Dear sir,
I am idea post paid customer. I sent to port request on 13th dec and submit id proof to airtel showroom. Same day i will inform to idea customer care mail id. But, one internet pack activate automatically on 14th dec 12:04 am.

My mnp airtel sim activation process going on now. I sent many mail to idea for 255 amount reversed. I am not using idea internet foo last 4 days.

This month bill amount rs.904/- have charged. But i pay rs. 615. I am not
Pay rs.255/- plus 14% service tax.

Please inform to idea customer care. Please reverse this amount.

Kinldy help me sir

I Think My time Waste Sir, I am not using this Internet offer. May be Idea Will not reversed this amount. So, I close this complaint. I Tell My friends - Please don't Buy Idea sim & change Idea Network... My Experience IDEA Network & Calling Quality & customer Service will 100% Satisfied. But, Rs.255/- Amount Charged Very Bad Experience. Because I Sent Port Request and submit ID Proof for another network, Next 15 Hours Idea Activate This Offer.

    I hav a sim crd number was [protected] it has been atomatic rejected by ur company last 5th dec. I went to idea care they give me new sim crd but it will be not showing network till today.. I m call on 12345, 198, 53505 ans sending mail and compny gave me srn.. But no result day by day i regret from ur services.. I m trusted customer when idea strt my gang chit chat sim.. Since[protected] years.. I want to strt my number and i call mails and submit documnts 4th time... But daily a new team member tell me for problm i tell my story... How many time i do this... Plz i m tired now... Strt my sim crd...

      Hi idea,

      My name is abhudai singh and my contact number is +91-[protected]. Account number is[protected].

      First of all i accept my mistake that i chose idea as my service provider and carried your pathetic level of service from last 8+ years. Now finally i rectified my mistake and chose portability option and changed my service provider from idea to airtel.

      Since my tension got sorted out and i was experiencing a good service from airtel all of sudden on 11th december, 2016 i got email from ebill. [protected]@idea. Adityabirla.com that a bill of rs 1030.63 is generated and last bill date is 25th december, 2016. I contacted your customer care and explained entire story they said since there was bill cycle date on 10th december, 2016 hence my bill got generated.

      Now few major points to be captured:
      1. My idea services stopped on 28th november, 2016 and started using airtel from same day.
      1. At the time of portability idea advised me to pay extra so that portability procedure may not be interrupted. Hence my last bill generated was of rs 769.93 and i paid an amount of rs 815. I paid rs 45 extra just to avoid any problem in portability procedure.
      2. I faced hell lot of issues in idea related to network, call drop, very slow 3g network, extra vas charges, etc etc and i called customer care many times but no one helped me, at last it resulted the loss of long time customer.
      3. I got several calls from idea saying we will help you now onward will fix your network & call droping issue however no one told me that my unwanted bill will also generate.
      4. One of your agent even threatened me saying "ek last baat bata du aap an idea 90 days baad he join karnege". This was his words, i mean is this a retention officer or a cheap worker who pick unwanted things from road.

      Last but not the least since i don't want to spend a nano second in talking to you people is "i am not going to pay since penny for the amount which got generated so its better you people adjust the same in other idea customer bill like you do always"

      Still you people want to waste you time in contacting me and clarifying the things, kindly call me after 05:00 pm ist anyday.

        I want call barring password

        Im using idea sim now saudia arabia but call barring problem how to remove call barring. I am using huwaei p9lite. Pls give me the barring password. I didnt activate call barring. I dont know how its activated. So pls deactivate or pls tell me how to deactivate carr barring. I cant call outgoing and i didnt get incoming calls also. Hope you willresolve the problem so fast. Its urgent...

