I am not getting SMS messages from others...

As soon as someone is dialing my number, it automatically gets disconnected even without placing call .
Please look into this as soon as possible as I'm not able to receive calls...

THIS WAS THE MESSAGE I RECEIVED. I HAVE NOT USED ANY FUN PORTAL FROM CARBUN8....

It's been months since I got a new sim instead of my old one as I got my sim card activated, yet the sim is not working. The customer care said that it will be resolved in few days but it's November now and I complained in around August. Still no progress, nowadays, phone numbers are linked everywhere thus it is such a damn hindrance in our lives....

I Made recharge on 5-Nov-2020 On my Idea no. [protected] of Rs. 379, but i did not get any balance...

I have been your postpaid customer for many years, I have been experiencing network and internet speed issues for the last two months, I used to have network in my bedroom but now there is no network, there is no call, there is no sound, there are many problems, I complained to Area Manager Devanand Ingole Mo.[protected] but he did not respond. I have received a message saying `thank you for downloading fun portal from carbun8 you have been charged Rs. 15 ´ but i didnot make any payment please return the money back...

From today my sim is showing no service I've tried
1. Manual network Selection
2. Restarting phone
3. Resetting phone
4. Used sim in another phone

Still showing this issue, please help me regarding this ....

I am k s patil, from shirur tal. Shirur dist. Pune. I am unable to call anyone or receive any calls in my home from last month even my internet is not working it is showing me 2g network and sometimes none of that. I have 4gb daily active plan on my sim and due to this i am unable to consume that and this is big loss for me.
Please look through my concern asap.
Either i am thinking about porting this to another good network.br...

My idea sim with number [protected] shows emergency calls only .And if i triedto make call fromthis number, it shows "not registered on network" . I am from east godavari district, andhrapradesh, india.Please helpme !...

I didn't click on any link and i got charged with 15rs. This is not the first time they have charged unfairly. Please take necessary action and refund my money.
