and they charged rs. 400 for contest. i suggest never go for idea they play lot of tricks to cheat people. after some days they sent same message but mentioned 2 for sms

after the complaint Idea has stopped my outgoing yesterday dated 24/11/2016 and today their executive called and threatened to send police for recovery.

I am receiving calls from Idea customer care for payment reminders. it seems that they are not keen to resolve my issue. I will escalate this matter to Telecom Consumer Complaints Authority and PMO.

He told it is a signal problem after sometimeo another executive from IDEA told it is Software problem. IDEA team itself doesnt know what is the problem .. But i early morning Recharge of 68/- Rs is 90 days for local and Std plan. i immediate to call center pls cancel this plan and refund amount but he told me is not possible to cancel. if any plan is mobile to activate in 1 alert sms given me customer is ready to reply yes or No. If customer said pls cancel this plan so immediate the cancel plan,

      Hdfc bank gave me offer to pay bill via credit card . It went ok 2-3 months then they did not pay my bill, when i called them they said we have not received your bill from idea, then finally they paid bill on nov 20th . Even after payment of bill idea barred outgoing calls & data of my no. [protected]. i have kept this no. with my family but due to this not able to even speak to them . This is one type of mental harassment and disappointment from co. end . I called idea cellular call center many times but all in vain .

          Dear Team,

          I received my current bill which has included wrong call rate charges for outgoing calls (40ps) and your representative was told me to (30ps) call rate to other all mobile. After called to customer care i knew it regarding that idea representative has misguide the plan because of that I have received huge amount of the bill and I am paying the bill without the received bill for starting 3 month as they mentioned wrong email id after that I called to customer and updated the correct mail

          This is totally pathetic service which I received from idea and continually, I am getting call drop issue while the major call is going on.

          I would request to you please get address this issue on priority base and resolve asap so that I can paid the current bill and get continue this service.

            Good evening
            Respected Sir/Madam,
            I am customer of your company. I leave in PCMC .And I have a complaint about the company that, the company puts the unnecessarily charges on my mobile and any service which I dont want . On my mobile. yesterday there was a message that Movies magic of your mobile no*******841 has been activated . I called to your customer care and spoke about the query to the there persons which where higher in post from another. But the last person who spoke with me was very rude with me and not ready to accept the company's mistake . Instead he was blaming me about the query that, its your fault and not our. I said I want to complaint about it please transfer your call to the complaint department / the persons who register the complaints . But he refused to do so i said I am going to raise complaint against the company and you about the behaviour towards the customer. The persons name talking to me was Mr. Amol .S.Pawar .The person said to me that " hoo tumhi taka complaint". He was talking in the mannner as if he has no fear and no care . Please try to respect the customers and teach the employees how should be their behaviour towards the customer . And i want the refund of RS 20 which has been unnecessarily debited from my account . I want the refund as early as possible . you dont want customers we can refer to the other companies in the market which are far better than idea . We work hard for the money and this is not the way to take out the money from the customer I am very dissappointed in other words the customer is being exploited .And from now I don't want any VAS on my mobile . Company should not cut unnecessary charges from my account.

                We are using not only idea cellular phones but also idea internet for the last many years but we have been facing a problem of weak and poor signals especially while working on internet. The signals are weak and take long time to work. Frequently signals go off all of a sudden and we are taken aback. Once a representative had visited our house to look into the problem and had promised to get the needful done ; but the problem is persisting regularly. Kindly see to it so that we may get better services.

