Idea network is not provide service properly .
Call can not connect and suddenly break voice
Internet not working and the network 4g to going suddenly 2g .
I am using samsung a51 4g smart phone but still get 2g bet..
I pay recharg every month but its not giving worth of my money.
I complaining every time but its not solved
Please help....

Dear sir,
My sim card is not showing any network for last 3 days.
I tried to solve the problem by restarting the phone, reinserting the sim, changing the phone and even changed the sim card as well from idea store.

On checking with customer care, they tell me that all the services are active in my number but i don't see any network signal.
I have lodged a complaint but i cant see status because they send...

Since yesterday my sim card is not working. It's showing emergency calls only.

On my father mobile number dialler tune activated and deducted an amount of Rs.45 and when I asked for refund they denied and disconnecting the calls....

I am old Idea customer and till now I was not confronting much about internet speed yet from few weeks it had become an incredible issue to me it shows the internet speed as a 4G however conveys speed is 200 to 300 kbps. Presently since End Semester Exams will begin low internet network will emerge a time insufficiency issue so I demand Idea to understand it as right on time as could reasonably be expected....

The place where I live does not tell the Idea network and the Internet runs at a low speed, so I wanted to get ported out to another company, but the company came and said that if you do not get ported out, then all your problems are solved. Will be 15 days....

Today I have done recharge through vi app of Idea cellular network. 249rs deducted from bank account but Idea recharge not yet done. 199, 198 is customer care number but there is no way to complaint on it. I want refund or recharge on Idea network or I will change my network surely. Date 29 nov 2020. I want to know where is the money stuck....

I received this SMS from the idea stop service "Hello! Your Callertunes is activated. The amount charged is Rs 33.00 /- for 1Month.

I have never activated this service and there has never been any message confirming that this service was ever activated on my account in the first place.

They are just looting money from people....

Since morning, my sim isnt working and showing no sim. Please resolve asap...

From last 15 days the SIM of Idea not registering on Vodofone or Idea network, Not able to use the Mobile No [protected]...Many time complaints to VI Care but they simply close the complaints without talking me.

I am idea user and today suddenly I got a message stating that your caller tune service is activated and 66 rs got deducted.That service was not opted by me and the money got deducted.i was shocked and I don't even know how it got activated automatically.i called the idea customer care and they were saying you activated that service.This is not correct.Idea is charging our money in an illegal way...

Timely paying from last 10 years for a postpaid no [protected]..but after making it VI just the worst experiance . Showing network but Sim not registered, Always showing plz try later, plz try later...
