Hi...!!

Again... Again and again...!!!

After soo many visits to your idea stores, so many conversation with your executives on phone calls, so many putting mails on customercare id. And again i got a same bill nothing change appear on my bill name. Still i got a bill on my company's name. And you close this complain... Why???

I am facing this issue for last two month but still nothing happen. Yesterday i have called to your customer care. And i want speak with your team leader mr. Prakash surti (Because he knows my problem) but mr. Surti not having time to speak with custom. He said that i didn’t have not time to talk with all the customers. After i yeeling to customer care executive and finally mr. Surti spare his valuable time to his invaluable customer. And he told that i have already escalate this issue. But they didnt change (Before mr. Surti was confirmed that i have change your bill name and now he is saying that other department not change yet).

In your company no one would take responsibility to solve any of the problem which facing customer.

"ideastore pe jao to wo bolte he ki customercare pe baat karo hum nahi kar sakte, customercare wale bolte he ki complain department me mail karo, aur mail ka to kuch revert milta hi nahi he"

If i want to rate to yout customer care service then i would give (0/10) "if my friend circle or family wants to port or purchase idea then i will share worst service which i facing now.

One thing i didn’t understand that when i called or mail you on customer care department he didn’t respond. And when i post a complain on this site i get a quick revert why??? I think one to one communication you didn’t respond because no one can see your worst service and when i post a complain on social media you give a quick respond because every one see you worst service.  pathetic service.

If my issue not solve with in 3 working days then i will put my issue on every social media platform. and i will expose your worst service. and also saying that you just answered on social media. not respond your customer on customer care phone line, mail or idea store. now i am very very frustrated. this is been 2 months.

THIS IS BEEN TWO MONTHS FROM NOW STILL LITTLE ISSUE NOT SOLVE.
SHAME ON YOU "IDEA CELLULAR...!!!

    I am Bharath From Bangalore, using idea Postpaid from last 6 Months.
    I wish to change from post paid to prepaid. I walked into ESTEEM COMMUNICATION (Idea outlet) which is located in Mudalpalya, Bangalore.
    The Executive Sheela called an idea personnel (PH: [protected]) to gather information. we tried the best to contact for an hour. Placing a call has not happened and walked out of the IDEA Outlet.
    Another Customer Chandan (PH [protected]) faced the same problem from last 2 days.
    I am too unhappy with the service, i need a favor ASAP.

      Dear Sir,
      I am a Idea Cellular customer. Having two post paid mobile connections with mob number [protected] & [protected]. My both the numbers are belonging to Idea Madhyapradesh circle. I have been transferred from Indore to Jaipur (Rajasthan) last year in the month of October 2015. Since than i have applied three times at Local Idea Outlet to change my circle from MPCG to Rajasthan as i am being charged significantly with roaming charges but Idea Cellular is not completing my request looking at their business loss in terms of less billing to me.

      Idea Outlet at Jaipur where request has been placed three times along with necessary documents & Due Clearance is located at Pital Factory Square.

      1. Photo ID
      2. Local Rent Agreement
      3. Passport Size Photo.

      Everytime i have been assured to change my circle and Idea Cellular has cheated me in term of not changing my circle so that i can continue paying them huge bill on account of Roaming Charges.

      I want to get compensation on this high volume bills for my both the numbers as the needful was not done by authorized agency & person appointed by Idea Cellular and demand for complete waiver on extra billing.

        My number got port to Airtel and there was some bill generated by Idea. They sent just mail but no sms or call was done by them for payment as they were doing every month. But this time they made the call at 1:30 PM and told that make the payment else number will be disconnected by 2:00 PM for 3 months. I was looking for a day to make payment as i need to visit idea store but they were not ready and made back to back calls disturbing whole day. I regularly received call from [protected]. They say that they are from Airtel but when i enquired at Airtel customer care then they mentioned that there is no such thing but you need to clear the Idea payment. I was very much keen for payment but just was looking for time to visit Idea store. The call from [protected] just try to do a mental harassment otherwise they should give time of at least one or 2 day to clear payments. They may call if still i am not doing it. These kind of activities shall really be stopped.

          Idea broadband has the most pathetic customer care service which I have experienced!

          I had registered deactivation request for my Idea broadband account No[protected] first time on 16 April 2016 and the customer care representative confirmed to me that it will be deactivated by the end of April 2016.
          On 15th May I once again received a massage with the produced bill, with surprise I enquired back to Idea customer care and they informed me that the deactivation was not processed and I will have to pay Rs 915 once again to deactivate and settle down the account, hence I had to pay the bill once again to close and settle deactivation of the account once again
          I am still receiving the emails pay my bills and now they have received the loknyayalay notice to pay 1053 in order to close and settle the account once again I am totally frustrated, I had never imagined this kind of gross illegal conduct from idea like company.

            I got recharge of rs. 80/ done on my mobile. I was informed that if i got recharge of rs. 80/ done, i would get talk time of rs. 110/. I got recharge of rs. 80/ done. But i have received rs. 70/ only. Remaing rs. 40/ they have eaten under their unfair trade practice. Remaining rs. 40/ they are not crediting in my account and are misleading. If they provide such kind of false information, then who would trust idea?

                I am using number [protected]...
                I recharged 2g data services with *369*50# i got message of deducted amount of 5 rupees and get 30 mb... For services...
                While i used whats app and messenger... After some time it shows 12 rupees deducted for my data charges... And account balance is showing 0.

                I had complaint about this 2 times before when amount deducted rs 35 and 21 from my balance of the same reason...
                Now i want my deducted amount back12, 21 and 35 rs total =68 rupees... Or give me a proper reason or provide the details...in my email id manhas. [protected]@yahoo.com
                This is last time i am complaining of bad signal and deducted amount...
                After that i will stop your services... If the this time you do not give me a proper solution of deducted amount and bad signal..