        I have ported my network service from vodafone to idea.. And yes i was little late to pay my previous bill.. So i received a message from idea that i need to pay it within 10 days.. And for whatever reason they barred my service within 3 days.. I payed my bills and submitted it to the idea gallery, and they send me back to the vodafone store saying the amount doesn't match what they receive by mail.. [what i payed was 905/` and they had it 1105/`] went to the vodafone store and they said that they[idea] shared the old mail with me dated 29th sept. And they should refresh it before send me to the vodafone store.. Anyway i went back to the idea store and submitted the statement what they asked for.. And they gave a verbal commitment that my service will restart within 8 p. M. [14.12.2016]..
        And now its 2:30 p. M. [15.12.2016], haven't got any call from idea.. And definitely my service is blocked till now..
        So here is my complaint against the staffs of this particular store..

From last few days at 12.00pm to 12.30pm the unknown person talks such a way that as a woman my wife have to switched off her hand set. I had also lodged a complaint in the month of august (31/8/2016) against this person when he used to disturb us with a reliance mobile no. I am very grateful to iccf that after their (Iccf & reliance) great activities the problem solved for few months. Now in the 2nd time of the year this particular person starts his vulgar activities.             I submit my bill on 15 dec. at neelkanth enterprise Rohtak. They told me my no. activate with in 10 minutes. But it is still pending. Store office boy give me his no. But not response.Very poor service and this happened two times earlier than this.

              Issue was on your side for wrong plan activation for the month of october 2016. Your management people assured me to make that bill wave off to 0. It was not happened and you people banned my number since middle of the november month. What is the hell going with you people. Why you people are harrasing a customer. Really very frustrated for choosing idea service. How many months you people delay to resolve a problem for the mistake done from your end. How many times i should call you. All four managers and supervisor told me that they are going to solve it in next 24hrs and 48hrs. Even it is 100s of hours you people are not esculating. I dont want to pay a single rupee for all the three months (Oct. Nov &dec). If you people want me to use idea service means you can activate my number now itself otherwise i can migrate to some better servic. You people provided worst service and troubled me a lot.

                An additional charge of 50 is being added to my account since the month of July. I was not notified by any means by the company about these charges or new changes to their billing.

                I noticed this in the month of September, so i contacted them via phone but since i could not get a good response i was asked to email their customer support. My first mail was on Oct 9th but since i was not expecting for the issue to take so long the last acknowledgment reply from the company that i have is dated 25th Oct Reference Id E1-[protected]. Latest Reference Id E1-[protected].

                Since then i was informed over phone that all the additional charges will be waivered at the gallery but at the gallery i was told instead that only one months bill will be considered. Since then i have not paid the full amount of bill hoping they would rectify the issue. But as the company keeps delaying with their response, each month an amount of 50 keeps adding and now my phone has been disconnected with an outstanding bill of 473 of which 200 is additional charges over 5 months

                I have informed them several time that i am willing to pay as per my usage immediately but no solution from the company as of yet. As this number is with all my contacts i am hoping for an early solution. This situation Is also effecting me in availing banking facilities in this period of demonetization.

                The companys service in this case has been pathetic. And i want a quick solution to solve it or permission to port my number to another service provider.

                    I had recharged my mobile for 20 rupees on[protected] and had 2 calls same day 5 minutes later
                    i had 4 calls on same number on[protected]
                    2 of them where miss calls 12.21 and 12.24 pm respectively
                    9 secs on 11.12 and 50 secs on 11.13 pm respectively and i have been charged 14.56 for these calls...i have proof on my mobile and the mobile i called to
                    i contacted on customer care and they say the same
                    if i wont get my money refunded i will go to customer court of india and file case against idea for taking up my balance without using them

                    a representative called me and said they deducted my balance because i made a call on 11.30 for 12 minutes they deducted rs14.56 for it i have prooof from my mobile as well as the number they say i called have stated no such call on 11.30 or no time which lasted for 12 minutes conversation i wanna forward my complaint to consumer court of india

                      I was tried that to know the SMS balance of Vodafone, unfortunately i was pressed SIM-2(Idea) nstead of SIM-2 (Vodafone) it should show the wrong USSD but it directly deducted the amount of multiples of 10/- rupees.Repeatedly we are facing the problem

                      when we were called to customer care they are not responding properly, if i called to Customer care from another Idea No. then they said that server problem continuously they are saying to escape from me.

                      i asked to raise the complaint but those are not responding properly, otherwise not refund the my amount.

                      kindly take the action on telecom. by considering my complaint...

