I had a phone no. [protected] of idea cellular which i lost it while moving to a chennai . Then paid all their bills by online transaction . Then I blocked that number. after which i asked their nearby customer care services to close the account so they say they don't have the authorization so i complaint regarding closing my number to their [protected]@idea.adityabirla.com but no steps were taken. Now they send me a bill of which i haven't used a single amount of data. They billed me Rs 554.39 .

If this proceeds further there will be a lot of amount of which i would haven't used a single bit of data as they are not closing the ph no.[protected].

Hi,
As I am in chennai there were no
Network at all because of Vardah and net connections were down for days. As I have received a call from your side but the thing is that till now you haven't solved the whole problem viz. I haven't used a single bit of data after the cycle i.e. on 26 Oct' 16 .
So now tell me how you can say that I have used anything and make me pay for that. Till 27 Oct 16 I blocked that no. And didn't have that Sim before the starting of the cycle and blocked it before that cycle so no one can use it.
So tell me why should I pay the money because I mailed your company many times to close my account. After closing my account you tell me that you have solved the problem which is not the whole problem .
The money you have charged me for the month in which I haven't used a single bit of data is also the problem.
How can you charge someone who doesn't have the Idea SIM for the whole month and is been blocked?

Even though I was calling for closing my account.

    Sir my name is sandeep yadav I have balance on 10/12/2016at 1.30 pm in my idea sim [protected] is 3 rupess & than I have recharged my idea sim by 50 rupees & than I have got balance 40 rupees n at that time my balnce should be 43 rupees but when I checked my balance than I got 39 rupees rupees 4 had deducted. Than I called to customer care of idea than they said u had done a call on a no.[protected] which is attached another sim of mine which is on the same mobile in which idea sim has atached than I said how can I call in same mobile which contain two sim frm one to another than I requested to talk a senior person than they cut the phone plz bring back my 4 rs

      My connection is barred from outgoing and incoming. Bill charges high due to addition of bill of another number which is not in use now. Late payment charges, rental charges were added when services were inactive during barring. Now there is no network on my idea post paid sim. My number is everywhere, i am not able to pay online anything. Since OTP will come on my number [protected] during any transaction from bank. I am unable to pay my life insurance policy, idea bill through net-banking.

            I use prepaid 3g netsetter for some emergency usage in case of my airtel 4g LTE is down or electricity off(router is off). I recharge idea 3g every week normally 200-300 mb but hardly use it unless problem is there. Normally it has 5 days validity. So I try to use it on last valid day. But now a days I am finding I hardly connect and it gets off within few minutes. When I see data usage it is just 18 mb (today). Last weel also some 1gb data thay said used by me within 1 hour which I was not agreed but did not have data usage figure. So Today I made sure I check it.

            Then I called customer care! What a mess it is? All of them are asking me to call on no that exactly I dialled [protected]. They asked to choose prepaid option on menu, that nowhere clearly mentioned on 1-9 menu option. Then they say you call from Idea no. I said I do not have idea no, I use 3g netsetter (Dongle). Customer executive advised me to borrow friend's idea no. What a suggestion! I gave her a piece of mind! She said she will try to connect to prepaid deptt. Came back saying all are on calls.She asked me to again call on no and choose prepaid menu. I again dialed same no. Again no prepaid option. Customer executive again told me to call on [protected]. I said I called on this no only. She said what no(Operator) you have. I asked what it is to do with my complaint? Anyway I told her it is airtel. Another googly-Prepaid or postpaid? Postpaid. She told then it will always come to postpaid dept. What Calling from Airtel postpaid has to do with customer care of Idea? Idea has no Idea!. She tried to connect to prepaid deptt. Same answer. Asked me to call again. What is happening? Is it a customer care OR Customer Harassment department! God save us from these Robbers(Telecom cos - all are same!)

                or regulation idea company have apply for Increased Rental_25 how can u change my plan without my sign, Share your terms and condition rules for POST PLAN of that time when i took a your plan.

                And Company apply Subscription Service charge of rs. 175i didn't apply for any services activation so i will not pay 175 extra money for that (clip cart service ) even i don't know features of this services then how can i apply for this services activation

                  I'm Prakhar Rohatgi. I had taken a postpaid connection from Idea Cellular (No. [protected]) in June'16 (UP-WEST circle). Issues related to network problem and services had been raised to Idea Cellular. Instead of solving issues the idea customer care told me that it was my fault. So, I requested them to disconnect my number. They didn't disconnect it and they kept sending me bills for the same. Now, idea cellular guys harassing me by saying that either you have to pay the bill (inflated bill) or a legal case will be filed against you. Moreover, they are threatening me that we'll come to your address and create a mess if you refuses to pay the bill.