                  I change (Mnp) my number [protected] from vodafone to idea cellular services and new sim was allotted to me before 10 days but neither verification nor network received. My mobile always shown as emergency calls only. I tried more than 50times during 10 days still idea distributor at champadanga, hooghly, west bengal, pin code 712401, distributor every day assued me 'today solve your problem' but not done up today he received my kyc total three time and he exchange my sim on 19/11/2016 at 10pm and with sim exchange request no. 10989 and one sms that sim was active on 20/11/2016 at 12 pm but today 21/11/2016 morning i get more one sms which your sim exchange request rejected. So, sir now what are doing, how start for my important banking otp enable mobile no [protected] and please take step for customer harassment against 2nd party.                       Just wanted to inform you that when i called to Idea customer care to verify the offer (698 Unlimited local/STD calls for 28D) and got response, Yes this offer is available on your number.
                      After confirmation i recharged the same amount to my Idea number - [protected] on 18-Nov-16 and received SMS with mentioning recharge successful, Your all L/STD calls are free till 28 D from today.
                      I contacted customer care regularly 3 times in a day and today 20-Nov-16 @ 5:30 PM i got response from Sr. Executive that i am not able to get this offer now and your amount Rs698 goes in-vain.
                      So request you to please look in this.

                        I change my number [protected] from reliance to idea cellular services and new sin was allotted to me but neither verification nor network received. My mobile always shown as emergency calls only. I tried more then 50times still customer patna replied that ur service will start in a week but more then 4month lapsed.                           After onslaught from reliance, idea has started unethical practises. They showed a recharge offer of rs 68 valid for 90 days in app, but after recharge i recd sms that it is valid for 28 days.

                          Then next time i saw a recharge on idea app of rs. 75 with 72 talk time. But after recharge i recd rs 62 talk time.

                          Idea is just trying to loot as much money as it can before it is wiped-off.
                          Cheaters!!

                          By the way idea stores are worst as they have third party manages it. U walk in to any idea store and will see how rude and idiotic these people are.

                          Its a matter of months before idea will be history.

                            I have purchased one application from google play store using idea billing payment method. After purchasing the app. I found that i have purchased a wrong app. So i immediately go for refund and i have also received a refund message from idea also. But when my bill is generated, i found that i have been charged for the cancelled app. When i contacted the idea customer care regarding the same, they told me that i must have to pay for the cancelled app.
                            Even i have also visited the idea store and showed the refund message but still they told me to pay for it without any proper explanation.

                              Am employee of "asian paints ltd" and i had corporate plan. I am facing problem on my bill name. I had confirmed with your company that bill is on my name which is (Vandit b. Vora) but on bill the first name written as "asian paints". So, when i put bill on my company for reimbursement so they refuse to allow because first name written on bill which is working company's name. They raise query on my bill which is "if bill is on my name then why written as a working company's name???.

                              So, i had word with your customer care executive mr. Hitesh soni (Communication id : p[protected] as per our communication he said that, you have to go near by idea office and you have to submit particular document and they change the bill name. But i already visited 3-4 idea offices in ahamdabad, mehsana and rajkot respectively. They all saying that the name which is written it cant be change.

                              So, there are two possibility either mr. Hitesh soni guide me wrong either your idea office's executive does not know how to change the name.

                              I think the issue is very little but its been 1 and half month and still not get any resolution from your side. And also attached screenshot of my bill and full bill (Password : asia8601)

                              Now atleast expecting quick revert and resolution from your side. And also expecting better service now onwards.

After soo many visits to your idea stores, so many conversation with your executives on phone calls, so many putting mails on customercare id. AND AGAIN I GOT A SAME BILL NOTHING CHANGE APPEAR ON MY BILL NAME. STILL I GOT A BILL ON MY COMPANY'S NAME. AND YOU CLOSE THIS COMPLAIN...WHY???????                                 Hi, today i received email from "support mh" having subject line :demand legal notice! Idea cellular.in email, it has been mentioned as "we have provided cellular services towards your account no.[protected] and also mentioned that outstanding of rs.1285/-towardsyour a/c" but email has neither provided billing details not corresponding mobile number.
                                I am not using this account, corresponding mobile number (In fact i am not able to recall the mobile number). But i know i have paid as final amount as stated by idea representative, legal lawyer and confirmed as final payment by store retailer in pune at dhole patil road. Also the lawyer and retailer both told me that hence forth you wouldn't be receiving the notice or any further bill. But after 2~3 years idea support team started sending new monthly bills of account/phone number which i am not at all using for quite few years.
                                I would like to know following things:
                                1. Mobile number linked to account number[protected]
                                2. Detailed bills of pending amount
                                3. Last bill i paid for above mentioned account
                                4. Declaration from idea that they have not received any emails from me to disconnect the account and corresponding number
                                5. Declaration from idea that none of the lawyer called and forced me to pay earlier bill but not disconnected account even though promised same
                                6. Although i had not used mobile for couple of years but after receiving lawyers call i paid the said amount and believed that as promised by idea lawyer, retailer i wouldn't be getting any further bill, notice but i received new bill and notice as well. Why is it so?
                                7. Declare that the mobile number of above mentioned account was not allocated to any person after i stopped using it.
                                8. If for point no. 7 answer is that mobile number corresponding to above mentioned account was allocated to multiple persons after my use then logically i am paying for others use. If not prove it legally.
                                9. Please clarify why i should not consider this as harassment case?
                                I am looking into all aspect, information, evidences for this case and get back to you (Idea cellular) more strongly.

