    I was fos of jindel telecom. My name is sudhir bansal and currently resident at kothputli, rajasthan. At past two months ago, my idea distibutor block/map my idea balance sim. Because of my balance blocked into the fos sim. The distibutor did not returned the balance until and your distibutor say that i am not refund your money. You take any action towards me. And i have allredy returned the lapu balance to my retailer. But distibutor until not release the balance and that sim block until. And your distibutor not give asnwer properly for undetailed sim block.

    I write and send many letter to your distibutor and your distibutor don’t take action on this case.
    I shall be highly oblied to you if take the effective and immdetely action towards this complaint. I would like to have this problem fixed quickly please. If i you do not hear from you within 4 hours. Keeping in the view, i take legal action on your distibutor and company. I am going pla (Public lok aadalat) delhi on this case. You resolve my problem.     i have not get satisfised answer from your distibutor.and your distibutor not give answer satisfised answer and your company employees saraad and sanjay are refusing to refund my money and jindal telecom take not effective action toward this rare case.i donot hear within 12 hours i take legal on your company and get sue.and went to pla(public lok addlat). my balance is reunded to me which in sim approx 30000(thrity thousand rupees only). you take immediely action towards your distibutor and this case.

      My sim belongs to kerala circle and now currently am in Tamilnadu.I was using Idea prepaid for couple of years recently i changed it to postpaid, due to the improper information given by the idea retail store representatives at ravipuram, kochi i was literally fooled and around 500rs was charged as roaming charges which i thought was a part of the pack that I've choosen. then again i wanted to change to prepaid and i submitted my docs and got the new sim, they said it'll take 4 days for activation. I got the message saying the activationis done, so as adviced by the customer care i called 59059 for the activation as i'm not in kerala right now it was getting connecting to karnataka circle. they asked me to call to [protected]. tried calling it like 10 times in a row still it is gettinh connected to karnataka circle.its really frustrating when i get the same answer again and again call to that number for kerala custoomer care. I'm not able to use my number for the past 5 days. Postpaid experience was too worse, then also thought of continuing with idea that why planned to change to prepaid now that is more worse...sorry to say but the customer care of such a huge network is not even worth 1 star. I need to get any follow up on this issue ASAP.

        I recharged my idea number [protected] for unlimited data plan of 249 with sbi net banking, it got cancelled or i didn't get confirmation, so i tried with paytm and got my recharge. later i have seen i lost money from both the accounts for the same data plan. i did this on 20/2/17 evening. i don't know how to get the refund, i tried to mail idea customer care but i am not getting a satisfied replay

          Dear sir/madam,

          W. r. t. above subject i have migrated my idea number [protected] from postpaid to prepaid.

          I have followed the process of migration as per the guidelines of the idea executive working at
          Idea store, near old renapur naka, latur, maharashtra.

          I paid my outstanding bill amount as well as the excess amount he asked for the processing days on the 13th feb 2017.

          He assured me that the conversion process will complete within 48 hrs.

          After that i am continuously following up with idea customer service, but the last e-mail i received through idea is the process will be completed on 16 the feb 2017.

          Now it's too late and as the number which is under process is my permanent contact number since last 11 years.

          Now this number is not working since last 8 days.

          Can you understand the severity of the problems being caused to me due to the unavailability of my number?

          Every customer of mine is having the single contact number to call me, can you predict how much loss of business i am bearing due to this problem}?

          Who is going to restart my services?

          I am requesting the executive at the store mentioned above for starting the service frequently.

          I am contacting idea customer care service daily regarding this issue.

          No one has clarified my issues.

          Customer care asks me to visit the store and ask him to send my documents.
          The store person asks me to just wait for 24 hrs and services will be resumed automatically.
          In this whole cycle i am just feeling like a football between the idea customer service and idea store. but still i am not able to use my mobile number [protected].

          Isn't it idea's responsibility to make a follow up with your store executives.

