Hii i got 2 messages yesterdays from 55435 that says

Dear Customer, You have been charged Rs. 25.00 and your current balance is 15.27...
..
Even i have Not subscribed or Activated any of them I didnt Even Know about it then Also Automatically My balance Got deducted I am a Idea sim user and i called Customer Care they Said that Because of any game the amount is deducted and they said they dont have more detail about it but i have not played any game its just automatically deducted 25 rupee from my balance so please Resolve my issue I think Its a hacking system or something so please Tell me what to do next and resolve the issue i am also attaching the screenshots of messages i recieved thankyou...

        This is NOT acceptable as I am not using it. You can check below points:
        1. No outgoing calls since 6 months
        2. No incoming calls since 6 months
        3. No roaming facility since 6 months
        4. No SMS facility since 6 months
        5. No data usage facility since 6 months

          On 31 August 2020 15:34 and 10th November 2020 18:06 I had received a message from a number 55435 saying Rs.25 had been deducted. Prior to this message I recieved a link to a game on game fun. I had never authorized or agreed to pay for this. Please refund the amount back to my current balance and take some measures so that this does not repeat again. It has already happened twice and I am not willing to take this chance again.

              As soon as someone is dialing my number, it automatically gets disconnected even without placing call .
              Please look into this as soon as possible as I'm not able to receive calls

                  It's been months since I got a new sim instead of my old one as I got my sim card activated, yet the sim is not working. The customer care said that it will be resolved in few days but it's November now and I complained in around August. Still no progress, nowadays, phone numbers are linked everywhere thus it is such a damn hindrance in our lives.

                            I am k s patil, from shirur tal. Shirur dist. Pune. I am unable to call anyone or receive any calls in my home from last month even my internet is not working it is showing me 2g network and sometimes none of that. I have 4gb daily active plan on my sim and due to this i am unable to consume that and this is big loss for me.
                            Please look through my concern asap.
                            Either i am thinking about porting this to another good network.

                                    I'm live in anakaputhur, chennai-70.
                                    i'm using idea network for the last 5years. Now I'm facing a Internet issues in your network like if my Internet shows 4G but it works as a 2G network. I also tried using aeroplane plane after that also its not fixed. It makes a huge disappointed about you guys, I'm paying money so we except a good quality network from you guys. So please make sure that solve my Internet network issues as soon as possible. I lost 2GB in the past 2days due to this network Connection issue.

                                      I would like to inform you that one juice up service is activated on 30 oct 2020 from my no. [protected] for this it took 30rs.charges per month. I call to customer care but they are busy and not receiving my call. The thing is I haven't used any service or download anything named juiceup services, which is activated without my knowledge. I request you to not to fool people by activating such services and apply charges in their bill for the service that they have not used So please deactivate and refund my valuable money. waiting for your prompt reply ...
