I face problem since 4 months and also do complaint on idea customer care number . Now i have online exams if VI solve my problem within 3 days or i cange my vi network into another.

        Timely paying from last 10 years for a postpaid no [protected]..but after making it VI just the worst experiance . Showing network but Sim not registered, Always showing plz try later, plz try later...
        Customer care just saying all ok from there side...want to port but once Idea allow me to send a message..
        Sel[censored]sing another postpaid of Vodafone that working...but after using 10 years two postpaid connection as a satisfied customer ..this was a worst experiance that nobody helping in this regards.

          My Sim showing not registered on network of Idea, vodafone and VI any, Customer care registered two time complaints but no solution there.
          Iam using 2 connection s of post ppaid no. In Roaming its work more than 1 and half year and suddenly showing the problem during travelling. Most worst experiance now I facing in this company service.

            VI has activated callertunes in my no thrice within three weeks. I haven't initiated any if these three activations. Today by evening I deactivated the second callertune n within two hours they reactivated it again. I want my money back also I need them to deactivate the callertune this time. This is harassment of another level.

                      I have gone to purchase a duplicate Sim but that person has charged 100rs for duplicate sim. I asked usually for duplicate sim they will charge only 25rs but why you are charging 100rs for that then he told me those are big & main outlets this is mini outlet so here we are charging 100rs. Then I was not having change so I told him I will make payment through phonepe but he has not agreed for that he told me it is not working I was not having...

                      First of all I have cleared all my dues before Porting, even my VI app shows the same, but if you want I can settle the payment which you think I have pending. But I am unable to pay it because whenever I try to pay for the number, it shows that the number is not idea or VI and my current service provider has barred my number because of it. Please provide me a link to pay for my ported idea number.

                        From yesterday, my idea cellular network number is showing emergency calls only and I'm not able to call or do any bank transactions due to this as sms and all services are blocked due to this I'm not sure what happened exactly but whenever I'm searching for available networks it's showing IDEA 4G but while connecting it says can't connect to this number. I'm having only one number and due to no service it's causing me lots of problem Request to kindly register the complaint asap and resolve it

                          I recharge idea sim with Rs-39 (they gave Rs 30+9 talktime call rate 2.4p/s).after recharge company reduce by Rs-8/ mobile balance without any reason. Airtel, Idea and Vodafone companies doing very wrong thing with customers. if customers did not recharge sim Card, they deactivate all services (including incoming and outgoing calls) and if they recharge some non-unlimited plans, they reduce mobile balance. customers have no options (one side is well and other side is bay). I has Rs-25.12 remaining mobile balance but it will also reduce within few days by idea company!

                                In idea care office the treatment given to the consumer for porting postpaid connection to prepaid is horrible. nobody responses. the list given to the conversion is unnecessry. first of all they avoid to make the conversion of postpaid to prepaid.