          I have also made a written complaint through e-mail as well as telephonic communication with customer care service regarding the worst service of idea store mentioned above.
          The executive working here is a very irresponsible person, who don't care about any customer.

          But neither the idea nor the idea customer service is bothering about any issue.

          I want my services to be resumed very soon and now the follow up is to be taken by idea cellular regarding this issue or else i am going to take a legal action against idea next.

          Now i am unable send any complaint related this issue to idea customer service. it is repeatedly showing some spam message in reply.

          But these kind of responses I am listening since the day O started complaining to idea. But every time the level of disappointment has increased as the days passed.
          But as per the telephonic customer care executive has promised that my services will resume tomorrow.

          I am not here for complaining and chatting every one and other employee of your idea cellular .
          As I am always you people are not unwilling to solve problems of customer.
          The stupid operator at your 'Idea store, Barure complex, Latur' is forwarding my documents from 13th feb and today its 26th feb what it took him to forward one scan of my voter id card???
          Did he travel across the globe by walk to send the documents? Or is this the only speed of idea 4G.
          You people are giving me new date for each four days... And what are you trying to prove ???
          Worst provider, with worst service and worst employees.

          I cant do any transaction any call since last 13 ... Thirteeen... One Three days.
          Can't you get it????

          I want my number not your service. Dont just start it U give me the porting code for that number I will port it to Vodafone it is best.

          Or all are cheats including the aditya birla.
          U dont call your customers for follow up atleast give me one direct contact I will follow up myself.
          Dont tell me about your worst service centres.
          I too facing the same issue..Really disappointed on IDEA, such a huge network having careless customer care representatives who won't even give proper informations. I tried to activate my sim by dialling 59059 as adviced by the idea retail store rep and I got connected to another circle they gave me another number. that too connecting to the same circle .i'm calling them from yesterday evening. all are giving vague infos. I'm not able to use my phone for the past 5 days.

          Its 15 days now for me, they didn't activate my sim card yet.
          The Idea cellular is the worst business in the world.
          These cheats will just call you day by day and promise you for next date.
          This keeps repeating until when God knows!

            Hello Sir,

            I am using IDEA cellular post paid service and they are always Charging unnecessary items charge in my bill.
            When I complained for it, they are not responding my emails.
            I was going through my Jan15-Feb15, 2017 bill. There are below charges which I don't think done from my side:

            1. VAS Usage Charges [mydala powered deal]: Rs. 29
            2. MMS Charges (on No: [protected] which is the same no for which this bill was generated): Rs. 3

            Same Charges was applied on my Dec15, 2016 -Jan15, 2017 months:

            1. VAS Usage Charges [Subscription Service]: Rs. 90

            For Above charge, I had raised Complaint as well.

            Now, I want your help to get my refund for these.

              I am very disappointing with idea services, idea show an offer of 10 GB 3g/4g data in offers but idea actually gave us 1 GB data and when i call to customer care service then told me this is valid for 3 times only u recharge 4 th time so u cant get 10 GB. So what can is do this is cheating idea is BS

                Idea deducted my Balance of 29 Rs. On the name of paid content named mydala. I haven't even browsed mydala website and even not downloaded their app. Idea is saying it is non refundable, but they are charging for content I haven't downloaded. That is wrong and unethical practice by a highly reputed company. My mobile no. Is [protected] with idea. I request them to refund my amount otherwise I will switch to another operator. I am not even aware of such deals, so why I would download it... Please take action on this matter as soon as possible.

                          I recently got my airtel number ported to Idea. Number is [protected].

                          Though I was using Airtel number from past 5 years, I got my number ported to idea as i was assured unlimited STD and local calls for Rs.499 with 6 GB 3g internet. This was assured by your executive (mobile no.[protected]). I had told him that I am using 3G handset.

                          Now when I activated this, now your people are saying such plan is not there. This is absolute non sense and worst experience at the beginning only. During porting I was offered the same scheme with 6GB internet by Airtel for Rs.550. But still i tried Idea.

