Very poorly 4g network in my home

I am not able to send sms through my VI number since yesterday. please check this and provide immediate solution as there is very time some or the other problem seen in this network!!

I was in abroad for a long time of period, during this time my idea number has been blocked.. I need to reactivate this no., How can?

I I have recharged my IDEA mobile number [protected] on 2 Feb 2021 for rupees 449 by using VI app. I have paid thru Googlepay and I got a receipt saying that amound is received by Vodafone Idea successfully. Please refer attached.But my no is not yet recharged. Please do the needful at the earliest possible. Thanking you.

I lost my sim card few days back, I got my replacement SIM card but it is not activated yet, I visited the same store they gave me a new sim card and said will be activated within 2hrs but it is not activated, I went there today and verified it with my adhaar card but still not activated it's been a week now, kindly assist. It's very disturbing. Worst experience

My sim card is not showing any range for the past 2 days in spite of 84 days validity plan which is recharged in December.

Stupidest sim ever.If you know the game free fire then plz try to play it.there is only 1 gb out of 4 gb i have used but rhe internet speed is verrryyyyy slow fix it .

My sim is from maharashtra, now i am in pune and my sim card shows "no service".
I tried all these things
1. Manual select network
2. Two to three times restart the phone
3. Pull sim out and place it again

But same result is there.
Please help me to sort out this.

I recharge my Idea prepaid every month but every time, but the internet does not work properly.

I recharge my number every month and now it is this problem that whenever i call someone it says that the number you are calling is invalid. This is the problem with every number i call, not just with one. Had this been with one number i could have understood, but this goes with every number. Even after contacting the customer care so many times my problem couldn't be solved and i am so irritated because of this problem. I used to praise idea so much and would prefer the same to everyone but now I am so frustrated due to this problem. I can't call anyone but i am receiving everyone's call. I even work outside so god knows if i get stuck somewhere and i cant call anyone, should i blame idea, then, if something drastic happens to me. I am sooooo pissed off and i expect Idea to fix this as soon as possible.

A game named free fire is not working from idea internet only and from any other sim it is working plzz do sommething all othe apps are working but not free fire in my area

My plan for number [protected] was for no monthly charge lifetime, it was changed to monthly charge without asking me. My balance in last 2 years have been deducted for more than 2800 INR which was already present in my account.

As I've moved to Australia I'm not using this number at all. Current balance in my account is -4644.65 rs ( I paid 7000INR by mistake to this number 4 years ago which idea never refunded yet and deducting on their will) .

Dear Sir,
Currently, I am in Japan and my idea sim ([protected]) is not working because of the signal. please help me to get active signal.
I have tried many time by App and website but every time they ask for OTP. if I am getting signal how can I get OTP? Please suggest some solution. I have try every possible solution but nothing is worked. and the customer care of the company is not responding, only I am getting a computer-generated response.

From yesterday onwards my trouble started am not at all getting 4G signal in my mobile please fix this problem as soon as possible

My issue started on the night of 8th Jan, 2021.
Since then I do not have any network on my phone. I have already complained to Vi and dropped many mails to them. They told me on 12th Jan issue has been resolved as they have fixed the maintenance problem in my area. But I have still not received any network. Today is the 17th of Jan, 2021.

All I’ve been told is to “be patient” as there is nothing wrong with my phone and SIM Card and should I receive network. Which is nonsense. Today is 17th Jan. Nobody can wait this long. But I have, Not 1 day but for 9 Days !

And I have moved out of my house upto a distance of 10 kilometres and have still not received network signal anywhere in those locations.

I’m having serious inconvenience as I cannot make payments anywhere and this number is my primary number that is registered everywhere and I cannot receive OTPs !

I’ve been facing this issue since 8th Jan have been writing mails ever since because as much as your team claims to have resolved this issue. It absolutely has not.

I have tried inserting another Vi SIM Card in my phone and that Sim Card worked. So there is nothing wrong with my phone. I tried inserting my Vi SIM Card in another phone, and my SIM Card continued to show No Service.

And to top it all off, I keep getting told to register my Email ID by CALLING on 199.
When you clearly know, that I have issues with No Network, how am I supposed to do that by CALLING 199 when I don’t have any signal whatsoever.

9 DAYS is a VERY LONG TIME to not have any access to SMS and Incoming/Outgoing Calls.
It has caused grave inconvenience which has cost me.
