I received below message from idea on the morning of 1/1/2017:

1) magic rc.64 : get 250mb to 1gb:15 days 2) rs.19 : 125mb : 28 days 3) rs.98 : 1gb : 28 days 4) rs.135 : 1gb + 1gb night : 28 days.

I checked the offer on *121# also and rs. 19 offer giving 125mb for 28 days was displayed here too.

But when i recharged my number with rs. 19, i received 100 mb data only for 2 days. I already had 700mb data before recharge which was getting expired on 2nd jan, 2017. So after rs. 19 recharge, i had 800mb balance but expiring on 2nd jan, 2017.
I called idea customer care for this and they denied saying that there was no such offer available. They also transferred my call to a senior officer who rejected my request saying the same thing that there is no such offer available. I also offered to show the message received from idea. But they did not listen to anything and kept on babbling same things again and again.
Kindly help me avail the above mentioned offer as all of my data will expire by today night. And i would expect idea to provide my 800mb data with 28 days validity.

    My self and wife had taken idea post paid numbers we moved to a new place and asked idea for porting those two numbers. Idea deliberately did not ported those two numbers and we had to pay excessive bills. I had to forcefully use those numbers in roaming at high cost despite submitting all documents and generating UPC and submitting bills. Even when i discontinued using those numbers my bill kept on generating without any usage which i had informed to customer care . So i have decided i will never use idea services in my life again and would recommend same to all of you.

      Idea is deducting my balance without permission. i had rs. 42 in my account. Total around 35 rs. have been deducted so far within an hour. Now i don't have enough balance in my account so
      message is popping that sorry you don't have enough balance. A message popped at 6:48 pm citing message cost 1.50 rs. later on one game opened and one message popped up citing thankyou for purchasing Prop for Dot Arena from [protected]@iappgame.com. eventhough i haven't used. later 6 more message popped citing the message cost rs. 1.50 each time and message was sent on [protected] and every time message came from 58010. i am fed up with this. i had activated DND earlier but i don't know when and how it is resumed. i used to get several phone calls and messages. i have complaint to customer care too but he told me that i had requested to purchase the game and message was sent on STD no to purchase the game but i haven't done that even i don't know whom i had requested for purchase i was watching movie ideally. I don't know what to do now. So please provide me with a proper solutin at earliest and refund my money.

      Idea Cellular dwara ki ja rahi unecessary deduction se mai bhi pareshan hu. Idea Cellular dwara apne aap kabhi Jokes bheja jata hai kabhi animation link bhej kar Rs. 3.00 Jokes ke aur animation link ke Rs. 8.00 main balance se deduct kar liye jate hai. Idea Cellular me koi bhi sunne wala nhi hai, sirf customer ke balance me dakaiti dali jati hai.

        with reference to the subject stated above, I have the honour to state that I am a subscriber of IDEA prepaid SIM car. My number is [protected]. on 1st Jan 2017, my balance was 36 but at 8 am I checked my balance and found it to be 0 rupee. Neither have I not used any vas service nor have used any internet. I called customer service representative but they didn't help me. They told me that I have been charged for some internet surfing which I have not used.
        therefore I request you to take notice of this issue. I am very much annoyed with such balance deduction.kindly do the needful OTHERWISE I WILL NOT STAY WITH IDEA SUCH A BOGUS ONE.

        From last week there has been no connection from the idea network due to Which I am not able to either make/receive calls or send/receive messages even the messages from the company I am not receiving from last week. I has purchased the idea prepaid connection a month ago.

          Without my permission, Idea is deducting my balance from my prepaid account.I didn't buy any game.Right now, I'm using feature phone and it has only one game which is full and not on the trial basis.I got a message from 58010 that Thank you for purchasing the iappgame.Enjoy and have fun [protected]@iappgame.com.Whenever I got this message, then everytime Rs 10 deducts.I didn't buy any game.I called the idea customer care, they were saying that I had purchased the game but fact is that I didn't buy any game.My no. is [protected] .Idea customer care is saying again and again that I've bought the game.They are not providing the solution.They are not refunding my deducted amount. and this is happening with me repeatedly. kindly refund the amount and block this app immediately. and it should not happen again otherwise I will lodge the complain in higher Authorities.