                          Hope this would be addressed soon and would be given 6 GB internet. Otherwise, pls stop the services.

                                After everything completed & when i go for activation then i came to know my plan is 499 with 3gb data.

                                My number is still in deactivate state as when i go for activate then 499 plan will activate on my number.
                                So, plz let me know what should i do. I have done port in to idea only on basis of 11gb in 299 ..??? Even recording also has been shared with your team. Plz let me know now what plan should i get if i activate my sim...

Now totally i am depressed with your service ... it seems idea team is playing fake game with another operator customer's by telling fake plan then after port-in you want we should now take your correct plan on which no customer will do port-in at Idea

                                It is not a new for me from idea side... What resolution has provided me... plz let me know????

                                Again wrong information has provided by Senior associate of IDEA Mr. Deepak from Khushi communication that ask to activate SIM . Then he will change my plan to 299 rs & also he will activate RS 255 plan of 10GB 4G data . This 254 will be paid by him for next 3 months.

                                Recording is also attached. But till now no 10GB data has activated & even they are not picking my call.

                                Now suggest what should i do????

                                Already more than 2 weeks has past for mine issue. It was started by giving wrong information of plan on which basis i have done port in & in during activation came to know that there is no such plan . Even mine plan is of higher amount . So, i have not activated my SIM . then Mr. Deepak from Khushi Communication again give me wrong information on which basis i have activated my Plan .                                 Because i have not port in to IDEA for calling .. Only for data i.e 11GB in 299rs .. That's why i have not activated my SIM as i came to know this is not my plan.
                                Again wrong communication has given to me by Mr. Deepak ( Khushi Communication ) & i have activated my SIM . As of now no data pack has activated & no response i am getting from Khushi Communication.

                                Plz suggest as i am now getting mentally stressed related to my bill payments.
                                Hope before taking any wrong steps in this mental depression, mine complaint should get addressed.

                                    I am writing to you in regards to the diconnection of outgoing and Internet services on my number [protected]. My number is been diconnected since a week and I am being utterly inconvenienced with this and there is absolutely no fault of mine in this. This all started when one of your representatives called and asked to get on a better plan o[censored]nlimited national and local calls and 1GB data for 800 something and this plan was activated mid cycle due to which I incurred charges for data to the tune of Rs 900/- as the previous plan was then charged on a per day basis.

                                    In my previous plan as well as on my current plan I was completely covered for data and now you sent me a bill for 2000+ rupees.

                                    I have spoken to two different reps on the phone and both of them assured me of waiving of the charge for data but everytime I call the next rep says there is nothing of this sorts in the notes and ask me to visit a nearest IDEA STORE. This is absolutely absurd and I am gonna take some action if this is not sorted at the earliest.

                                    Looking forward to a quick resolution for the same.

                                      I Nithin Babu M.N was an idea post paid customer( [protected]) still December 15 2016. Due to call drops, low network coverage, and low internet speed I port out from idea. Now I'm a Bsnl Prepaid customer. I reported this issue several times to idea customer care. But they couldn't solve it. That's why I port out from idea.
                                      At that time I settled my outstanding bill amount and asked the customer care that weather any more bill come or not, they told no, due to the reason of call drop you go, no bill will generate. After one month I received a e bill from idea of the month dec-jan of an amount 1098.15. After this I received some message in my bsnl number that I have some outstanding amount of Rs 998.15 to be settled in the previous operator, submit that and present the bill in bsnl office. After tha‎t a representative of idea called me and said that to settle an amount of 998.15 pending in the month of Dec - Jan. I asked I received a mail to settle Rs. 1098.15, then how it come down to 998.15. They didn't give any clarification. After all this, at last I got a advocate notice. While I make a call to that number and explained all this, they told me to settle it by paying Rs. 500. I put a mail to trai, not response yet. Today ( 20/2/2017) my bsnl number barred outgoing and incoming.
                                      What should i do.
