Hello Sir,

I am using IDEA cellular post paid service and they are always Charging unnecessary items charge in my bill.
When I complained for it, they are not responding my emails.
I was going through my Jan15-Feb15, 2017 bill. There are below charges which I don't think done from my side:

1. VAS Usage Charges [mydala powered deal]: Rs. 29

I am very disappointing with idea services, idea show an offer of 10 GB 3g/4g data in offers but idea actually gave us 1 GB data and when i call to customer care service then told me this is valid for 3 times only u recharge 4 th time so u cant get 10 GB. So what can is do this is cheating idea is BS...

Idea deducted my Balance of 29 Rs. On the name of paid content named mydala. I haven't even browsed mydala website and even not downloaded their app. Idea is saying it is non refundable, but they are charging for content I haven't downloaded. As per our telephonic discussion with your representative .
You give offer for me unlimited local and STD call .
But my balance is deducted in my main ACC.
And customer care executive do not give proper solution
I talk to three executives. But all executives give me different different statement for my complaint
I have proof in audio clip of all executives statement.

I got a notification about idea recharge that is 15rs=18 talk time:i did recharge but it is not processed.then I contact customer service but they said that this offer is not available to your number:i had a screen shot of that offer.if you don't process that offer l will place a case in the consumer court.good bye...

Cug charges include in my bill and no [protected]. Cug charges include in my bill from 1 year and 9 months. I thought idea is a reposible company but after this issue everything is charged. I issued my connection from nirmal enterprises. I have 15 no in my farm and all numbers have cug. I don't know why cug is not free on this number. Please add cug and refund my money.

I recently got my airtel number ported to Idea. Number is [protected].

Though I was using Airtel number from past 5 years, I got my number ported to idea as i was assured unlimited STD and local calls for Rs.499 with 6 GB 3g internet. This was assured by your executive (mobile no.[protected]). I had told him that I am using 3G handset.

Hi my number was working in airtle postpaid ([protected]) then in first week of feb. 2017 i got a call from idea khushi communication delhi that port in to idea we will 11gb data & 1200 minutes calling on 299 postpaid plan.

After everything completed & when i go for activation then i came to know my plan is 499 with 3gb data.

Even i have recorded that call also. Now i am not geeting any response from them...

I got a call from idea customer care and they told me that there is a new 4 g plan ultimate 499 and i will have 3gb 4 g data in it plus other facilities. I opted for it . But they did not tell me if 4 g network is unavailable then 2g/ 3g will be chargeable. I noticed my unbilled amount rose to 850. I called customer care they told that send STOP SMS TO 1925 and then your internet will work only if you have data pack activated for the same....
