[protected] is the SIM no. of my 4G router acct no.[protected]. After checking details of bill I found that the company is deducting Rs 45 per 15 days since several months. As the SIM is in router apparatus & is undetachable, it is absurd & irritating . The customer service support is not responding. So Pl. request the company to refund deducted amounts....

Only 1GB net pack got for Rs 148 instead of 2GB on my number. Yesterday it showed me the message that transaction not possible but today only 1GB data transferred. Infact we have an offer 2day that for Rs 148, 6GB net pack 4G is there. Still i got 1GB....

Like the complaints of other users i have the same problem. Idea is deducting my balnce from my idea prepaid number. In a day 60_80 rs. are deducted by idea. Yet i had not purchased any game but customer care officers said that i had purchased so my blance is deducted. Plzzz deactivate this game. I had called many times in customer care bt everytime i heard that my blnce is deducting bcz i purcahsed the game. Plzz hlp me as soon as possible...

I am karthick from Chennai, I am using idea postpaid connections for morethan 2 yrs, ([protected]). For December month I got text msg like you can avail 99pack for added extra local call, when I apply in the IVR, I was getting like this offer is not applicable for you then I stopped trying that offer. But in the billing statement 99rs is added without I avail that offer suddenly I called customer service executive...
