The customer service agent's name was Naina.The call was from Kerala. I asked her about Idea prepaid offer. That time she didn't talk with manner. She spoke very bad words. As a customer, I felt very sad. And also she threatened me through SMS.
So, kindly take necessary action against my complaint.

IDEA CHARGES YOU RS.1400 EXTRA IN THE NEXT MONTH BILL. THEIR EXPLANATION IS UNTIL 1ST YOU ARE ENTITLED TO ONLY 33MB DATA, SO REMAINING 967MB DATA IS CHARGED AT 10PAISE/KB, WHICH IS SO ILLOGICAL. THE CHARGES FOR 29DAYS ARE EXTRA AS PER NEW PLAN BTW.
CUSTOMER CARE IS WORTHLESS. YOU CAN FACE FEW OF THE WORST IN THE INDUSTRY HERE, WHO CANT SPEAK ANY PROPER DIGNIFIED LANGUAGE.