            Another message comes to me like " Rs. 10.00 towards Fortumo Payment app on[protected]:34 PM. TXN id : 98478520. Please contact [protected]@iappgame.com for any queries along with your TXN id. "

              I am having prepaid connection with no [protected]. When i want to shift to other operator your people have offered me 1paise for 2 seconds pulse. Now they have withdrawn. Please let me know whether the offer offered for me will continue or not. If not i have to rethink about portability. From the day of tariff change i am unable to use the sim for my business calls.                 I have been using Idea Cellular No. [protected] as post paid connection. under some iplan from Idea. At the time of giving connection Idea person told me i can change my iplan packs anytime as per my usage. but he or any other idea person never told me that changing in packs will cost me amount as regular charges of idea for previous usage. when i received bill for that month i was shock as it was more than 2000 Rs. which was not even used by me . I asked about it to idea customer care they told me i am charged as something called prorated or i dont know what they call it . They wanted to tell me that i cant change packs in between of billing cycles. than whats the use of iplan, now my billing amount is 3750 Rs. Now they are calling on the name of police to my relatives and me and telling me that i have been booked under IPC 405 and 420 Aditya birla Group. Surprise when I called back the same number for asking which police station the person didnt replied satisfactory answer and it was charged me Rs. 5/- Per minut. I tried to contact Idea for this matter to solve out but they just reply i have to pay amount as billed, As per my usage My bill should not be more than 400/500Rs. Why should I pay for what I have not used, Why they Are cheating with people like this, And why nobody is doing anything for this,

                Further we wish to inform you that Number was being used since 31/12/2015. And belling has been charged as per the opted plan.

                There is no error in billing and charges are correct basis usage done.

                Looking at your request, we urged you to please make the payment of 50% of outstanding amount and for remaining 50% amount you are requested to provide the postdated cheque. It is the best possible resolution of your request.

                  Hi, i have a idea netsetter (No xxxxxxxxx) which i have been using for last 6-8 months. I have subscribe to the plan which gives 5gb per month rs 800 or so. I was over charged for rs 1200 for the month of august and had register my complaint with idea customer care the minute i got the bill. Since i had kept consistent with the plan and my usage was limited to around 2-3 gb per month i was surprise to find a bill of rs 2000 on my name. After discussing with the customer care and finding that they cannot do anything about it i have sent repeated grevience mail to idea email id ([protected]@idea. Adityabirla.com) on 18th september 2014 which i got from their cc. All the time i only got their email response asking me for my details without resolving my issue. This mails were sent to the idea till 29th september 2014. On 29th i had a telephonic conversation and had assure him that i will only pay for only the data that i have used that is rs 850 for which the request was still under consideration. Even as this mail chain was going on my internet was barred and i was not able to used my internet. And i left the matter to that. As i was still in contact with idea cc for the reduction of the extra charges. I again got the bill of rs 3565 even when the internet was blocked by them for non payment of the charges. On futher enquiry i was told that the new charges are because incoming were not blocked by idea on the device and the month charge would continue even after the internet was blocked (I failed to undurstand the concept of incoming in a internet device). Still i assure him that i will only pay for what i have used if they dropped the extra charges. The agent at the other end was unable to do so. And told me that i have to pay the whole charge and they cant give me in writing or whtsoever. Today i got the msg from idea to attend concilation at pune court. Please advice and take up the matter with relevent authorities. Regards, darshit.

                      My mobile number '[protected]' and account number with vodafone was '[protected]', against which the payment has been done. payment receipt has been sent to 'welcomesupport.[protected]@idea.adityabirla.com' three days back.
                      My same ported number with Idea has been barred for out going calls and data services since last three days. I have informed at idea customer care 10 times, but no action has been taken as yet.
                      Idea customer care executive is neither connecting to senior nor registering complaint.
                      If they do not activate the services by today. I will port out my number from Idea.

                        I have lost my sim ([protected])on 24DEC2016 and the same day applied for duplicate sim.While giving the sim card at Madhu telecom services, KR Puram, Bangalore-560049, those people were said "It will activate in 4 hrs", But still its not activated yet.Daily I am contacting that Idea show room guys but they are saying different reasons like 'it will active in 24 hrs, it will activate in 2 hrs'but its not activated yet and then finally are saying its in booked state.I am asking the details about booked state but they are not given me any proper explanation and they are said like you will get verification call to reference number which i have given at the time of taking duplicate sim, I gave ref.number as [protected] but wont have get verification call as well.Its already 4 days still my sim has not activated.Can you please understand the importance of activation of that SIM card([protected]) and resolve my issue quikly.

                          This is bring to your kind notice that a customer care executive Ms. Bhavik Shah Purohit of IDEA has committed to give Rs.300/- discount on 28.11.2016 in my last bill dated 25.11.2016 and told me that the same will be reflected in my bill next bill dated 25.12.2016. But the same has not being done and still I did not get any one time discount on my current outstanding bill as committed.

