The location is at moolampilly, a rural area 7kms away from the ernakulam district. My mobile no:[protected], is a 4g prepaid new connection for the last 4 months. I am unable to browse with 4g speed inside my home. I have made complaint regarding this earlier to them. They said that they had rectified it. But still the problem persist. So kindly do the needful to operate the data package well.

    I was talking with the idea costumer care senior executives his name is VISHAL YADAV and he was talking without the manners. He was saying that "company ko koi fark nahi padta aapki baato se". A costumer is calling to solve out his problems and the costumer care executive talking like this and replying so rudely. I am not happy with this reply and the behaviour of this man.

      I ported from MTS to idea and recharged for 255 to get 10GB data (1gb 3g+9gb 4g). But still i didnt get any 4g network, i complaint against this problem from[protected]complaint no: 1-[protected]) and they told me that it will be clear at[protected]. But still the time (16:[protected] there is no executive called me.

      I checked with other idea sim too, for that i gets 4g networks, issue only for my number.

      Pls clear this problem or pls allow me to port back to any other network because am not satisfied with idea services, they have fake offers.

      Today evening I got a call from customer executive saying that my complaint is solved and I can use 4g network. When after disconnecting that call I checked for 4g connectivity but problem remains.Yesterday too I checked my phone with another Idea sim and I got 4g network without any problem. Ptoblem remains only in my number.
      And again I compalined Idea customer care for reopening my previous compalint dated 28-10-16. And they give me a new SR number with some more extended date to[protected]:00pm.

          Dear sir/mam,

          Myself pradeep kumar and my mobile no. is [protected] my issue is that i want to discontinue this no but i was requested many times in your idea store dilshad garden (hari communication) but they did not accept my request they giving me the stupid excuses every time like that server is down or retention team is not available at the moment etc. then i requested to the customer care 198 also but they said that go to our idea store for this issue they disconnect your no. easily i am very fed up from idea third class services and uneducated executives.

          So request you to please disconnect my no. immediately otherwise i will not pay any type of amount or current outstanding because after 15 days the no. is automatically terminated.

              I have disconnected my connection for idea wifi on 30th may 2016
              [all dues paid till 31st may 2016 as it is with pre-payment].

              We got messages for closure and after one or 2 days the connection got automatically active.
              I have raised service request multiple times in this regard. everytime i discussed with customer care they told to ignore the bill and the connection will automatically get closed.
              Reference tickets:
              Ticket date : 30/may/2016, ticket number : tct[protected]
              Ticket date : 09/jun/2016?, ticket number : tct[protected]
              Ticket date : 14/jun/2016?, ticket number : tct[protected]
              Ticket date : 13/jul/2016?, ticket number : tct[protected]

              Despite all these i am getting mails with bills generated till now. and now they are telling to pay the outstanding as part of disconnection process which they will revert via cheque later on.

              Now they have sent below:

              "this is to inform, you are requested to attend lok adalat at pune district legal services authority, district court, shivajinagar, pune 411005 on 12-nov-16 from 10.30 am to 3.00 pm for settlement of your account[protected].
              As per the agreement signed, you have agreed to pay the outstanding dues of rs.615.87 for billing account number[protected]. however, you have failed to keep your commitment."

              I have paid all the dues. even customer care people are not co-operating for same.
              As per customer care, the disconnection has happened in july 2016.
              Customer care people are saying it takes 15 days for disconnection [with no written documents available for disconnection]. so they are also not aware why it took 2 months. i am getting "harassed" with these things.

              Why we people have to face such harassment even though the issue is not from their end.
              Even after resolving the issue the pressure/harassment faced will mark a negative impact.
              If people are not aware about such forums/ discussion boards/complaint sites they will still have to suffer.
              Why the CSA people are not trained to resolve the things at first point.

                  Echarged today with 110 rs . It hot me free 50 mb data .. but when I used it. After reaching the limit, the idea didn't sent me any message prior to it. And as. I don't know about data . It crossed 50 and after some time idea sent me a message that your balance has been deducted . Idea deducted 77 rs from my account without any notice. I rarely use any idea internet as I got Wi-Fi connection in my house. This is just ridiculous.
                  After all it happens .. I than call to idea customer care and it cut my phone . I am very disappointed as I use this number for about 6-7 yrs.
                  I just want my money back.

                    Yes, please make this resolve now as it has been more than a month when i paid my bill nd i have sorted out everything nd informed as well that i lost that same no. So dont make bill every month of this no. But every month i am getting bill from idea and that is why i had to pay 1500 rs. Last time just becoz of your lack of information. Becoz they were using abusing language to me and calling by to my frnds.
                    And i really not wanted that but this is 2nd time getting calls i mean why dont you update your people so that they should not bother to make such uneducated calls.

