    I am using number [protected]...
    i recharged 2g data services with *369*50# i got message of deducted amount of 5 rupees and get 30 mb ...for services ...
    while i used whats app and messenger ...after some time it shows 21 rupees deducted for my data charges ...and account balance is showing 0.

    i had complaint about this last month when amount deducted rs 35 from my balance of the same reason ...
    now i want my deducted amount back 21 rs of last day and 35 rs of last month ...or give me a proper reason or provide the details ...in my email id manhas.[protected]@yahoo.com

      I Kanwarjit Singh mobile number [protected] was promised by idea store located in Model Town, Ludhiana, Punjab (141002) that i would get benefits of 199 plan against Rs 149.00. But 3rd time my bill come and it was of 199 instead of 149. I was also promised by them a waiver in my this bill cycle of Rs 100.00. That also not given. Other i complained waiver against misguidance of internet plan of Rs 98.00. That also not concerned by Idea. Kindly do something.

        I have only used idea services for month and paid the amount in advance and at the time of closing i paid the remaining amount as asked by your executive.
        23rd march i requested to close the connection and shifted to other location after that my April bill was generated i called n no.of times to close them and they always replied they have done it.but after that i m getting threatening calls emails.look into matter and resolve it as soon it possible.

              I am Girish Sahare (acct number :[protected]. I had already raised the request for terminating the service in mid of march. during the ticket I also mentioned that the service should be terminated by end of march. I had also paid the bill for the month (march). But even after requesting about termination it seems that you did not terminated the service. And now you are charging me for the month of april. While I have not used your services after 27-March-2016. I am now getting the mail from your end to pay the bill can you please clarify why I am getting such mails(to attend Lok adalat at Pune District Legal Services Authority)?

              I had already spoken to customer care they are not answering properly. I had also dropped mail to your '[protected]@idea.adityabirla.com' mail id as suggested but not getting any reply.

                My self sachin, currently I moved to canada on visiting visa, but I was continuing with idea because I will come back after 4months, these idea network people disconnected my network by showing stupid reason like not using out going services within 2moths but there is a rule which I have seen troi website states that they should not disconect 90 days without outgoing services or being inactive and also rules like if sim carries balance network should has to deduct their charges for being inactive..but these guys disconnected my network within 2months without complain to any of above rules, I felt very bad about that because I have given this number in many government and non government organisations, now I am going to loose comunication from them...I asking idea network to see past history sim, I have been using since 7long years...hoping for justice

[protected]. sir i want to draw attention of all idea user that they always cut the amount which the consumer not used . today on[protected] near about 1 or 1.30 pm. i insert my idea sim in android phone and just for a minute i used internet just for 1 minute i did not download anythng not a single song they had cut my 150 rs. for that is this the service or fraud i say they serve. is the amount is right to cut. i think in 150Rs. i will get 1 gb internet .
                      they always cut the amount and show her/himself a true what they havenot. i think for a minute 25 or 50 rs. or 75 is enough but they are fraud. they always do that kind of fraud

                        This is to inform about the worst service provider in the country. The idea network. Their service providers are extremely preposterous, cannot be relied on and lack an understanding of their own network.

                        I subscribed to idea broadband on June end 2016. The service provider named Pasha (i am willing to give the ph no of the person, if required) provided me with the service with a package of 750 rupees per month for 20gb. There were multiple complaints lodged with the idea customer care once i registered with the network. After 10gb, the netwrok was extremely slow. Apart from all this there registration process itself took like a week. My internet started working only from August, but they made me pay for the month of july, i had to pay 200 extra without using any internet. I ignored that and payed the amount. The problem started next month, I got a bill of 1, 200 in place of 750. Which was absolutely ridiculous. I made multiple calls complaining about the issue. They insisted on me giving the entire amount. Is this the way you handle complaints? We register to partiular plans because we can afford to pay for those plans, not to pay more. I called them up and asked them to cancel the network and take back their router. None of that was done. I have the number of the customer care executive also, if required. Her name is Mala. Following up with this and calling them was a nightmare. The service providers do not update the information given by the customers. I kept getting multiple calls from different numbers without the updated information. I've asked them to even cancel my account, which they are not doing. Now i have received a pre litigation complaint from them for the data that i haven't used since August.

                            Sir i m Dr.Prasanna from visakhapatnam (AP). I m here to complain about the issue that was disturbed me a lot from the call centre of idea cellular network.
                            Recently five days back i m ported from airtel to idea cellular network. On the day 4th nov, 2016 i got the best offers list from idea from *121# as i can get the surprise talktime of 71 to 110 on the recharge of Rs.80 (attached the screenshot). So i had recharged the Rs.80 but unfortunately surprisingly the had given Rs.70 talktime (attached screenshot) which was less talktime than what they offered. Then i called the idea customer care, and explained about my issue. But they are not willing to agree their mistake and inspite of trying to clarify my issue, he told that "this is like that only we had ordered to give that much talktime only, you are giving wrong information, how can it will show 71-110 surprise talktime. Then i had requested them "then why you people are giving wrong information through messages to us and cheating us, atleast you correct those offers information properly and after correction sent the proper information to us. Then he told that "we had given correct information, problem is there from your side, i[censored] want complain you complain to [protected]@adityabirla. Then i was shocked, after cheating me by giving wrong offers and giving the talktime less than what they offered, they even not willing to apology and not ready to give proper response, they had given suggestion that if you want complain you complain to our company owners. Even the higher authority hadnt talked to me. Thats why i m here to complain about their irreseposible behaviour and cheating offers. If this type of cheating is there from so many customers how much money they are getting by cheating (from one person 100 paise). I think so many persons may faced these type of issues like me. So i m requesting you to please take necessory action on them and protect the customers money from thefting by these cheating offers and their irresponsible behaviour. Thanking you sir