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      Its further to Police Complaint Acknowledgement No. 969/16 dt. 05.11.2016 I had received a call from [protected] on 4.35pm (dated 02.11.2016) in my mobile no. [protected], where she said we are calling from bank online reward points department and she asked the credit card details for the purpose of giving additional reward points and cash back. I gave the card number and she asked the CVV & OTP when i checked the SMS completely till the transaction done. After she told me within 2 days the reward points will credit in your card. After 2 days later (4.11.2016) i checked & the amount of Rs.19500 debited in my card. I checked with bank, they told the amount transaction done in some other merchant, immediately i blocked my card with help of bank executive. I tried to contact that person but the mobile no. comes switched off.

I gave the card number and she asked the CVV & OTP when i checked the SMS completely till the transaction done. After she told me within 2 days the reward points will credit in your card. immediately i checked & the amount of Rs.15000 debited in my card. I checked with bank, they told the amount transaction done in some other merchant, immediately i blocked my card with help of bank executive. I tried to contact that person but the mobile no. comes not reachable.

                                      Please request you to help me on this matter to get back the amount. I am going to raise police complaint.

                                      As explained above ...i got a call from SBI Credit CARD ...and they said i have 6500 reward point which can be en cashed to my account. Asked for CVV and OTP number along with card details. I refused to give OTP but they said call is under recording and she said she is working in SBI and Employee number also randomly.
                                      Like IVR OTP verification everything was silent. i was asked to tell the OTP again and again ..and they said it is not working ..for 4 OTP. i was getting continuous MSG from SBI for purchase for 4875 * 4 times.
                                      I reported to SBI but they are registering complaint but no action will be taken from their side.Meanwhile SBI person asked to Raise complain in police station.
                                      Total 19140 Rs swiped from My SBI credit card.

I gave the card number and he asked for CVV & OTP and checked the SMS completely till the transaction done. At the end of the call the person informed that it would be credited within 2 days. Immediately when i checked my account, could see amount of Rs.19140 debited in my card. I got to know that i was trapped under fraud after having word with bank authorities and immediately blocked my card.

                                      When i had a check could see its been debited by IDEAMONEY . I have attached the image for reference.

                                      Kindly help in this regard.

Immediately when i checked my account, could seen amount of Rs.4776+Rs.4776, a total amount of Rs.9552 and the amount was debited from my sbi credit card no[protected]. I got to know that i was trapped under fraud after having word with bank authorities and immediately blocked my card.

                                      As of now, I have blocked my SBI credit card and have registered an online FIR . NO. 98166364 Please stop this transaction that happened in the name "IDEA CELL-BILL DESK" on[protected] for the amount Rs.9552.00.

Immediately when i checked my account, could seen amount of Rs.4817+Rs.4817+Rs 4817, a total amount of Rs.14451 and the amount was debited from my yes bank account debit card--[protected]. I got to know that i was trapped under fraud after having word with bank authorities and immediately blocked my card.

                                      As of now, I have blocked my yes bank debit card and have registered an online FIR . Please stop this transaction that happened in the name "IDEA CELL-BILL DESK" on[protected] for the amount Rs.14451.00.
