I was using idea postpaid from last 2 years,
yesterday my line got dis connected, and there was outstanding of 450 rs and i paid 5/2/16 and now my outstanding is -200, , ,
Still my connection not activated, when i called customer care they are telling that i have made self request for disconnection of my line on 3rd feb,
that day i never went any idea showroom and i was in my workplace.,
more than that when there was outstanding amount, no network will take request for disconnection,
then how this happened to me.
customer care people said request raised from ideaShowroom and they have no idea about which idea showroom it was,
because of dis connection i lost 4 lakhs of business.
can anyone suggest how i can sue them..
