I riased a complaint, because I was unable to send SMS on 28th of November, actually I was unable from 27th itself, but I thought it was a technical issue.
So, I recharged twice, one SMS pack & one 10Rs. recharge o[censored]nlimited validity.
Still unable to send SMS.
On 1st of December, I saw my complaint was resolved, but still was unable to send SMS.
I again raised a complaint, on same day.
Today, on 3 Dec it was resolved.
I received a call from customer care, who informed that my complaint is resolved (who had a poor connection himself, it took him 8 minutes & still didn't get my information, and asked me if he can call back)
I told him that I am still unable.
He said let me check.
And told me now I am barred as my validity has expired & told me I've exhausted my SMS balance.
I had to confirm my number to some place but, it's been 7-8 days.
It's not a very good thing.

Complaint marked as Resolved After 3-4 weeks, they sent me a message which said that your problem is resolved & we're sorry for the inconvenience.
Meanwhile, I raised consecutive complaints via Vi app, of the same issue, each time I would receive a message that your complaint is resolved but issue persisted.
At last I started receiving calls from them saying that the issue is resolved and complaint is closed, I explained that complaint is closed without being resolved.
Vi customer support is not emphatic & highly unprofessional.
Idea Cellular customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
The same customer care official called back & told me I'm barred & to recharge with service validity.
I said
I still have my SMS pack untouched, with service validity of 6 December.
He said he understands but I've to recharge with service validity.
