Very disappointed with this service need to solve without delay. I don't know why services provided by company recently reach below average. Im facing a lot of problems such as lack in using regular data usage results in lost of time on connectivity and in personal.

I have a IDEA Broadband WIFI connection which i tried to discontinue by raising a request on their customer care number [protected] one month back, to which i got a reply that it would be disconnected within 48 hours but it still shows in "INSERVICE" in the portal as well as even the next month bill got generated, which they told they will waive off but still no action. Yesterday received a call about bill payment reminder.

I live in an area where I don't even get an idea network. Airtel is my new sim here and my idea number is mapped with the account, I am keeping it activated. But as there is no range, then no incoming, no outgoing, no SMS still Idea activated VAS services, hello tunes from March 2020, and deducted around 150 rs without even informing me. One day I was expecting a call from my bank thus I kept my mobile in window area where I can get some range [it's mobile but I have to keep it at one place like landline] and I got an incoming IVR call which I disconnected exactly at 10 secs and money got deducted. then I came to know that in past as well, they kept deducting all my balance - I made just 1 or 2 outgoing calls in the last 9 months and this fraud company kept deducting money by activating services. This is cheating and I need my money back.

Wow nowadays begging has reached to such heights that money is being deducted without any consent. Vodafone Idea activated GamePind service on my idea mobile number without my consent and deducted Rs.15 from my balance.This is outrageous. I know this is not a big amount but still how much low can you go to earn money if you aren't gaining any profit from your business. And its not just me facing this issue, just google and you can find some more consumers facing the same issue and the amount deducted in their case is Rs.35.

I am from Ahmedabad, Gujarat and i have been an customer of Idea since a very long time.

I had a idea number [protected] and it was registered under the name of Meghna Pradhan. On 2nd February 2020 I purchased an international roaming pack and paid an deposit of 3200. On 19th March 2020, i ported my number to other service provider and cleared my bill for Idea. I was told by a customer care executive at a idea store that i would receive the cheque of my deposit within sixty days, Today it has been seven months and three days and i still have not received my deposit back.

I have visited the idea store multiple times, i have also called the Idea appellate of my state afew times but my issue is still not solved.

Kindly tell me if my issue would be solved or not.

Monthly 2-3 times amount is being deducted from my account automatically for game content or dialer tones

Reacharge was done online to a idea number through a vi official recharge website. The site said the payment was successful and money was even deducted from my credit. But the recharge wasn't successful and all outgoing and incoming services are being cut for the same number.

Vodafone Idea has activated a GamePind service without my consent. I immediately noticed that an amount of 35/- deducted. Another message says 35/- per week and renewal will happen for every week @35/-. The same message have information on how to stop. I had sent the same message and I hope it deactivated. I tried reaching customer care and they are unable to resolve the issue and refund my amount.

Unfair deduction of Rs 22 from my account for FUN PORTAL from CARBUN8. I wish to inform you that I never downloaded the above portal. Yoh are requested to kindly deactivate the services whuch has been activated without my concern.

Kindly arrange yo to refund the money back to my account and confirm.

In my area from 2/3 months I face many problems for tower.And also network speed is not good.so please solve it as soon as.And again n again my data connectivity lost.

Listen idea cellular if you can't provide the network just ho to hell and don't play with your customers you are the wrost company i have ever seen. Even docomo was beat at least they provide network and your network is wrost and wrost.
I having this issue since 1 year and will going to port this sim i don't want to explain anymore because public knows idea is now wrost can't give anything.
Because of your network how can i all my son ? How will i call my relatives yesterday my son was out i have to go out and ask someone to please give me your phone this is how you network work and airtel work more and more Better than your network.

From last 5 years we are Facing Huge Network Problem in our Room and Area ..both indoor and Outdoor Network is totally Disappeared we are using Operator Connection but not getting the service

Iam a idea's customer and idea has charged rupees '22' by saying "* thankyou for downloading fun portal from carbon8*" which is clearly without my permission. I need the money back or going to proceed legally asking for compensation.

I have recharged my idea no [protected] with amount 647 (632 +15 rs.Coupon) on idea app & payed through paytm upi. Transaction is completed & amount successfully debited from my account but recharge is not credited to my idea mobile no. Tried to contact customer care but got satisfied answer.

I am here to complain that I am unable to get network signal despite restarting phone, reinserting SIM and changing phone.

Please look into the problem as early as possible as I can't get network signal for phones.

I am not getting any network coverage for my idea sim.
Please take some action.

Idea sim card is not working from today morning (15/10/20), it is showing as emergency calls only. Don't know what is the problem, not able to do outgoing calls nor receiving incoming calls.
Tried inserting the sim in other phones but still it is showing emergency calls only. Please help to resolve this problem soon as i'm using only one sim.

I have caller tone issue for the past 4 months and there is no resolution for this I have made many complaints and it's not resolved.. Every time they mark the complaint as resolved. But till date its not resolved request you to do this at the earliest. My contact number : [protected]
