I recharged my idea number [protected] for rs. 63 through my sbi internet banking on 07th dec 2016 at around 12:00 pm. I used idea cellular official website for recharge it took me properly till i paid the money through netbanking then it stopped with session expired message. Now i neither got my number recharged nor received the money back in my account.

    I have port my number [protected] Vodafone to Idea on 25th November and Idea send me a bill of amount 807.54 rs on next day on 26th Nov.

    i have use only one day idea cellular services and they send me 807 rs bill amount why should i pay bill to idea .

    i have regular try to complaint to idea by phone to customer care but not get any solution from them.

    i was give port request to Idea office ( Sri Ganesh Teleservices)and port request send receive Idea sim from Idea outlet employee Miss Reet ([protected])

    No one inform( Customer care and Idea Outlet Employee) for bill will generate as your sim activate or billing cycle start .

      Hello Team,

      I would said again this is totally pathetic service by Idea, after change the Bill plan (149) and converted market move.

      My outgoing has been stopped due to physical verification which is not happened and no one called me. I don’t know what I can say to idea customer care.

      I tried to reach Shashikant (Tech M Idea executive[protected] but he is not receiving he phone.

      I have lot of important call but due but due to your bad service I am facing so many issue, if you know the valuation of the important call and customer you will start the immediate my service.

      I know which forum I need to approach and what I need to do, but I am waiting for your favorable response and start the outgoing service.

      Hope you will understand the concern and react accordingly.

        My mobile no. is [protected].Today I check my latest bill and in bill I found you claim unwanted charges of VAS.
        1 I not send any premium sms as per your detail.
        2 from your end activate subscription services without my any request.and I never use this services.
        3 WAP download, I not download any paid app in my phone and not use also.

        Kindly recheck same, coz I am not agree and understand your these charges.

        I use Idea since Feb 2016 1st time I not agree or understand your claims of these charges, kindly resolve this either I not able to continue with your services.

              I had shift my prepaid connection to postpaid, time when i had change they are giving additional benifits that customer willl get 1gb of data aditional to 1 gb data which is given to pospaid customer means what am get to be is 1 + 1 gb of data., for that to avail extra 1gb benefit i have to call 121200 within 15 days that i had called but company now refused to give me additional benefits, on basis that you are not aligibel to that affer which is very annoying many of time i had call but not get satisfactory anwer my mobile no is.                 I have my mobile balance was deducted form twice first on 30th november, 2016 and second 5 th december, 2016.
                These amount was wrongly deducted form my balance.
                I talk with company's complaint cell but they deny to refund the amouunt.
                I have not used the said service so I want to refund my balance.
                These is just simply case of cheating.
                As I told the companys teller caller they said me that during your use of internet you gave us confirmation and we start these package. and also autorenew the package and company deduct my balance. as second time when I got message of balance deduction I immeiately contact the company but they give me reason that system is updated but assure me to refund. But after that they could not give me refund.

                  Dear all,

                  Kindly donot take idea post paid connection. I am a consumer of idea post paid for last one year and recently i tried to convert it to prepaid. Inspite of paying the amounts at the idea service centres my connection is not getting converted. 3 times i had to submit my request at different different centres. Simply they are saying we have done our job if it is noit happening then you call customer care. I raised a complain in the customer care as well but of no use. They are taking 5 days to respond to your complain and on the last day before one hour of expiry of the ticket they simply called and told to give another request. Aready one month has been passed and again i received a bill. I cleared all te bill and put through a new request and awaiting for conversion.

                  Never ever go with any postpaid connection. They are just looting us and when you need help they will not. For converting prepaid to postpaid they will come and talk nicely and help you to convert.

                    Idea cellular — money debited five times from my account

                    I paid my idea postpaid bill of amount 228.86/- on 7 th november 2016 using internet banking online. After the payment i received a message saying payment successful.in the "payment history" section on the idea website, this transaction was updated with transaction id:

                    Again on 7 th november 2016, i received four message saying rs.228.86/- was debited from my bank account.

                        I kanwarjit singh mobile number [protected]. Has been fed up of complaining against idea. This time again i recieved a bill ammount of 322 inr and when i called at 198. They said that bill is against plan of rs 199.00. And they also gave me waiver of rs 50.00. Which i claimed. This time they gone to far and every time i had to pay extra ammounts.                           I port out my cell phone no. From idea to Voda because since last three they Charing more so I registered a complaint in idea customer care and port out my number today they sent me bill and charged 2500₹ as feature charge.Actually idea executive called me and asked to change plan from 550 to 999but he did not tell that i will get free minutes inner call, after 15 days when i saw my unbilled amount i was shock that it was 1050, then i called idea customer care and asked to register a complain against that executive and i requested for port, after 4 hours i got a call from idea that they will look this matter after bill generation but today i got a bill of 4500₹, i requested to people please don't use idea as they always cheated with customers.Please look this matter seriously against idea

                              Sir, i a m vishal sharma, mob no [protected], ..sir 3-4 month ago i hd port my bsnl mob no to idea postpaid connection when i hd got a call from sai idea care karnal.they told me about 499 pack. in this pack they told me free 800 min local and std call 2gb 3g data and unlimited 2g data, roaming free, ..but they aasign wrong scheme(350rs) on my mob no.due to this my monthely bill come 2500 rs. i hv complaint many time but they dont give me any responce . when i did not pay this money then i got a call from idea legal department mob no [protected]. i told him about why i had not pay my bill.he told me .he will discount 575 rs from 2550 rs .and told me to pay 1978. i hd pay 1978 rs on[protected] with transection id HHMP[protected] AT 12:57 PM. but legal dapartment dont clear my remaining bill. so please take a suitable action.

                                    I pursued my idea website on laptop and raised 3 request to correct my email address which was filled in wrong by customer care executive, to activate DND and to change my postpaid plan. And it stated me that its processing but i didnt recieved any confirmation message for my request. In 1 month I checked thrice but it was stated that request was still processing. Finally I called customer care and the executive told me there was no request raised from my end, I demanded to speak to the senior and then my call was answered by his senior executive and he told that there is no request for my number and if I had to get my plan changed then I should have called customer helpline rather trying online, so for that I just wanted to know why the Idea company is publicising their online site to the customers to make any changes, so I asked that executive to pass the call to his senior and his senior answered the call and said there was only one request raised from my end which was for DND. Then after few minutes of my explaination he came up with the second request for email update and said that due to there fault it was cancelled without changing the email address for which he apologised and said there were only 2 requests on my number where as simoultaneously the other two executives misguided me with the false information earlier and exploited my rights. Afterwards the last executive said he will raise a complaint and I agreed for that. After two days I call again to check the status of the complaint and the executive whom I spoke to informed that there is no complaint on my number.
                                    The customer care has mishandled the issue and has violated their customer-executive relation policy by exploiting with false information and misguiding the customer about their services and there was a complete irresponsible behaviour.