                          Without my permission, Idea is deducting my balance from my prepaid account.I didn't buy any game. I got a message from 53010 that Thank you for purchasing the iappgame.Enjoy and have fun [protected]@iappgame.com.Whenever I got this message, then everytime Rs 3 deducts.I didn't buy any game.I called the idea customer care, they were saying that I had purchased the game but fact is that I didn't buy any game.My no. is [protected]. Idea customer care is saying again and again that I've bought the game.Thay are not providing the solution.They are not refunding my deducted amount.

                            This is with reference to my post paid number [protected]

                            My September month bill has been generated to 4058 Rs, all other calculation are fine to me other than the number of booster pack applied.

                            In best of my mind and details through my mail I applied for not more than 4booster packs
                            3 no. Of 250rs
                            1 no. Of 100rs.
                            My bill shows 9 boosters amount to 1800 rs.
                            I wanted all the details on activation of booster packs date and time wise and sent a request mail also. But despite of asking again and again, nobody has provided me exact information about the booster pack activation (Service request SMS or Call details for activation).

                            And subsequently without any prior intimation, my incoming calls, outgoing calls and SMS service were suspended. As I was maintaining only one number and having no contact troubled me a lot.

                            Now, your call center executives ([protected]) are calling and threatening my friends and relatives. Instead of sending any written communication, they are calling all the contacts from the contact list and portraying a bad image (personal attack - questioning my character)

                            From the above situation, it seems that Idea Cellular company wants to harass me are not willing to resolve the issues raised.

                              What is Data Pack ProRation charges?? I have been charged Rs 525 for it.I dont understand why is this proration done? Please help me to clear this matter n waive off this pro ration charges. Or else please let me know the procedure for porting the number.
                              Never heard of anything like this. This is straightforward cheating and i think better to switch to some other connection.
                              I have contacted customer care and they say these are legitimate charges.
                              Is this something for plan change, even if it is so they should have informed at the time of plan change.

                                I'm using idea sim card [protected] which was put aside for some days. Later i came to know that the sim card was blocked and was assigned to another fellow. I was not informed about this and i needed that mobile number which belong to me earlier. I complained it to idea service center but no response was received from them. Also i linked up my email id to that simcard but i received no warnings from idea customer service. I want that mobile number at any cost.

                                    I have Ported out of Idea to AIRTEL since your internet was not working for more than a week. When I ported our data I used was less than 200 MB, but when I received my final bill it was on pro rata for 15 days and you said we have charged you for 500 MB data use on 15 days. my question is 1) If a customer is porting out due to no internet, how can you charge him for use of data?
                                    2) First you send me bill of Rs 330 and later you send me bill of Rs 33946.94. is this what you offer to customers.

                                    I wont pay my bill until you charge me only for 200 MB data.

                                      I submitted request to change idea postpaid to prepaid my postpaid sim got de-activated after almost 8 days without a massage "very good"
                                      now it's 2 days my new sim is not activated. it's my primary number non my online transactions happlying. customer care lied sim will get activated till 12 pm . not yet activated. they saying visit idea store so I have to take two leaves 1 for applying another for followup..
                                      from last 4 months I am experiencing worst customer service from IDEA
                                      1st to change my plan to corporate (never happened i bought new sim of voda)
                                      2nd about 4g & 3g network in pune is worst.(I closed my data pack & saved money)
                                      3rd postpaid to prepaid transfer.
                                      I am quitting idea & I have made sure no use it my family too.
