I have recharged my idea phone no. more that 4 times in the past 2 weeks but I am not able to call as the balance is showing 0.0Rs Where has all my balance gone?? Recently got a message saying that my sim would be deactivated for 90 days because I haven't made any call from past 3 weeks. Please refund the money or at least provide me with recharge....

I had shift my prepaid connection to postpaid, time when i had change they are giving additional benifits that customer willl get 1gb of data aditional to 1 gb data which is given to pospaid customer means what am get to be is 1 + 1 gb of data., for that to avail extra 1gb benefit i have to call 121200 within 15 days that i had called but company now refused to give me additional benefits, on basis that you are not aligibel to that affer...

I have my mobile balance was deducted form twice first on 30th november, 2016 and second 5 th december, 2016.
These amount was wrongly deducted form my balance.
I talk with company's complaint cell but they deny to refund the amouunt.
I have not used the said service so I want to refund my balance.

After soo many visits to your idea stores, so many conversation with your executives on phone calls, so many putting mails on customercare id. And again i got a same bill nothing change appear on my bill name. Still i got a bill on my company's name. And you close this complain... Why???

I wish to change from post paid to prepaid. I walked into ESTEEM COMMUNICATION (Idea outlet) which is located in Mudalpalya, Bangalore.