                  On 8/12/2016 I got a mail from legal department of Idea cellular, regarding a case on me for not paying mobile phone bill. However, Idea was unable to resolve my complaint registered on 27/07/2016 the reason for not paying the bill. I'm pasting the content of the mail below. Please look in to that.                   Subject: - Outstanding amount due and payable by you to Idea Cellular Limited under A/c No.[protected] and Mobile Number[protected].
                  Our Client: - Idea Cellular Limited, A-68, Sector 64, Noida – 201301
                  Sir / Madam,

                  Under instructions from and on behalf of our client above named, we address you as under: -

                  That our client have provided the data/internet/voice services at your (“Service”) request after receiving your duly completed customer application form (“CAF”).

                  As per the terms contained in the CAF, you are liable to pay the various dues, charges as are applicable for availing, retaining and using the said Service. As per the terms in the CAF, read with the monthly statements issued by our clients for said Service, our clients have regularly billed you. Despite our clients repeated requests and reminders from time to time, you have intentionally delayed and defaulted in making the payments.
                  By agreeing and accepting the terms and conditions of Service as well as of the CAF, you, inter alia, agreed to pay to our clients such dues and charges as detailed in the monthly statement/s of our clients. Further, you continue to remain liable for the late payments and such other charges as have been specified in the monthly statements issued by our client for the amount of such charges and fees not paid in time, up to the date of their payments. We state that a sum of Rs. 1474/- is due and recoverable from you as on date.
                  We further state that, you have, despite regular requests and reminders of our clients failed and neglected to comply with the demands of our clients and clear the said dues as required. In fact, not only you have failed to make payments of the dues (charges and fees) but also the reminders of our clients have elicited no response from you. Our client therefore states that in the circumstances stated herein before, you have become liable to forthwith pay to our clients an aggregate sum of Rs. 1474/- along with the interest and charges that accrues till final payment, under the said agreement.
                  Though our client would have been justified in taking criminal proceedings against you directly, in the interest of justice and to give you a fair opportunity, we hereby finally call upon you to carry out and comply with the requisition contained in this notice within 2 days of the date of this notice, failing which our client will have no alternative but to institute appropriate legal proceedings (civil and criminal) for the offences of cheating, fraud, misappropriation of funds, criminal breach of trust and conspiracy for recovery and strict punishment thereof entirely at your risk as to costs and consequences which please note.

                  This notice is sent to you without prejudice to my client’s other rights, claims, actions, interests and contentions or any action or police complaint already initiated or likely to be initiated against you under the aforesaid agreement.

                  Our Clients also call upon you to pay a sum of amount 1000/- being the legal cost incurred by our clients towards this notice.

                    I have a issue regarding executive misbehave of idea.
                    i was called on 06-december-2016 {[protected] } Attend me. I asked him about my contact portability.
                    i told him there is issue in my portability. then he abused me and said I will not port your contact number into idea . and he disconnected my call .
                    this kind of behaviour is intolerable. i am waiting only 1 week for your call after that i will fight Legaley and file the case on idea for customer financialy and mentaley harassment. finaly i will cancel port my no. my porting code is RD619876
                    i have 3 more idea no. in my home i will port all the no.and try to convence every customer of idea that portout your no from idea.

                      Sir, on 19-07-16 two online payments were made whose transaction id were GU[protected] OF Rs 600 & GU[protected] of Rs 330 respectivelywere made from my sangeeta saini's ac.These amont were never adjusted in the bills.on 07-11-16 online payment of Rs 197 is made whose trnsaction id is POS HU[protected] Idea mumbai is made from my mothers gulshan kumari's account these payments were made for, my brother ajay saini mob no [protected].I have sent snap shots indicating these transactions as asked by them

                        This is in regard of the problems we have been facing with your customer service since 2 months now, No one is ready to register our complaints too, I need to switch my postpaid connection to prepaid and have been to 4 of Your centers here in indore, No one was willing to help and when i asked them to give me this in writing that they wont service my complaint all i got was rude replies, it has been more than 8 months since i took connection from Idea, and thus i come well under category of porting my connection to Prepaid, Since 2 Months now i have stopped my Bill Payments and have stopped using your service too, And have been receiving 3-4 calls daily from you guys ever since for payments but none of them are helping to resolve my complaint i am telling them since beginning to resolve my issue and i am willing to pay all my bill, but it has been 2 months now and i am not gonna pay the bill for the pathetic service i got from you people, .

                          Dear Sir/ Madam, I have a Idea number [protected] which i ported from Reliance to Idea cellular. I am a senior citizen and a Ex-Indian Air force Pilot who has always paid his bills on time and never defaulted. My mobile bill has never exceeded 350 rupees even in roaming. However I received a bill from Idea for 17-Aug[protected]Sep-2016 the amount for which was rupees 2553.05. I am mentioning three entries which are fake and bogus charges made by Idea Cellular.

