I got message from idea about recharge with 301 and get unlimited local and STD call with 4 GB data.

I did recharge with 301 and in return got plan of 1GB data,

After complaining to Idea they say this was plan applicable for you, but no where they have mention any thing about this plan.

Idea is giving 4GB for 145 and 1GB for 301, they say on recharge if we do not find a valid plan then we give best available plan for that amount.

Idea is not ready to cancel this plan, on my mobile I already have 4GB plan for data from Idea,

This is purely cheating, idea is fooling customer by first sending SMS and then applying any plan, they should reject recharge if plan is not available.

      I had done a roaming rate cutter for 92 rs which gives 120 mins talktime. I tried using all the USSD s mentioned in various site including ideacellular but unable to find the balance time. I called the customer care service also for the same even they don't have a clue about it. Please let me know how to know the remainder time let in total 120 mins.

          Hi,

          This is the followup complain about my earlier complain I posted here. You can see complain at https://www.consumercomplaints.in/idea-cellular-mobile-network-always-busy-c1507...

          To be frank the worst ever experience I have ever had with any service provider. I have updated following message as update but this itself can be consider as new complain.

          God knows when this issue gets sorted out. Today Idea Field Executive visited the location and he said there could be technical issue at nearby site. I thought I just have problem with outgoing calls but he told me that he himself had trouble in contacting me. He was quite good as compared to rest of the executives who were calling me. He told that he will submit the report and put the issue on highest priority and he left. He told that issue will get resolve in maximum 5-6 days.

          I thought of relaxing but to my shock I got call in the evening from Idea Representative. He said it might take 180 working days. Seriously!!! 180 Days? Now I have questions I hope Idea people have answer for that. The plan i purchased itself lasts for 28 days. So is any body gonna compensate for the loss I am facing because of Idea's incompetency to maintain their networks properly.

          Technicalities are always considered to be out of human's reach so relaxation is given in that area. That why the customer care executives are appointed to console the clients. But less we talk about that better.

          Please solve the technical issue and answer my question i mentioned here. I request Idea not to call me to ask my name address my hand phones. I welcome Idea calls if you have any affirmative update about the network.

              Cyber crime incident had happened to me on 09/02/2017.
              My money got transferred to IDEA Money.

              Idea Money and CITI Bank both denied to give back me my hard earned money.

              You are cheaters and fraud IDEA Money. Heard a lot of Cyber crime incidents about you.
              How can a big merchant like you cant manage such things.

              Give back all o[censored]s our hard earned money.

              I doubt you too have your share in these all transactions

                    I purchased a data sim from a sales guy with wrong promises, but none was done after purchase. Moreover there was an regular spped issue after purchasing, sent several emails to customer care, however no one from service contacted me. Finally I decided to close my connection after 3 months, and sent an closure email to customer care. After 3 months of closure i am receiveing repeated calls from third party stating that i have to pay for all the unused period (after closing the connection), which is attrocious. When checked with customer care, then I came to know that no one is reading the customer emails sent, what a horrible service.
                    I am willing to sort out the issue by paying last month bill, even for that no one from the company is willing to response. No one bothers about the service but only to collect the amount.

                    This creates a bad impression on customers.

                    Sorry to inform, that I received a call from your customer care, stating that there was an issue and it will be rectified with correct bill amount to be paid. However still now i haven't received any message from your team.
                    Suddenly someone is calling from your legal team and demanding for payment.
                    This makes me to really think, want to know do you have anything like customer service ?.

                    The issue is rovering for past 2 months, but not bother about closing the connection.

If so they will take suitable action and give u the solution. But you will be the successor in this case i[censored] field.

                      मेरा नाम विजय है, मेरा postpaid मोबाइल नंबर ९६८९८८६२६२ जो की मैंने दिसम्बर २२, २०१६ में १४०० बिल pay करके बंद किया और Documents भी सबमिट करि . पर आईडिया गैलरी के employee ने मेरा बिल IDEAMoney से किया और मैंने Receipt माँगा
                      तो बोला कोई जरुरत नहीं है, हो जायेगा बिल Don 't Worry और बिल हुवा नहीं, जो की IDEAmoney से किया था. फिर मैंने गैलरी में visit किया और उसके बारें में बोला तो उसने Manager को १४०० rupees दिया manager ने site open किया और कुछ किया पता नहीं. जो की अभी idea ने मेरे ऊपर केस किया है. आज जो मई आईडिया गैलरी से बात कर रहा हूँ. Laywer से बात कर रहा हूँ. Idea Gallery वाले अब कोई respond नहीं दे रहे है, कल आ जायो. फिर आ जाओ, employee नहीं है, बोलके मुझे जाने के लिए बोल रहे है,
                      अभी तक मै ६-७ बार Idea Gallery में जा के आया. Please give respond for my paid bill and close the case.
                      Mere Paas se ATM Card se payment kiya Tha uska mere paas Transaction ID hai.

                            Its being 10 times that i have been gone to idea showroom near cental town gurudwara and friends communication showroom..
                            They both are having same answer that we dont have sim cards all the time...
                            There us an executive in cental town showroom Mr.Ram ..

                              This is Nithin, my no is : [protected]. I had ported my number from airtel before 3 months. After getting it ported, I was totally happy with the service and offer. But once the 3 month has been completed on end of last month. I am facing with the major problem which is, the automatically deduction of amount from balance by saying that, I have activated with some VAS offer. I have called customer care several time for registering this complaint, but the answer what I got was nothing expect the rude behavior once with the senior manager from idea customer call, he was just directly blaming on me that deduction is just because of my internet usage, even after given him the fact what has happen he was not able to understand.

                              How ever, all together I have lost already around 300 to 400 amount due to this unnecessary VAS activations. I request with this mail to get my amount back or to at-least stop my automatic activation process which is since march 1st 2016.

                              Please consider my request and address this problem. I will wait for the reply, or else I will port my number back to some other network along with this I will keep intimate our corporate office to black list the idea service for which we are having your service for 400 employees now.
                              I am totally frustrated with this useless long follow up with idea service.

                                I have been calling IDEA BROADBAND customer care to close/deactivate my broadband connection for since last 3 months.
                                At first It was closed around 2 times I registered the issue. But again without my concern again my connection has been activated.so I informed customer care again for 5-6 times . But still I am getting calls from the company to pay the monthly bill. Each time I complaint about the issue I'm told that it will be turned of in 24 hrs. Yet I am again receiving calls for paying the bill. Really bad service from Idea broadband.

                                  my name is nitin jain from canara bank, i have used idea pospaid connection, i have taken rs 499 plan but every month some other charges added in my bill and my bill goes up aproximate above rs 1300, this month also my bill was 1349.54, customare care executives cant answering clearly, cut the phone, hold the phone, i am very disappointented

                                    Yesterday night I received SMS that due to high ISD Usage. SO I was made a payment immediately & requested to activate services on toll free no. I got info that the same will activate in next 2Hrs. than on today morning still same not activated so I called again & got info that due to non approval same no activated & its activated shortly . but after 2 hrs same. so I was called again & this time I got info that due to some documentation issue its not activated & I have to visit any IDEA Office to activate same.
                                    why should I visit to IDEA office to activate calling on my number is I am not wrong.
