address this problem. I will wait for the reply, or else I will port my number back to some other network along with this I will keep intimate our corporate office to black list the idea service for which we are having your service for 400 employees now.
I am totally frustrated with this useless long follow up with idea service.

DON'T GO FOR IDEA NETWORK EVER AND ALSO DON'T RECOMMEND ANYBODY TO USE THIS.

I[censored] have the record of Email which you send to Idea Cellular regarding closing of your connection (The email should be sent to them on before 3 months) with you means you may gone to consumer court to resolve the issue. If so they will take suitable action and give u the solution. But you will be the successor in this case i[censored] field.
