I got a call from idea customer care and they told me that there is a new 4 g plan ultimate 499 and i will have 3gb 4 g data in it plus other facilities. I opted for it . But they did not tell me if 4 g network is unavailable then 2g/ 3g will be chargeable. I noticed my unbilled amount rose to 850. I called customer care they told that send STOP SMS TO 1925 and then your internet will work only if you have data pack activated for the same. I did it but now 4 g network is not coming anywhere and my internet is not working. It worked fine in Chandigarh but in jammu and now in delhi.. i do not have 4 g network. I will pay more than 1300 inr this month still i wil not be able to use internet because idea 4g is not available anywhere. This is absolutely cheating if someone is paying so much money his data should work if network is 3g too and they can deduct the same data from 4g plan. I am filing complaint in consumer forum to highlight the fraudulent schemes companies make to fool their customers and charging money which is completely unacceptable.

I was user of corporate post paid plan mob no [protected]. Near about 20 concetion taken by company in corporate/cug plab as all the control was with our corporate head like std pkg intranet pkg etc I had left the company around 2 month ago and I am not using that mob no from last 2 month but foolish idea people is asking payment directly to me in place of company As all control is with corporate than why they are asking me. They are still using cug plan. Idea should understand cug/corprate conction means. So please Ask payment to corprate head only.

Never use it otherwise it will destroy your money definitely India`s No. 1 Cheater fraud and manipulate customers, they earn lot of money from scams and playing with customer trust Increase unnecessary bills to 200% and than insist people for money. People will sue the company in supreme court. They distract people for using extra internet by their app. Through app you think I have much data for use, whenever you consume your data they will double charge in this digital age where other company gave free data. They also manipulate though their TV ads. Conclusion its worst in term of customer relationship. I believe it is a big scam nothing else.

We are in corpaorate tie up with idea cellular in M.P, We received the bill which is not as per our plan, we are constantly follow it up with customer care, appellete authority but didn't find satisfactory reply regarding bill details, every time new person who don't know anything about the case call and ask just for payment and not providing the necessary bill details to resolve the issue.Due to which we have to disconmtinue the services which lead to lot of financial losses to our business as these number has been circulated to our customer.

I have tried 3 times to port the Idea sim to another service provider. after raising the UPC number got the call from Idea person. In that conversation i clearly told that am not satisfied with idea and i very frustrated with the idea service. And i lose my due this service provide. But they tried to convince me . i didn't agreed. but being long time my MNP request was rejected by Idea.

Note: Idea is not allowing the consumer to port another service provider. 5 of my friends also facing the same porting issue. They are not allowing to port.

I want to raise a legal case on this, am searching the procedure raise a legal case on this.

This is inform you that the idea agent will give us wrong plan details about idea postpaid plan, but when i call to customer care service they said this information is totally wrong and we don't have that kind of plan.

I was using idea postpaid connection [protected]

They given me the plan that was wrongly described on call and bill came against expectation.

My number got permanently disconnected but after that idea tried calling me several times to get the bill payment.

After a long conversation i paid the amount and cleared all the dues.

I got a mail that my number [protected] will be released after 45 days and will be returned to the vodafone as vodafone was my previous operator but its already been 3 months passed and idea didnot released my number and didnot returned it to vodafone.

I want this number because its my official number.

I already visited idea store many times but not getting any help from anybody.

Please if somebody can help me out in this, i want idea to release my number as soon as possible.

Balance of rs, 250 deducted from mobile no [protected] with no explanation given and even after a week of following up with mails and calls, the complaint has not been addressed and no clarification has been provided. There was also no network for 2 days causing even greater inconvenience. Each time we call customer care they inform us that the system is being upgraded and there is not information available.

I have not yet received any refund for the amount deducted and no explanation as well. Shoddy customer care service.

So..please block my idea prepaid number [protected].I have no idea what am...so that's why I...!!!

Manufacturing defect SIM.

Am from durlovpur, mejia, bankura wb. here from 1/02/2017 there is no network of idea. in some parts of mtps colony network is comming but in maximum part its nil. we are facing very problem. idea please do something at the earliest or else we would be forceb to either swap our no. to our network or buy nwe sim of other company. in that case also you have to make the amount we have in idea transfer to other company

Without my permission, Idea is deducting my balance from my prepaid account.I didn't buy any game.Right now, I'm using feature phone and it has only one game which is full and not on the trial basis.I got a message from 53010 that Thank you for purchasing the iappgame.Enjoy and have fun [protected]@iappgame.com.Whenever I got this message, then everytime Rs 3 deducts.I didn't buy any game.I called the idea customer care, they were saying that I had purchased the game but fact is that I didn't buy any game.My no. is [protected].Idea customer care is saying again and again that I've bought the game.Thay are not providing the solution.They are not refunding my deducted amount.

I am using iphone 6 as my current handset. one day i got a message from company that my internet full speed data quote is over and your speed is now reduced by 40 kbps. I am using postpaid connection and i found that there is still to many 3G data is remaining in my account. i found that data balance in idea application as well as data balance check no *121*44# and *121*999#.

i complained this issue 2 times in 198, 2 times in idea care store and did 1 mail but they took almost 5 days for every response and all time they are giving very bull #### resolutions that can't help me to resolve my issue.

after 10 days no resolutions found and i am facing same issue.

Being a idea customer of more than ten years, recently I had faced an embarrassing situation of excessive amount of post paid bill from you people. And I have been charged 27000 for a single day o[censored]nused international data. I had already brought this to your notice more than twice & ever since am roaming around your idea care centre for justice. I have been using idea & even encouraged my family members to do so from the year 2004 and its been a quite a long journey and now I am feeling really ashamed of being an idea customer. It is the responsibility of network provider to send sms/ussd to the customer after usage of 50%, 90%, 100% according to TRAI. I really don't understand why your executives are so ignorant when my data usage is 7 times more than my limit I have opted and ignored to inform me about the charges and the shock am going to face. request you to atleast respond to my issue and solve it because I am one of the few customers who did not change the network inspite of your poor signals in many areas and even made many of my friends and family to use your network. Pease weaver complete bill amount as I did not browse even single MB of data. Please inform your collection boys not to behave decently and not to black mail the customers until the issue is resolved.

Iam idea kerala prepaid customer. I have been using idea sim since 6 years. I am sending this complaint against idea cellular network which is continously sending idea power flash messages and looting money from poor customers of india.
I think this is just as cruel like terrorism because there is no option to stop these crap flash pop up mesages. I contacted idea cellular constomer care 3 times regarding this complaint. But said that they cant do anything regarding this complaint. Iam not the only one who is suffering from this huge problem. Crores of indians are the subscribers of them.

They are looting indian economy. So is there any difference between terrorists and idea cellular network? If both of them do same offence, government and our constitution must take necessary action. This is a serious issue and i have the support of lacks of poeple who is suffering from this issue. So i request for the sudden action. We, indians trust in indian constitution.
