I did Rs 699 idea full Talktime topup... twice... money deducted from my account twice but recharged failed on 1st August but on 3rd August it went through with the same amount and same site. My Mobile num:-[protected].Transaction Ref No blank for Rs.699.0 on 01/08/202020. I have complained to idea cellular. They advise me to contact the bank. I did complain to the bank and got a reply saying recharge is successful and reject my complaint....

I ordered prepaid sim from their website myvi.in and paid amount rs 297 for online delivery and given delivery date is 24 oct . But no one delivered the sim and today is 28 oct no response. So cancel the order and I am requesting please refund my money.

Actually this is fraud I didn't download...

My IDEA Mobile[protected].i made a online recharge 39.money deducted from my account but recharge balance not credited into my mobile .
and customer care not responding bank transaction reference ID is one of below:[protected]IHN7071816

when i recharged i select idea vi option was not available there on internet banking...

From two to three days, after 9 a.m my idea network goes and somewhere in the evening time the network comes...
Please solve why my network goes after 9 a.m ???...

Sir I am unable to send and receive any message to my no .and there many problems for network too as I am very near to tower but my network range is not 4G it is 3G or 2G all the time...

I have recharged on my No [protected] of Rs 599 on 26/10/2020 but pending. You are requested to look into matter as my outgoing facility is barred....

Rupees 10 was deducted by getting the messages from jammu and Kashmir bank flash messages. This happens every time even I sent stop message to 593350....

Account number is 1927035, I was using idea broadband and faced many network issues. so I logged complain many times and it was not resolved so I disconnected and called customer care and asked them to disconnect INTERNET connection service in Sept-2019. They said it will get disconnected but They have not disconnected Internet services and generating every month bill. I also removed modem and not used single data
after raising disconnected...

I am not playing any game or using my mobile number in games.But balance is cutting and every time of my recharge msgs are going as I am not sending any msgs but as I saw my balance usage details it appear that SMS sent.my recharge amount was gone without any usage.I feel pity of this losing balance...

The sim is showing no service. It was also recharged. But suddenly it stopped working. Kindly check the problem and repair it fast....

Very disappointed with this service need to solve without delay. I don't know why services provided by company recently reach below average. Im facing a lot of problems such as lack in using regular data usage results in lost of time on connectivity and in personal....

I have a IDEA Broadband WIFI connection which i tried to discontinue by raising a request on their customer care number [protected] one month back, to which i got a reply that it would be disconnected within 48 hours but it still shows in "INSERVICE" in the portal as well as even the next month bill got generated, which they told they will waive off but still no action. Yesterday received a call about bill payment reminder....

Wow nowadays begging has reached to such heights that money is being deducted without any consent. Vodafone Idea activated GamePind service on my idea mobile number without my consent and deducted Rs.15 from my balance.This is outrageous. I know this is not a big amount but still how much low can you go to earn money if you aren't gaining any profit from your business. And its not just me facing this issue, just google and you can find some...
