Sim No-[protected] is permanently deactivated on 07th October 2016.
A bill amount of Rs. 531 along with already paid amount of Rs. 265.17 is charged on that sim for the period, 15th Oct 2016 to 15th Nov 16.
Bill amount which is carry forwarded (I.E RS.265.17 ) was already paid by me.

The rest amount, i.e Rs. 531 is not paid yet.
Because my sim was discontinued the services from 07th October 2016. Since my billing date was 15th October 2016, i paid the bills till 15th October 2016.
For the rest amount ; ie billed from October 2016 onward, I am not responsible for the same.For the discontinued time period, why the bill is generated? I have paid all the bills till oct 2016.
Kindly check with your billing status and intimate accordingly.
Please note that, this issues was already put in consumer forum on 16th Nov 2016 also . One lady replied from your end and told that she will check with the status and update me. But, till no reply has given.
After that on 24th January 2017, i visited idea, kalyaninagar showroom . Their also no detail billing was available, so, they put e-mail to idea, office and said will intimate me within 1 working day. No reply from their also was given.
If it is entered incorrectly, requesting you to waive it off.
Fed up with your billing system and calls.

I am Nitin Mahajan from Jalgaon .i port my sim card postpaid to prepaid 10 days ago butmy sim card not in service within 4 days, i submited my id proof 9 days ago to samadha telecommunication jalgaon. But my sim card is not activate. many times requesting to samadha comminication store
so please take a action this idea service store