                              I Want to discussed about my complaint with IDEA Cellular,
                              I have Purchased two Sim cards and paid Rs. 1, 100.00 x 2= Rs.2, 200.00 from IDEA Stores, Vijay Nagar Indore on 18th October 2016 (+91 - 91XX 3XX1 55 & +91 - 91XX 31XX 66). After all the formalities number was activated on 19th October 2016.

                              After receiving e-bill on 27th October i was quite surprised about the bill which is a pure cheating from idea cellular. I have taken a plan of Rs. 249.00 per month. if i calculate number of days from activation to bill date it will be 8 days. the free minutes, SMS and internet service which is offer on monthly basis will be distributed on number of days.

                              All Call and SMS are distributed for 8 days. i.e. approx. 66 calling minutes, approx. 33 SMS and Data should be 136.53MB.

                              for sim number +91 91XX 31XX 55, what i have received is only 22.93MB free data and rest 128.94MB has been charged by idea. (Bill Copy Attached)

                              for sim number +91 91XX 31XX 66, what i have received is only 9.44MB free data and rest 158.03MB has been charged by idea. (Bill Copy Attached)

                              When i called idea at 198 number they were only giving justification that the plan has been activated on 25th October and you have to pay the charges. My complaints has been registered by idea.

                              When I reached IDEA Store at vijay nagar, Indore and asked for my receipt for the amount i have paid earlier they were only able to give me receipt for Rs.868.00 x 2 = 1, 736.00 and tried to give so many excuses that some time idea charges more or some time less. when i insisted for full amount receipt the gave cash to me i.e. Rs 468.00 even they were not able to give me form which i have signed at the time of purchasing Sim Cards.

                              Most Important thing when I have paid cash upfront for the sim card then why it is showing in bill amount and why i have to pay the taxes.

                              Since Charges are paid upfront that has to treated as prepaid and in this scenario Idea has to bear taxes.

                              So many things are dicey in idea for over charging in bills, no proper receipt for mobile number purchase, even though complaints lodged over there i am feeling that i have been cheated.

                              Kindly advice me for further action which has to be taken.

                                Unknowingly I was convinced to activate the 3G GPRS service in my mobile that comes with a monthly rental 1350 INR + tax, but I am not aware of the my mobile activated this service for unlimited use of net.

                                Now I got a monthly bill got surprised and shocked … my bill amount is almost 10 times more.

                                My mobile credit limit is 600 INR but why did IDEA allowed to activate this service? Even after a week of bill generated I can able to make a call. Basically in all other network provider if the credit limits exceed then my outgoing call will be stopped.

                                When I called up to the customer care of IDEA they said this activate and even this month I get same amount of bill. This is really not fare.

                                However now I have de-activated service immediately receiving my bill, how can they say I should have de-activated before generating bill to avoid another month payment. Without aware of what was the service I activated how can I ask to stop.

                                Even the customer care people are not answering my query in a proper way. I posted here to get any solution and to tell other be-careful on receiving any customer call from IDEA they might say something if you say Yes it get activated better not to pick the call from them.

                                I connected to 198 and spoke to them. As per them, I have to pay 1350 + tax amount that is there in current month bill and since the de-activation of this pack happened on my request on 3rd of this month November 2016, so again I have to pay same amount 1350+tax in next bill.

                                So here I end up with paying around 3000 INR without any use.

                                Hope I get satisfactory response from you.

Due to porting on 13 September pro-ratio bill was made in which data used more than 13 days ratio charged as normal rate which is more than monthly rental plan. More than Rs. 400 charged from me is not a legal and harass the customer. You are requested to return the excess amount charged from me. I am agree to pay full month charge for your 13 days service.

                                      I was informed that I am eligible for 10 GB data on recharge of Rs. 256 applicable for max 3 recharges till 31 Dec 2016 but was denied the benefits on my second recharge itself without prior information.
                                      I had earned the eligibility for the same after doing online registration process and other such procedures as instructed. I didn't ask for any offers. If they didn't want to give me the offer, I should have been informed. I wouldn't have done the recharge. I raised 2 complaints with their company also.

                                      This is regarding the complaint which has not at all been resolved but it seems the company has closed the complaint from their end without taking any action whatsoever. If such is the scenario then why is the need for such a forum or platform where you register your complaints in the belief that you will be justified. But the guilty party just sends you a consolation message asking sorry for the inconvenience caused and that's the end of the story.
