Please, Close my Idea Sim, Because I have Lost my Mobile some days before and i am too busy so have no time for conplaint thats why i using this process
So, Please, close my sim otherwise someone missuse my sim so please close the sim as soon as possible

I have taken new postpaidsim from field ofcr. From last 10 days sim is not activated. I am calling him everyday but still no response. Kindly check if fraud is there. Name of field Virendra madsare. I am using Internet 3G dongle post paid plan Rs.650/Month -3G Data Mobile No-[protected] But i got 3G speed only 10 day Max after that speed become very slow in main city. I have register 2 times complaint to idea by online we received call from idea office and helpless answer given both time.

Please help me out.

We have two connections of Idea and we have paid the bill amount through Bank transaction dated 02/02/17. Transaction ID's are 63461527 for Rs.293/- and 63461526 for Rs.1104/-.Transaction amounts have reached Idea account on 02/02/17 but on 06/02/17 they have disconnected my mobiles.At the moment I am on tour, and I am completely handicapped without any means of communication. Since one month i am not receiving any message in my mobile number. All of a sudden, incoming message has stopped. i can send message but if someone sends message on my number, that does not come to my mobile number. There isn't sign of any message. I want this to be solved....

I have done three transaction each one of 5, 000 (total 15, 000)valued on 3rd February 2017 but only two transactions money valued 10, 000 has been credited to my Idea money wallet. Dear Team,

I got a new Idea postpaid connection from the idea representative in our office TCS Hinjewadi Pune. Here idea has provided an offer to give a free gift on each new connection (pen drive, laptop bag or power bank). I had submitted the docs in Jan 17 and it was activated on 3rd Feb 17.
I have not yet received my free gift from them.

Value added service was activated without any notice. I did not notice it until I got the monthly bill. Same service was activated 5 times. For single activation Rs 35 were charged. Total Rs 175 = 35 * 5 have been charged.
