My idea gujrat num is [protected]. Idea cut my 75 rs. For music box service without notice me. After I have complain for this my complain no. 1-[protected] today is 15 days ago but not give my balance. Wrost services I have go to reliance jio now pls give me my balance wrost services provider I have seen ever. I am also complained their appellate othority officer but naver respond. Give me my rs. 75

I have done a top up recharge on 12 Feb 2017 from SBI paona bazar branch for an amount of Rs251 vide ref no. [protected] IHD2191991 for the no. [protected]. However, money is deducted from my account no. [protected] but recharge is not fulfilled. Refund the amt to the above account with IFSC SBIN0007440.

The problem starts with getting another postpaid connection from Idea Cellular service provider. I purchased another postpaid connection of Idea services (70650*****) while keeping in my mind to utilize unlimited calling scheme between idea postpaid numbers. But later I changed my mind. Till that, I never activated that Idea postpaid connection. In fact, I never broke the seal of that postpaid connection ever (i never inserted sim card in my smartphone, never called to idea customer care to verify my identity, address and requested to activate it. I simply purchased it and kept in my cupboard). But unexpectedly I started getting notifications of nonpayment of a mobile bill from Idea Cellular. I really wonder that without verifying my identity, account, and address etc. how can the connection get started? and in addition to that, it's asking me for paying charges for the service which I never used.
I verbally complained to Idea customer services and reported about such emails and requested them to kindly update in their system that such number was never activated/used hence mobile bill should not be generated; also I requested them to close that connection several times. Still, I used to get those emails (more than ten times) intimating "postpaid bill for inactivated number."

But last time was the most horrible experience for me when I got a call from advocate mentioning there was a notice from Patiala Court against me for not paying the bill of particular postpaid connection. I was literally shocked. It wasn’t less than bombing on me to get notification of the Court for the very first time in my life and that too for "crime" which I never did. I took help of my advocate friend and told him a complete story. I mentioned him about 'unbroken seal of that postpaid connection' then as per his suggestion I came to know that it’s total case of misuse of service by Idea Cellular. He only suggested me that getting emails for such unused connection is illegal and I can go to consumer forum against Idea company for this case. But I didn't want to drag this issue hence I ignored his legal advice.

I can’t say it is the case of 'misunderstanding' between Idea cellular and me because I reported several times regarding this issue to customer care still it never stopped getting notifications. " Recently today (on 2nd February 2017) I got SMS that my postpaid account is charged with some amount which is transferred from another account. They transferred unpaid bill of Rs. 839.71 to my current postpaid account without taking my consent. I am totally fed up and mentally harassed because of all this. Why should I pay charges for that service which I never used? Whatever it may lead me to go, I will never pay a single penny to that service which I never used.

You will glad to know that ultimately I decided to quit my postpaid connection for sure by the end of this month if this issue didn't get solved. I think your company doesn't deserve such an honest customers like me. And let me intimate you if I got any single call, SMS, an email asking me to pay that bill, I will file a complaint against Idea cellular at consumer court forum. I have all documents and proof to show to consumer court that how your company is repeatedly asking for money for unused services.

It's my final request to you to kindly look into the matter and please solve it. Please don't make us loose our patience.

Ported to Idea #[protected], after a month number got deactivated due to pending bil at Airtel, it was cleared on 3rd Feb17&submitted NOC at Idea store

Payment verified on 7thFeb but the number not activated yet.

Calling ideaCare, visiting idea store daily, but no one is helping to activate number.

Myself V.Venkatesh. i am Tirupati. I purchased a postpaid sim of Idea & deposited 500 Rs. as a security deposit. I have closed the sim but my security deposit money has not been refunded to me so far. But still i have not received that. Yesterday when i visited Idea store, he told me that it will not be refunded to me.

Idea deducted RS.29 two times. I didn't even activate any coupon or any service. They are fraud. My money was deducted twice by idea under mydala service without my consent i didn't even clicked on anything while surfing a message popped up and I did not received a message from mydala that rs. 29 has been deducted...
How they can just deduct money like that isn't there any law for such crimes..

I have idea pre paid number.
At 5.51 pm on 10 Feb 2017 i got a sms joke from 51998 which i never requested.
My phone was locked and did not touch my phone so there is no chance of any key pressed even accidentally.
afetr few minutes, i got sms from 51998 that Rs. 3 have been charged from my account.

I called cuctomer care and they insisted that i requested for that joke and the amount cannot be reverted.

this is pure theft from idea cellular and i should get my money back ASAP.

I dont know instead of reimbursement of my advance amount, how you people charge me 1604.13 Rs. bogus charges against of data pack pro-rotation. In fact I made advance payment of Rs. 1542.00 before porting my number.
I got bill there is not any type of clearance why you should charge the same.
After 20 Jan 2017 I am not using Internet because it was port from idea. Before 20 Jan 2017 I using free data which was I brought from package.
Revert the clear matter.

Yesterday I complained for the unexpected loss of my whole 1GB Mobile Data before its expiry date ie.22/07/17, where I'v not browsed.
I was called, from the customer care office and told to check if there is any background App that is consuming the Data.
Sir/Madam, I got my mobile set (Micromex A 106 Unite2) checked by the mobile dealer cum repairer, but he told there is everything OK and no App is opened at the back.