                          1. 16-Aug-16 Idea J&K 16:11:33 055365 Out 98:46 Rupees 891.00
                          2. 16-Aug-16 Idea J&K 16:11:50 055365 Out 98:28 Rupees 891.00
                          86. 11-Sep-16 Idea J&K 16:51:36 055181 Out 11:59 Rupees 108.00

                          As you can see the total for these charges is Rupees 1890.00. The first two entries make no sense how can I make a One hour Thirty Eight minute call in 17 seconds!!!. I complained to Idea Cellular regarding these charges. My complaint no CI[protected], this complaint was closed by Idea Cellular without getting in touch with me. Now they have closed my number and me and my relatives are being harassed by Idea's collection agency. I hope Idea Cellular has the decency to resolve this matter as soon as possible. I hope I as a Senior Citizen get justice and respite from unknown collection people harassing me and my relatives.

                          Some one from Idea Cellular did call. But she was not able to resolve the issue. Talking to a customer service representative is a waste time because they cant do anything. The representative told me that her senior will call back, however no senior person from Idea cellular has called.

                          Please do not waste my time and play such time wasting games. I need a resolution to my billing issue. I will be filing formal complaint with the consumer forum. You know looking at the charges that they are bogus and fake.

                          Resolve this issue ASAP.

                            This is to bring your attention towards unresponsive attitude from your customer care (Akshay). He was extremely rude as well as impatient. Please take my feedback for him.

                            First of all I believe my biggest mistake of my life is to PORT my mobile number from Vodafone to Idea because right from Day 1 I am facing "N" number of problems from your team which is totally not helpful and unfriendly. Till the time I was with Vodafone I hardly connected with Customer care but since the day I came to your circle in a day or 2 I have to contact your UNFRIENDLY, UNPROFESSIONAL & IMPATIENT Contact center people.

                            Issue : My major concern to write or escalate to Appellate is to bring your attention towards wrong billing charges in my current bill of Rs.75 of Value Added Services where I have never attempted or asked for any kind of services other than Voice + Data. For the same concern I contacted your customer care and spoke to Akshay who was totally unhelpful and when I asked for his manager he hung up on me.

                            Still I have cleared all my outstanding just in a hope of getting a correct REFUND including TAXES charged on my current bill. Please find attached for my clarification.

                            I wish I will get a positive response from your end.

                              I was tried that to know the SMS balance of Vodafone, unfortunately i was pressed SIM-2(Idea) nstead of SIM-2 (Vodafone) it should show the wrong USSD but it directly deducted the amount of multiples of 10/- rupees.Repeatedly we are facing the problem

                              when we were called to customer care they are not responding properly, if i called to Customer care from another Idea No. then they said that server problem continuously they are saying to escape from me.

                              i asked to raise the complaint but those are not responding properly, otherwise not refund the my amount.

                                  After soo many visits to your idea stores, so many conversation with your executives on phone calls, so many putting mails on customercare id. And again i got a same bill nothing change appear on my bill name. Still i got a bill on my company's name. And you close this complain... Why???

                                  I am facing this issue for last two month but still nothing happen. Yesterday i have called to your customer care. And i want speak with your team leader mr. Prakash surti (Because he knows my problem) but mr. Surti not having time to speak with custom. He said that i didn’t have not time to talk with all the customers. After i yeeling to customer care executive and finally mr. Surti spare his valuable time to his invaluable customer. And he told that i have already escalate this issue. But they didnt change (Before mr. Surti was confirmed that i have change your bill name and now he is saying that other department not change yet).

                                  In your company no one would take responsibility to solve any of the problem which facing customer.

                                  "ideastore pe jao to wo bolte he ki customercare pe baat karo hum nahi kar sakte, customercare wale bolte he ki complain department me mail karo, aur mail ka to kuch revert milta hi nahi he"

                                  If i want to rate to yout customer care service then i would give (0/10) "if my friend circle or family wants to port or purchase idea then i will share worst service which i facing now.

                                  One thing i didn’t understand that when i called or mail you on customer care department he didn’t respond. And when i post a complain on this site i get a quick revert why???                                     On 7 th Dec 2016, 75 rs /- (Rupees seventy five ) has been deducted from my main account balance by activating missed cal alert benefits without my concern.i have already sent the stop message on 155223 and still the amount has been deducted.
                                    This is really ridiculous and BS. Rather I ll say it's a fraud.

                                    The common man will never read no of msgs from the idea company that doesn't mean they will renew any benefits without their approval.

                                    I want to refund the same amount to my main account balance orherwise I ll drag you to the consumer court.
