As I am holding idea no. [protected],
For 3G USB wifi device for that I have taken, I have network issues for this number continuously, timely I compliant about is to Idea store
( Vedika communication ) at my Place Amalner & by mail to idea customer care proof attached,
Till issue was not resolved on dated 27/04/2016, I told idea executive to not pay bill he request me that I have to give 200rupees & he will withdraw deposite amount from card number and played bill of 400 rupees. Proof attached.
Till after few days I received bill from idea, so again compliant to both customer care by mail and Vedika communication also he also send mail on dated 09/06/2016 to idea proof attached.
I have send may mails to idea customer care time to time, but not get any satisfactory answer, all mail screen shot attached for proof.
I strongly send mail that I will file compliant case on Idea for facing very big problem as very ridiculous & irritating reply by idea, but not got proper reply.
Few days before I got notice from consumer court requesting to steeling matter externally, I idea executive also request to steel mater
As per this your idea recover person contact me Mr. Rajeev Mishra & his executive mob. No.#[protected]
and request to pay bill 1500 rupees,
I told hole story then request to pay 800 rupees, then I told I will need clearance certificate, they agree for that I made payment at Vedika communication Amalner. Proof attached
And call for clearance certificate now he is not lifting phone and not replying,
I told Vedika communication person, they are not replying to his phone also,
So this is clear chatting of customer, reply me urgently or for further clearance shall I go to court
