Dear Sir,
my name is nimesh and my wifes name is bhavini and her mobile no is [protected].it is horrible experience with idea cellular service as tilll two days before in her account balance was RS 94.74/- and automatically on dated 08/02/2017 they have deducted full balance from her account.still there was balance in internet package also.

it is horrible experience as without informing they have deducted and also my wife coplains abt it then aslo they misbehave and told they will not refund it.

this experience i will share in social media too as the service is very very very bad.

and in near future i will not recommend any one to go with idea.

if my matter is not solved soon and balance is not refunded then i will complain to higher level and also post in social media with the proof i have.

      Sir/Madam,
      On 26 Jan'17, at 6:39 pm, I've recharged my 3G Net pack for 28 days, 1GB Data for Rs. 156/- & the expiry date is 22/ 02/17.
      Next morning on 27 Jan'17, I's shocked to read that "You r 500 MB away from ur 1GB data..". I d'nt know how n where my 500 MBs gone. Immidiately I called to customer care bt did'nt get the right ans. My remaining 500 MBs also gets over on 5 Feb, 17 instead of 22 Feb, 17.
      Sir/Madam, kindly look into this matter on an urgent basis and please Refund my Data Pack MBs.
      Being ur old customer, I hv a great respect for 'Idea' and I wish to hv a good customer relation in future also.
      Hoping for a quick response and satisfiable action from you.

            आज 9.2.2017 रात 12.04 मि. पर जब में आईडिया मनी अप्लीकेशन में रिचार्ज करने के लिए आईडिया मनी वॉलेट लोड कर रहा तब बैंक ऑफ़ महाराष्ट्र डेबिट कार्ड से पैसे cut हुवे पर आईडिया मनी में नही आये। problem solve karo pls. मेरा आईडिया मनी वॉलेट [protected] से रजिस्टर्ड है.

            On the date 9-2-2017 at 12.04 a.m. Cash deducted in my bank account rs. 299/- when I was reloaded cash in idea money wallet by Idea Official app. There was shown 2 option "Pay with Idea Money" or "Net Banking". I choose pay with Idea Money but when i logged in idea money & processing Banking transaction there was cash deducted in bank account but not loaded in idea money wallet. My idea money wallet registered with [protected] number. please solved & give my money back in my bank account.

                      We have two connections of Idea and we have paid the bill amount through Bank transaction dated 02/02/17. Transaction ID's are 63461527 for Rs.293/- and 63461526 for Rs.1104/-.Transaction amounts have reached Idea account on 02/02/17 but on 06/02/17 they have disconnected my mobiles.At the moment I am on tour, and I am completely handicapped without any means of communication. My office staff has gone to their gallery and shown the transaction date and ID but they are not accepting it and says it will take 4 days to rectify their mistake.                         My name is Akshat and i am from Amethi, I have no other option left behind rather
                        to share my grief and major issue on this portal. Today, i received a call from Idea
                        Recovery Office and they have lodged FIR and ask me to meet at patiala court immediately.

                        When i ask them for what they are doing this to me as my idea no. is blocked from november
                        and also i don't have that sim with me now, then they
                        threaten me that they can catch me from any where and put me in jail if i didn't payed my bill soon.
                        I had checked the mail from idea which shows Rs 870 which is Rs 690 in november after which no. is disconnected.
                        I tried to pay several times but due to slow internet connection or payment gateway problem its not completed yet,
                        but they are calling me continously using abusive language and treating me as a criminal.

                        When i contacted them they pretended themselves as Idea Cellular Authorised
                        Advocates and Idea Cellular has authorized to talk with you in such manner.

                        I have the only way to logged complaints against them in Consumer Court with Idea Cellular

                        My name is deepchandra choudhary I am I use idea from last two years.
                        I have two numbers [protected] and 63 unfortunately I am not using my number [protected] from last almost 6 months and am not using the Internet before that as I have non android cell with me.
                        Though idea charged me for Internet once after my complaint they revers extra 400 bugs in March 2016. But same going again and again.
                        Now I am fed up with this.
                        And change my no. But till date idea not even try to contact me for remains payment nor they have send me any notice and directly filled case against me which is wrong
                        I am going to consumer forum for this and filled case against idea cellular my father is got pleader and we will fight for this. Also the advocate Mr malik threaten me I have recording for submission in court
                        Hello sir i have transfer my 275 rupees from idea wallet to bank but money debit & 7 days passed away but money did not recieve in my bank account.
                        my utr no.is[protected] . i have transection on 27/01/2017 . please help me soon. i have tried to call idea customer care but did not responce from there.

                          I am having mobile No. [protected]. Since past two months or more Rs. 1.50 is deducted in two-three days gap on account of flash message. I have never activated or wanted the same. I complained to their customer care. They guided to send message "STOP" to 58595. I sent the same several times. But there is no resolution. All the time my balance is deducting. As my mobile No. is given to my all circle, it is going to be tough to change my No. But I am loosing huge money unnecessarily in this way. Please get it stopped & arrange to get refund all my monies theft by Idea Cellular in this unscrupulous way.

                                Hi Idea,

                                Refers to my issue, I have just surender my Airtel connection and port my number to idea.

                                Initially as per your executive I have been told that there will be two pack will be sufficient for me. One for calling (Rs199) and second for internet (Rs1500).

                                I have two concern first if I have already taken Rs1500 (15GB free) then why you have charged me for net (Rs550 approx) and secondly why i have been charged two times Rs 1500 for internet.

                                I request you to please adjust Rs550+1500+taxes in my current bill and raise fresh bill after the correction.

                                I have already paid Rs 1700 please let me know the difference amount after Rs550+1500+taxes deductions from my current bill Rs.4287.91

                                  Since one month i am not receiving any message in my mobile number. All of a sudden, incoming message has stopped. i can send message but if someone sends message on my number, that does not come to my mobile number. There isn't sign of any message. I want this to be solved.

                                    I had bought the SIM card on Thursday 2nd February 2017 7:00 PM but it not activated as of 6th February 2017 7:00 PM.

                                    I was told by Idea store executive that SIM will be activated by 3rd February 2017 8:30 PM.

                                    When I call Idea customer care then I get response that documents are not submitted.

                                    When I go to Idea store, the executive says he has submitted the documents.

                                    After going to couple of times to Idea store, executive is ignoring my phone calls.

                                      Hi Team,

                                      I am Venkateswara Rao, having idea money account with mobile number [protected]. I have done three transaction each one of 5, 000 (total 15, 000)valued on 3rd February 2017 but only two transactions money valued 10, 000 has been credited to my Idea money wallet. I got message from my credit card service bank saying 5, 000 has been debited from card but this amount was not added to my Idea money wallet.

                                      Please send me an update on this whether money will credit to my card or should I raise concern over this. If money will get credit then how much time it takes to get the money back to credit card.

                                      And I wonder why don't you maintain customer care service through mobile like other banks if it is related to money transaction.

                                        My connection from Kerala.I am now in Banglore. I recharged Rs.41 to get roaming facility.Today on 6/2/17 I recharged Rs.148 against an offer.I lost this money.I contacted customer care on 12345 some ladies not answering properly to my questions.Again I recharged 196 Rs that also lost.I can not activate any offer under roaming.Actually I do not know that under roaming I can not activate any offers.So I lost 344 Rs. There is no option to get back this money or can not charge to my phone.