                    I have a no of vodafone service provider but i have ported in idea celluler before porting that no i have paid all billed or unbiled amount of vodafone.
                    After that y has been ported in idea seccusfully.
                    But after two month idea celluler barred my all outgoing & incoming calls on that no they said that i have a amount of bill due on my previous service provider but when i went on their outlet they tell me that i have no due on my no in i said that it to my current service provider but they didn't give me a satisfactory answer about my complaint
                    When i go on idea outlet today they said me that my no is permanently dactivated but i want this no for future calling.
                    O plz tell me about this what to do in this situation.

                    Today i recd call from [protected] at 3.55 pm and was treatnlng to pay the post paid bill. Though due date is till 1-12-16. Even i coveyed the same but they are insisting today i am returning from bhopal.

                          For 3G USB wifi device for that I have taken, I have network issues for this number continuously, timely I compliant about is to Idea store
                          ( Vedika communication ) at my Place Amalner & by mail to idea customer care proof attached,

                          Till issue was not resolved on dated 27/04/2016, I told idea executive to not pay bill he request me that I have to give 200rupees & he will withdraw deposite amount from card number and played bill of 400 rupees. Proof attached.

                          Till after few days I received bill from idea, so again compliant to both customer care by mail and Vedika communication also he also send mail on dated 09/06/2016 to idea proof attached.

                          I have send may mails to idea customer care time to time, but not get any satisfactory answer, all mail screen shot attached for proof.

                          I strongly send mail that I will file compliant case on Idea for facing very big problem as very ridiculous & irritating reply by idea, but not got proper reply.

                          Few days before I got notice from consumer court requesting to steeling matter externally, I idea executive also request to steel mater

                          As per this your idea recover person contact me Mr. Rajeev Mishra & his executive mob. No.#[protected]
                          and request to pay bill 1500 rupees,

                          I told hole story then request to pay 800 rupees, then I told I will need clearance certificate, they agree for that I made payment at Vedika communication Amalner. Proof attached

                          And call for clearance certificate now he is not lifting phone and not replying,

                          I told Vedika communication person, they are not replying to his phone also,

                          So this is clear chatting of customer, reply me urgently or for further clearance shall I go to court

                            On 21/11/2016 on my number [protected] i received an offer from the company ''in 293 rs unlimited local +std calls +3GB 3G data for 28 days''

                            as i received this offer i did recharged with 293 on the same date.and its today the 10th day i have not yet received this benefit from the company i called many times to the customer care and still no action was taken i had also emailed 3 times one on 25 and 2nd on 29 and 3rd on 30th of November.and today 30/11/2016 they credited 199.33 rs +1GB 3G data .iam not satisfied with this kind of company's resolution.

                            the company should provide me the same offer which offered on my number or if the company cannot then the company has to pay the money 293 rs with fine.

                              I had an IDEA connection number [protected]. I had a plan of 999 which gave me 50 packs which I had used for data and voice. In month of June I changed my packs which I was told could be adjusted. However inspite of only using 6 gb of provided limit of 7 gb I was charged 16000 as outstanding. Next month my connection was closed. I am okay to pay 2 months bill which is legitimate.

                              I am getting calls from collections who are threatening to abuse my family members and are calling all numbers on my contact list repeatedly.

                              Please look into this as I am forced next to go legal.

                                Dear sir,

                                As per the discussions i'd with your Executive MANJUSHA that she's supposed told that the 476 rs which was charged was as per pro tariff. But coming to booster pack 250rs of 1gb consumption i'd used 600mb only and the remaining 400mb expired.

                                As per your regulations regarding dialer tunes or other vas services your service persons will continuously calls/notices us that the pack is going to expire please recharge. But when i's ported why these people not informed/noticed regarding the expired 400mb.

                                Who'll be responsible for this and however i request you to credit this 400mb or amount for this consumption through present service provider(Vodafone) or else.

                                  My internet rental per month was neat to 500.but for the month of August I git a bill 0f 2000. I was sure it was a wrong bill since my internet usage is fixed for 4GB, exceeding which my speed will come down to 3G from 4G.
                                  Every month once m 4G was over, I didn't get 3G. I reported this and my issue wasn't rectified. i also reported that my bill is wrong. They made me wait for almost 15 days and they did nothing. So one day I went and asked them to cut my connection. They asked me to fill a form for cancellation and also asked for my driving license photostat. And now after 2 months, they are again calling me to pay 2500/-
                                  I haven't used anything for this amount and they are creating wrong bills.
                                  Rectify this issue as soon as possible or else I will be forced to move legally.

                                      Hi This is Giri . I got new sim which with plan 299 and apps was installed on my mobile to monitor the usage . In 3rth month issue started, i noticed there was increased for 1500 Rs showing in apps . When i call customer care people, they keep saying no update untill bill generated . Next day it reached 2300 . Again made call and informed that its exceeding the credit limit . they said credit limit is not in fixed mode so it moved from 1000 to 2000 . I informed them i will not take responsible if amount exceed my limit and they replied with same answer they dont have control until bill generated . Next day it reached to 3000 + . They said my bill was changed from 299 to 599 for a day which was causing and limit is 4000 now ( 15th day of compliant ) . Now bill reached Rs 4896 + . I am frustrated and not using the sim any more . Now i cam getting call from many unknown guy behalf of IDEA and keep asking for payment but no proper explanation . per day 10 to 15 call which rings continuously and started troubling Myalternative number and reference number

                                      Please guy this is worst way of giving customer support, i felt IDEA will be better that Airtel . Comparing IDEA airtel service is far better . Never ever go for IDEA .

                                      Stick with prepaid service Air tel . If expensive also they give good support and accept customer feedback .
