Not able to send sms for porting to 1900

Hello,
I am not satisfied with your Internet Network & coverage.
Hence, I thought to move to Jio...So, I tried to get the MNP code by sending SMS to 1900 for Porting..
But, Whenever I send message to 1900... I get message
"Incorrect request, Please send the request with correct format."
I have tried this numerous time. Every time I get the same message.

    Respected Sir,
    My self Shivam, I'm using Idea network services from last 1 year.
    As I'm postgraduate student, due to Covid-19 All my studies are going online. So I recharged mine Prepaid number with A Double data offer.
    But I'm noticing from past 10 days my data is getting lost without any use, Suppose I switched on my phone data at 9:00 A.M. and at exact 9:30 A.M. I'm receiving a message that only 500 MB data has been used by you..
    This is so surprisingly! How I can consume 1, 500 MB of data in just 30 minutes.
    As being a Computer Science Student, I can really understand that my data is being stolen.
    Kindly resolve my issue.

      The Idea Company stopped my incoming service without informing me. Only outgoing and internet shutdown messages from them but never incoming shutdown messages

        My Idea SIM card suddenly stopped working. There were few Idea stores near me but all of them closed their operations and I have to travel various places for search of one. Finally I got one and I told them that I have already raised complaint and call center has asked to collect fresh SIM from you after a lot of discussions, they filled a form and asked me to attach a copy of PAN card and also handed over new SIM with promise that it will get activated by evening. This happened yesterday but till now its not activated. when I again called the call center, they informed that they do not have any such request. iam really frustrated as this is my primary no. where all the OTPs are recd.

              I am priyanka from chennai. I recharged my idea number on 7th of December 2020 through my idea app for rs.699. I always use idea app to recharge. But this time after my recharge the amount was debited from my bank acc but it was not updated in the app and my recharge was unsuccessful though the amount was debited from my bank account. I called the customer care of idea and told them about the incident. They told me that that they haven't received any amount and also they told me that amount debited will return to your account within a week since the recharge is not successful. But its been more than a week now and i haven't received my refund amount yet.In this complaint I have also attached the pic of the bank statement sms received on 7th December 2020. So i request the respected incharge of idea app to see my complaint and refund my money as soon as possible. Please

                I am not able to connect vpn using idea internet, for rest of the operators its working fine. customer care dont know about vpn or anything . they just say ur internet is fine.

                    This ### network is not showing from past 48 hours.Due to this i lost many calls and messages
                    Before this complaint there were Lte .only 2g was getting.
                    Now there is no network .
                    Can't even register manually.

                          My idea prepaid sim card got corrupted and was not working properly.so i have gone to replace sim card at Statue, Trivandrum vi idea service center on 7/12/20 and the staff have t charged me RS 100/- and refused to give me a bill for replacing a duplicate card.
                          At the same time, i was told by staff from enjakal branch, trivandrum (and by a mobile recharging shop too) that amount is rs.50/- for changing a corrupted sim. At that time they had only sim for postpaid sim and sims not available for the prepaid sim.
                          How come there is discrepancy in the amount for same product in 2 different vi mobile Trivandrum service center and refused to give a receipt for the amount received???

                            After I stopped internet data service on my 3G phone with idea cellular number, I am getting erratic sms service wherein sms alerts on bank transactions as well as messages from my HP cooking gas agency have not been delivered and a couple of messages that got delivered were delayed.

                                I didnt get idea sim network signal past 4 days. I complaint to customer care of idea on 04 dec 2020 they said to resolved the same by 07 dec 2020. Instead of this, my problem has not yet resolved. It is the shamefull thing that i again called on 07 dec 2020, evening, the customer care executive cut my call before listening to my problem ans said to go to VI centre. I am quarentine for 14 days due to covid pendamic. Tell me what to do. Is it your duty to not solving problem.

                                    Hello sir, my name is Rashmi & I have Idea prepaid no-[protected].
                                    Last 4-5 month, I have not getting incoming calls from any numbers. I have done complaints 3 times but no action done. First complaint done on Oct 2020, Second complaint(UPW-V[protected]) done on 22 Nov 2020 and the last complaint(UPW-V[protected]). Customer care says your complaints successfully done but no one call me for these complaints and till date I am facing same problem. Please resolve this.

                                      I got a message on [protected] that thanks for using "Fun portal" and balance of rupees 22 deducted.. The number on which I got this message is used on a simple qwerty keypad phone on which hardly I call once or twice in a month..
                                      Then who activated this service, I want my 22 rupess reimbursed.