                              I'd discussed with Idea Customer Service Officer thru telephone & asked how to convert My postpaid connection to prepaid?
                              (Conversation between CSO & Myself over Phone)
                              CSO Asked: Why do you want to convert the no to prepaid?
                              I Replied: I'm gonna to shifted myself to Odisha due to changing my company or quit from current job.
                              CSO Replied: Visit to nearest Idea Serv. Centre & asked them regards conversation. They can initiate the conversion process.
                              On the same day Evening: I'd visited to the nearest Idea Cus. service Centre (Adds: Nr. Ambika Mandir, Pen, Raigad-402107) & asked them about the conversion process from Postpaid to Prepaid.
                              (Conversation between CSO-Idea Serv Centre-Pen & Myself at Idea Cus. Serv. Centre- Pen)
                              I: Presenting my issues
                              CSO: Denied & show-ups their lack of interest & replied She can't help in this matter before 21.12.16.
                              I asked: Why I've to wait until next bill period whether I've paid last month’s Outstanding & there is a security deposit in my account too.
                              CSO Reaction: With lack of interest deny my all request.
                              Afterwards I'd contacted to CSO thru phone & presenting the situation. After several conversion I'd handover the phone to Idea-Pen Branch CSO & as per the telecom & discussion I'd submitted the copy of my Adhar Card & 1 Passport Size photographs. Both CSO assured me that conversion process has been noted & carried out by them, I only have to wait up to next bill date.
                              In the meantime a weak before I'd called to Idea Help line no & asked about the progress of my Complaint or issues. CSO again assured me that it’s under progress.
                              On Today 27.12.16:
                              I’ve paid last month Outstanding & current unbilled amount. My rental plan Idea-1599 is still activated in the system. Afterwards I’ve called to Idea CFO (Time 15:08) and asked about progress.
                              CSO Replied: Your service is still active & fulfilled only after self-present at Maharastra Circle Idea Cus. Serv. Centre.
                              I replied: On 28.11.16 I’d visited to the idea Cus. Serv. Centre (Pen-Raigad) & did all documentary activities. Even a weak before I’ve discussed about progress where your Idea CSO assured me that it’s already finished only I’ve to pay the outstanding bill of ongoing month. And today itself I’ve paid all outstanding bills too.
                              CSO Replied: Sorry Sir… I can’t help you… you have to visit Maharastra Circle Idea Centre.
                              Really it’s very painful for me that by intension they are harassed to customer.
                              I request to Consumer Court: Kindly look after my issues & kindly help me to resolve this issues as I’m unable to visit Maharastra by this time. Idea repeatedly cheated as well as deny my request either conversation or deactivation of customer service.

                              On today at 3:25 PM Idea Care executive call me. I explained everything what are faced by me since 28.11.2016. Again he has proposed me to visit again to the same Idea Customer Service Centre (Pen) but I've denied his proposal. Finally after several discussion he has suggested me to pay current un-billed outstanding amount & accordingly he has forwarded my request of conversion of postpaid to prepaid to his senior executives. Right now I've paid more than my current outstanding amount to avoid any further issues.

                                  I am Sahil Sharma and I've been an Idea postpaid ([protected]) user for many years now and I have never faced any issues with services, until now. I have been getting calls and SMS regarding a new postpaid plan, which will give me more free calls and unlimited 2G data post 1GB 3G data. So I agreed and shifted from RJSuperb250 plan to RJ375unlmtd3G plan on 21st November 2016 (first day of my billing cycle). I was told at the time of activation that no extra charges will be applied for the change of plan, as this is the first day of billing cycle and it will be activated right away.

                                  However, when I received the invoice recently (21nov-20dec), I found Rs.167.81/- (Rs.144.18 + 15% tax) applied as data Usage charge, which doesn't make any sense to me because current plan has unlimited data and the old plan had 1GB of 2G data, so in either case I cannot have exceeded the data usage limit. Therefore, the usage charges applied are illegitimate.

                                  I contacted 198 customer care last friday, where the Junior executive transfered my call to his "Senior" Gaurav. Firstly, he was very rude, that's no way to talk to a customer! Secondly, he was unable or didn't want to understand the issue. He just kept repeating that these charges are correct.

                                  After years of staying loyal to Idea Cellular, for the first time I am feeling cheated. And I am writing to you as the last resort. Therefore, I request you to kindly help get a waiver of this amount from my invoice.

                                    Idea has uncharged 149 international charges and is not accepting the fact that i have called customer care on 21st nov to stop this service. Along with that they have charged 300rs amount within a second on data charges.

                                    As an international roaming customer who is paying 300 rs every month just to keep the number on and also keeps security deposit this is unaccepted behavior from a telecom company.

                                      I strongly send mail that i will file compliant case on idea for facing very big problem as very ridiculous & irritating reply by idea, but not got proper reply.

                                      Few days before i got notice from consumer court requesting to steeling matter externally, i idea executive also request to steel mater

                                      And request to pay bill 1500 rupees,

                                      I told hole story then request to pay 800 rupees, then i told i will need clearance certificate, they agree for that i made payment at vedika communication amalner. Proof attached

                                      I told vedika communication person, they are not replying to his phone also,

                                        Sir my no.[protected] mnp from tamilnadu to assam.1st dec 16televerification ok and sim active. On 23 dec16 evening outgoing/incoming block. Whenever i try to any number call goes to televerification help desk lastly. Numerious time i tried but result nil, always going to televerification lastly not customer care. I complain no.-1_[protected] dt 25dec and1_[protected] dt 27 dec. I contacted idea office, panbazar guwahati but no result till now.
