Bill showed Prorated overage charges added on 9/1/17 when I had changed the package. This was not initially mentioned to me. My billing cycles starts from 9th of every month. I did change the plan on the first day of my billing cycle then too I have been charged Rs. 185/-
And also inform me at what time should I change the plans if I want to or should avoid doing it by ourself and ask the costumer care executive.

Same happened to me. Idea has blunt way of calculating pro-rated bill in case of post paid plan change. Such ethics lacking people. Always think of how to loot people of their money.

SUPPOSE YOU HAVE 1GB DATA IN YOUR CURRENT PACKAGE of RS. 299 MONTHLY. IF YOU CHANGE THE PLAN ON 1ST OF THE MONTH AND YOU HAD ALREADY USED 1GB DATA ON 1ST,
THEN
IDEA CHARGES YOU RS.1400 EXTRA IN THE NEXT MONTH BILL. THEIR EXPLANATION IS UNTIL 1ST YOU ARE ENTITLED TO ONLY 33MB DATA, SO REMAINING 967MB DATA IS CHARGED AT 10PAISE/KB, WHICH IS SO ILLOGICAL. THE CHARGES FOR 29DAYS ARE EXTRA AS PER NEW PLAN BTW.

CUSTOMER CARE IS WORTHLESS. YOU CAN FACE FEW OF THE WORST IN THE INDUSTRY HERE, WHO CANT SPEAK ANY PROPER DIGNIFIED LANGUAGE.

        Hi,
        I recharge on my mob no [protected] of Rs 297 for 3G on 15.2.17 and after 2 minutes i again recharge of Rs. 148 for I2I but due to this recharge my 3G data is lover lap. I have not used 3G data. So i again recharge with 297.

        So I have to request you that my first 3G data which is over lap have not used by me. I request you to kindly add 3G data which is over lap by recharge Rs 184. I have not used the said 3G data.

              Hi Idea,

              Refers to my issue, I have just surender my Airtel connection and port my number to idea.

              Initially as per your executive I have been told that there will be two pack will be sufficient for me. One for calling (Rs199) and second for internet (Rs1500).

              I have two concern first if I have already taken Rs1500 (15GB free) then why you have charged me for net (Rs550 approx) and secondly why i have been charged two times Rs 1500 for internet.

              I request you to please adjust Rs550+1500+taxes in my current bill and raise fresh bill after the correction.

              I have already paid Rs 1700 please let me know the difference amount after Rs550+1500+taxes deductions from my current bill Rs.4287.91

              Also request you to please activate my services asap.

              After port from Airtel to idea, I thought it would be good decision but after services am getting its disappointing. System is in idea hand my idea account is in idea hand if you guys added two times the same pack. spose you add this pack by your own ten times. It doesnt mean customer pay for your mistake. Why i should suffer for all this

                I have billing dispute with my post paid bill.I am wrongly charged rs.99 extra for VAS charges(Premium SMS) which I had never used. I lodged complaint with customer support over email .. was told charges will be reversed but that did not happen yet.

                Over phone with customer care, you are so rude and don't have anything to say except 'Sorry for the inconvenience'

                If you wish to make profit by following these unethical practices of willfully adding extra charges, you will go nowhere but endup losing loyal customers.

                Hope to see some action atleast now. Or else, I will surely move to some ethical mobile network.

                  My no [protected] has been ported from airtel. But now my outgoing facility has been stopped due to the reason that i have to submit last clarance payment receipt of airel bill to idea store. This is the worst service i havd seen thats why i had ported my another idea no to airtel but dt that time they did not ask for dis type of clearance receipt. If any issue idea has to clarify it from airtel not from me reagding my last payment. This is total harassment. I will complain it to higher authorities and also will port back to airtel. Worst network. No one has so much time to submit last payment receipt.

                        I had recharged my idea sim no- [protected] (Idea Tamilnadu)of amount 255 on dated 01.02.17 but due to some error the recharge was incomplete but my amount was deducted from my account. I got a message from company failure of recharge, then again I recharged with the same amount which was recharged. But the amount of failure recharge was not credited in my account.
                        I complained about this on dt-14.02.17 to customer care but they said that there is no provision to refund such failure recharge amount

                          What the hell is dis mydala? Idea cellular Looting people!! Out of nowhere received the msg that Rs.30 is deducted from your main balance.I mean surely 30rs.is not dat a big amnt.to lament about bt what the hell..I don't even what dis [censored] is! Already the deals available on idea cellular are way more expensive than other networks supported by poor service & now they r deducting customers' money illegally.                             Hello... I used a number which is official one. by harstake due tto certain complications I owe 3500 rs and i Paid that. The way the ladies called is bit arrogant and harshy.I asked them can i get their names they didnt given their names and its ruin the business. I am a company head and planning to remove all connections from office. ..

Hate idea now. she told i need to give 1750 and i paid 1000. atleast could i not able to get 750 rs reduction. why this people so hard. Idea is recruiting gunda females for this. expecting answer from Idea.

                            Nisha was polite enough.. A lady named Athira from Idea customer care . Please remove her from office else definitely you will loose many valid customers.I am damn sure.

                            Nisha informed i need to pay 1700 and i paid 1000. what kind of customer agents is this.

                              I received a call for crediting my Citi bank credit card points and thus shared some information with the calling persons. Later, I came to know that the payment is credited to merchant named IDEA PAYMENT.
                              There are 4 transactions of RS 4800 each credited to IDEA PAYMENT on 1-Feb-2017.
                              I have done an FIR also with the Cyber Cell police station.

                                Without my permission, Idea is deducting my balance from my prepaid account.I didn't buy any game.Right now, I'm using feature phone and it has only one game which is full and not on the trial basis.I got a message from 58010 that Thank you for purchasing the Fortumo game.Enjoy and have fun [protected]@iappgame.com. Whenever I got this message, then every time Rs 20 deducts.I didn't buy any game.I called the idea customer care, they were saying that I had purchased the game but fact is that I didn't buy any game.My no. is [protected] .Idea customer care is saying again and again that I've bought the game. Thay are not providing the solution.They are not refunding my deducted amount.

                                  I migrated from post paid to prepaid number, my postpaid number is blocked on 10th Feb, called customer care and visited idea store, every time they are telling to wait for 24 hours. I am missing important calls and idea is not activating my mobile - [protected].

The customer service agent's name was Naina.The call was from Kerala. I asked her about Idea prepaid offer. That time she didn't talk with manner. She spoke very bad words. As a customer, I felt very sad. And also she threatened me through SMS.

                                    So, kindly take necessary action against my complaint.

                                        I uploaded money in wallet using my Canara debit card ending with 3801 in 3 transactions on 12th Feb, 9:14 pm & 9:26 pm and 13th Feb around 6 am. The transactions made on 12th Feb were both successful but the transaction made on 13th Feb, 2017 failed and the amount was debited from my bank account. I raised a complaint but haven't yet received a call from customer care.
                                        I request Idea Money team to look on this issue.
