My issue started on the night of 8th Jan, 2021.
Since then I do not have any network on my phone. I have already complained to Vi and dropped many mails to them. They told me on 12th Jan issue has been resolved as they have fixed the maintenance problem in my area. But I have still not received any network. Today is the 17th of Jan, 2021.

All I’ve been told is to “be patient” as there is nothing wrong with my phone and SIM Card and should I receive network. Which is nonsense. Today is 17th Jan. Nobody can wait this long. But I have, Not 1 day but for 9 Days !

And I have moved out of my house upto a distance of 10 kilometres and have still not received network signal anywhere in those locations.

I’m having serious inconvenience as I cannot make payments anywhere and this number is my primary number that is registered everywhere and I cannot receive OTPs !

I’ve been facing this issue since 8th Jan have been writing mails ever since because as much as your team claims to have resolved this issue. It absolutely has not.

I have tried inserting another Vi SIM Card in my phone and that Sim Card worked. So there is nothing wrong with my phone. I tried inserting my Vi SIM Card in another phone, and my SIM Card continued to show No Service.

And to top it all off, I keep getting told to register my Email ID by CALLING on 199.
When you clearly know, that I have issues with No Network, how am I supposed to do that by CALLING 199 when I don’t have any signal whatsoever.

9 DAYS is a VERY LONG TIME to not have any access to SMS and Incoming/Outgoing Calls.
It has caused grave inconvenience which has cost me.

I have been charged 25 for no reason and 25rupees deducted at the moment itself I have been trying to contact the costomer care but no costumer service answers my question and no way to speak to them only the pre-recorded robots.

And today I have been charged 21rupees for some funportal that too without my knowledge the deduction is done.
I haven't subscribed to any of these and I want my money back.

Most of the time only emergency service is available, no internet service and no phone calls service. Also if network service is available there is no internet service available.
Very badly experiencing the network issue. At the step to change over the service provider, please look into the issue to resolve the problem

Catchy data strength and unstable network . Network keeps on fluctuating. Mostly stays at 20kB/s. In today's date and time what can a person do with this network. Can't stream or attend online meetings.

Today, I recharged net pack through Google pay but by mistake I recharged another number as it was my father's number. When I contacted idea customer regarding the same, they refused to return or transfer data.
I request you to look into this matter and if possible take strict action.
There should be recharge reversal procedure in every telecom, but they simply refuse to help us.
I am really unsatisfied with iDea' this kind of behaviour.

Whenever I tried calling via idea it shows me "service unreachable". I am not even able to call on customer support. This issue is coming up from last one month.
Please look into it asap else have to change the network.

I am a idea sim user. Basically I am facing many network issues by idea sim, many a time I raise a complaint but after some days the problem is resolved but at next days the problem is again there .at day time I get 2G and at night it get to 4G .many a time customer care representative said that there is problem in indoor but I am living on 2 floor of my flat . I always get a problem throughout a idea sim . So I request you to look after it or I have to chage the sim company to jio or airtel .

I recharged the idea number [protected] with 49 rs but not services start

Network connection is very very poor.I am not able do my online classes properly so help me as how much you can for this complaint

I have received message from VZ-ViCMS through Idea Cellular, mentioning, "Thank you for using Fun Portal. You have charged Rs.22/-". How is it possible without my permission. I have not activated such a Fun Portal. Pl. take necessary steps against this unfair deductions.

I have been facing a very poor network connection from 10 days. I am unable to access anything . I am facing a lot problem because of this. Fix my problem as soon as you can

Unnecessary idea is activating plans and caller tunes by them selves i complained on their toll they said they cant return the money and after a week they activated a caller tune plan again i am sharing some screenshots to show how many times they activated unnecessary plans and how many times i have tried to stop it

Only jio network is available.
15% of our company employees port in to jio, I don't want to port in to jio,

4th of January ported to idea from jio today its 8th of January yesterday jio stopped working switched to idea Vodafone sim after verifying yesterday got message of welcome to 4g network this that but still its not working very poor service for new customer even network bars are full with 4g network

I have 2 official number of Idea [protected] and [protected]. I am facing lot of network issues on both the number specially [protected].

I ham not getting voice of the incoming call person whenever received a call on this number and on another number multiple times the calls get dropped or voice of person get dropped or even they are not getting voice from my side

I have to call the clients multiple times to complete the conversation.

I have raised a complaint multiple times but no action taken against this yet.

My idea number is [protected], my talk time balance getting deducted ever since three months by activating tunes which I have never activated myself, even if it's free of cost I don't need caller tunes.

I have been facing an issue o[censored]nauthorized deductions for my idea number from quite some years. Till now probably around 200 rupees has totally been deducted. I get a random message one day stating that some game plan is activated for which some money is deducted. When I call customer care they have a fixed unsatisfactory reply that 'you have activated a game plan... we can't do anything... its not from idea... its a third party..." Moreover when this issue occurred recently I was told to visit a mobile shop to deactivate the game plan. Now what I want to know is, whoever buys a new idea sim should go to a mobile shop to deactivate unauthorized game plans? Is this become a necessary step to get an idea sim? Should all Idea customer go regularly go to a mobile shop for this?
Secondly I use a phone with Airtel and Idea sim wherein I give my airtel number for everything but I never faced any such deductions there. Does Idea have no Security for the money in the account? Am I supposed to never keep a balance for Idea number? Is this a new norm for idea?

How many times have I complained to them about network coverage, 4G is not available and there is always a problem of call drop and the network also runs again and again.