Secondly, on 8th Feb'2017 I again recharged with Rs.156/- for 28 days for 1GB data, and strangely today ie. after two days my Mobile data is 100 MB.

Sir/Madam, I m really fedup of all these..From past three years I haven't faced any such problem..with same set and with no changes in settings.

I humbly request you to please please look into this matter and please refund my MBs.

I was a customer of Idea Broadband for a long time (my login id:[protected] but their service started to deteriorate for me since Oct 2016, and I changed my Internet Service provider in Oct 2016 and never used Idea Broadband again and deactivated my Idea account.

Now the interesting part is I'm receiving their monthly bills in my inbox with the summed up amount of all the previous months i.e from Nov 2016, Dec 2016, January 2017, and Feb 2017.

Why are they doing this fraud? Is this even legal?

I'm not their customer any more and I'm not going to pay this amount.

Today received sms from idea:-
Dear Customer, We are not in receipt of proof of payment made with your previous operator. Hence your number would be barred. Request to kindly produce payment proof in 10 days to avoid disconnection.

My question is why idea is sending such nonsense sms to us? Can't they update the information their own? Or just siting and disturbing people.

I am using my Idea Number from almost last 1 year and it is from MP/Chattisgarh region and i am staying in maharshtra for my job. after my services were blocked i called to their tollfree No. 12345 tried to connect to customer care but i got revert please check the number you have dialed.
after that i visited Idea local customer care office their they denied to help. called 198 they did the same. everyone is saying contact MP customer care no and they have blocked my number then HOW CAN I CONNECT.?? i made a call through my family number which is in MP i talked on conference they said call from your number.
not getting how to get help. worst experience ever. worst customer service too.

I had gone to official idea store nearby in moradabad (address: Below Idea Tower, Near Deputy Ganj Crossing, Civil Lines, Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh 244001) to get idea prepaid phone sim but they said we only sell idea post paid sim and do not sell prepaid sim . They told me to buy from a retailer near their store, so I bought prepaid idea phone sim on 8th February 2017 at 11am as I needed it urgently and the retailer told me that it will take 2 to 3 days to get activated . I told him I need it to be activated within I day or 24 hours.
I submitted all my documents and photos and paid 100 rupees for idea sim. Idea number [protected]
The retailer told me that the simple will be activated soon then.
I waited the whole day but the sim card wasn't activated it always showed not registered on network.

I waited the entire morning of 9th February but still the idea phone sim wasn't activated . Then I went to the retailer at 10:30am for sim activation but his shop was closed . Then I went to the retailer at 11:15 am on 9th February and told him to activate the sim as soon as possible. He said dial 59059 and give all your Id proof numbers, details and everything in your documents over phone call to 59059 and your sim will be activated.
I called 59059 but sometimes there was a recording saying "you are not allowed to call this number" or sometimes the call did not connect only.
I called idea customer service on 12345 and told them about the sim not being activated till now and it had been 24 hours, they told me that the retailer did not submit the customers .
I was astounded as I needed the sim urgently, thenot I called the retailer and told him this, he said your sim is activated you have to dial 59059
I told him it is not activated and I called 59059 but the call is not connecting. He said wait till 3:00pm for activation and restart your phone

I called idea customer service and told them the entire situation but they did nothing to help with activation . The sim was not activated even after 3:00pm

I went to the retailer again after 3:00pm and called idea customer service again . No help. The retailer told that a woman's phone sim will be activated by a woman's voice only and a man's phone sim will be activated after hearing a man's voice only.
He also said that the photograph you gave was same as your photo in your ID proof that is why sim is not activated.

I called idea customer care 2 to 3 times again and total 5 times in a day and visited the retailer shop 3 times for sim activation but the sim card wasn't activated . This kind of fraud and irresponsible and unprofessional behaviour is illegal.
idea company has disappointed the customer and violated a customer's right.

I called idea customer service and the representatives there kept making up stories. One said that you should have gone to idea store only, I told him I went there and they did not sell prepaid, I told him to check and tell me why didn't idea store sell prepaid sim and he put my phone call on hold while he checked details and then he said that idea store sell prepaid sim card and postpaid sim card also .
I was utterly disappointed at hearing this and I am facing extreme difficulty for one phone sim

Then also till 7:00pm the sim card wasn't activated, I called idea customer service again for sim activation, the representative told me again that if you had purchased the sim from idea store then no problem, I told him again that I had gone to official idea store only and there the idea agents/ idea employees told me that we only give postpaid sims and we don't give prepaid sims, then the idea customer service Representative said " yeah so, it's your fault, you went to post paid idea store who only sell postcard idea sims and not prepaid."

This is the worst experience idea. Bad service? Nobody takes responsibility for idea sim card no service, idea retailers are cheating customers and nobody takes responsibility, idea legal official store say they dont have idea prepaid sim, idea customer service is of no help.

I lost my money, nobody is taking responsibility for this .

I paid, submitted all the forms and documents but still after 24 hours the idea sim card is not activated.

Am using idea SIM. I disappointed with the service. So i tried to port the SIM to Airtel. I given the application to airtel portlet. Then i got a call from Idea. I clearly said that am Not satisfied with idea. But They Rejected my porting process from Idea network side. after that i tried second time This time also they rejected. Am helpless. What can i do now. i dont know how to get release from Idea network. They are not allowing me to switch another network
