        I recharged in Idea and it added my balance to secondary balance
        And it is not allowing incoming calls
        I also tried to make a call but it is saying in response that you don't have any recharge to make call
        It is very bad customer experience I have
        Please help me to get back secondary balance to my main balance

              Most trusted company of Indian why you cheat with them??
              Only my one question if 10, 30, 50 rupee balance we recharged to our number so why we don't connect call with callers. If this recharge facility will be closed by company so no any customers will recharge of 10, 30, 50 they will directly recharge 49 rupee..
              And in any case customer recharged of 50 rupee so they should be gain 49 recharge facility to their sim.

              So only my one company should be closed 10, 30, 50 rupee of recharge after it recharged done one again we have to recharge of 49 because o[censored]navailable calling service...
              In india literacy rate increases only paper but not actually in ground level and 10, 30, 50 rupee recharge anyone so they are not most literate persons they are only villagers.. So they lost their money two time for available calling company
              And thats why they switch to another company for their satisfaction...

                  I applied for Sim Port (MNP) on 26 December 2020 from Airtel To Vodafone. My Airtel network stops working on 29 Dec at 11 pm. Then I inserted my New Vi sim in my phone. Network is there but I can't make any calls and messages as Tele verification number (59059) is not responding. They kept declining calls and not responding at all. I am in a big problem right now. Please Help

                    Since previous week, my Idea Cellular SIM is displaying excess data consumption even when not put to any use. I haven't been using even 2GB and it is already showing a consumption of 4GB of data daily. The data consumption being displayed is too much more than the actual data consumption. Been fed up of this cheating as I'm unable to complete my works online even when paying for 4GB per day. Going to switch to another network very soon.!

                      I have been charged repeatedly by Idea cellular (Vi) Rs.10 daily many times from main balance whenever i recharged my mobile [protected]. I am using basic keypad Micromax X749 mobile. When i complained regarding this to Idea customer care they told me i was charged daily for games in my mobile. I never opened the game in my mobile since it is very basic mobile. I made so much of Complaints regarding this issue to idea customer care but they do nothing for this issue. My money is being looted by them. I dont know where to take this issue.

                            I have noticed since long time, it is not coming important messages or OTP from my Savings bank account in Textile traders Bank for any transaction in my account, I inquired to my bank, they told me that they have been blocked to send me any message or OTP on my mobile, , though unwanted many messages like offers & promotions & marketing calls coming even from IDEA CELLULAR too! Please activate messages, OTP from TEXTILE TRADERS BANK for me.

                              My idea number [protected] 15 years in service is now not working its very frustrating. No message related to this any been given to me. The way they have done is very annoying and I think i might not ever would prefer there services.

                                  On 27/12/2020, Suddenly 3 to 4 messages came on my mobile number [protected], when I checked those messages, those were saying that caller tune activated in my number, though I had not done any request for same. When I checked balance I found Rs. 60 deducted from my main balance of mobile. It is big mental harrasment to me that without my permission they deducted money! I had called customer support 198, at around 7:10 pm on 27/12/2020 talked with Aditya, he asked me to refund that amount within 30 minutes, but even after that, I haven't found my money back. It looks big cheat!.

                                  I received mail from [email protected] informing that my complaint sent to Idea cellular company, I checked my balance in my mobile in the morning 28/12/2020, I found that amount credited. Thank you consumercomplaint for caring.
