I have a Karnataka Idea Sim but now I am in Andhra Pradesh and my sim is not registering to the network and showing no service. I tried manual selection of network it's saying can't connect. I have restarted the phone as well.

      I'm live in anakaputhur, Chennai -70. I'm using idea network for last 5 years because I bonded with you guys and your services are great in that time. Nowadays we are facing more network issues that makes disappointed about you guys. In my area for the last 3 days I'm suffering with my idea internet and network connection issues. My internet 4G service is automatically switch into 3G and 2G for the last 3 days. We are paying money then we expect a quality service, but outcome from you guys make us disappointing. I kindly request you guys to solve my network issues problem as soon as possible. I hope you guys are solve this problem today itself, let's see how you guys are caring your customers.

              I did Rs 699 idea full Talktime topup... twice... money deducted from my account twice but recharged failed on 1st August but on 3rd August it went through with the same amount and same site. My Mobile num:-[protected].Transaction Ref No blank for Rs.699.0 on 01/08/202020. I have complained to idea cellular. They advise me to contact the bank. I did complain to the bank and got a reply saying recharge is successful and reject my complaint.

                I ordered prepaid sim from their website myvi.in and paid amount rs 297 for online delivery and given delivery date is 24 oct . But no one delivered the sim and today is 28 oct no response. So cancel the order and I am requesting please refund my money.

                        I didn't click any link or downloaded anything. And they deducted money from my balance.

                                    Account number is 1927035, I was using idea broadband and faced many network issues. so I logged complain many times and it was not resolved so I disconnected and called customer care and asked them to disconnect INTERNET connection service in Sept-2019. They said it will get disconnected but They have not disconnected Internet services and generating every month bill. I also removed modem and not used single data
                                    after raising disconnected request.

                                    I want final settlement bill amount with exclude non usage bill amount.

                                      I am not playing any game or using my mobile number in games.But balance is cutting and every time of my recharge msgs are going as I am not sending any msgs but as I saw my balance usage details it appear that SMS sent.my recharge amount was gone without any usage.I feel pity of this losing balance