                      Today (30.10.2016) i got a massage from service provider, that is today offers, thats way i was rechareg what they texted 40rs and 17rs package, on that 17rs package offer is 7 rs promo talktime for 3 days validity and 1.2 pisa per 2 seconds for 60 days, they activated. But after 1 hover they robbeed my promo talk time, this is the way of cheeting customers from idea celuler. Then i was calld customercare many of time, and they don't have answer. Finally they connected to manager, and he he is talking rudley.

                      Idea Cellular engages in unfair practices by having various clauses in their product pricing, thus making it extremely difficult for consumers to exercise their rights. Their policies especially around data usage are extremely unfriendly.

                      After generating UPC code, i got a call from idea executive and she offered me a good plan and after that i am not able to make single outgoing call from my mobile#[protected].
                      I speak with CCE 15 times in last 48 hours but still no one resolved issue so far.
                      This is worst service ever i seen in my life.

                            Hi,

                            I had a post paid number - [protected] which was disconnected by idea without informing, i tried connecting idea but there is no good customer care service using which i can connect to customer care executive. Like there are few numbers - 12345 and 198 says dial 121 and there is no option to talk to customer care executive and its really confusing. I switched to airtel then and tried paying my due rs. 882/- but it was not recognizing my number on online idea payment. I tried it several times and same happened. My bill was increasing month by month and i was not able to pay it. I also got 2 calls from collection agents but they were not able to explain me the bill amount which is 1681/- now. Two days back i got a message that "post repeat follow up u have failed to pay bill o/s rs 1981/- of idea ba[protected] request to attend lok adalat at pimpri court on 12-nov-16".

                            I am ready to pay the due amount 882/- with some fines.. Please contact and tell me the methods to pay.

                            I am also having 1 more prepaid idea number and few more in my family, if my issue is not resolved properly, i will disconnect from all of your services.

                            I am not able to connect to idea customer care also. Please do the needful.- contact number - [protected]. Please reply soon.

                              My number [protected], changed from idea postpaid connection of Kerala circle to prepaid connection of Delhi circle under mobile portability . I was using the connection for the last two months smooth with out any interruption. Last Friday, 28.10.2016 at 2.00 pm received an sms saying that your connection will be barred with in 10 days if the proof payment is not received. And now today, 29.10.16 at 11.30 pm my connection is barred even though i have cleared all previous bills. When I contacted customer care they are asking me to go to showroom and talk, I repeatedly said 30.10.16, Sunday is Diwali holiday here. But they are refused to listen.
                              Its really against rule, my complaints are :
                              one is I paid all the bills
                              second, they are informing me after two months later that you have to submit the proof of payment.
                              Third, without prior information, calls are barred.
                              four, customer care executive is keeping my call on Hold and cutting my call.I mean refused to listen and solve my complaint.
                              I lost my money and more over the Time.

And it took 5 days to get it solved . without any mistake from side the connection is barred. there was no prior information from your side and no proper reply whenever I contacted the customer care. I am unhappy with this Idea service.

                              Paid Rs.1300/ on Aug 2016 and hence cleared my bills.
                              Again today I paid another Rs.535/. to activate my connection as its so important for me, all my clients, transactions, and all sort of other contacts linked with this number.

                                Today[protected], , i got a new phone and i installed a new sim in it and i just switched on the internet for 5min to check mobile data is on or not.
                                I didnot browse or didnot download anything.
                                just within 5min 144rupees is deducted from my account.

                                i quote again " i just switched on the mobile data, , i didnt even open the browser and i dint even pressed a button after turning on the mobile data.I have the internet connection with WIFI with 50mbps speed to download and to browse.I just checked on mobile whether mobile data is correctly working or not, , thats it "

                                i want my money back.
                                I didnot used any thing for which you charged me wrongly.

                                i have received no money for the wrongly charged amount and the customer care executive who called me is very rude in behaviour.
                                he didnot solved my problem.
                                he didnt even listened to what i have to say.

                                first i received a call and i was unable to answer.then i received a message that will call back soon.
                                again i received a call back and as i was in classroom i didnt answer it.again i got message stating that idea people will callback shortly.
                                later i received a call back and as i was still in class i told him to call back in 1hour.

                                "then he told me no call back will be provided ..if you want solution to your complaint listen to me or i will send a message"
                                Thats it.
                                he spoke like he is the owner of idea company.

                                you wronggly charge for not using the data.
                                after giving the complaint in consumer forum a female executive calls and speaks nicely that you will get your money back and i taking a complaint for wrongly charged amount.

                                Later you will call back with a male executive and say that nothing is wrongly charged and no money will be added to you in a well fashioned RUDE WAY.

                                THIS IS A WHOLE SETUP.
                                There is clearly a call back service and when you pickup the call and ask them to call back they say the false thing that no call back will be provided and extra he will say if you want to solve the problem listen to me or else i will send a message closing the compolaint and given no money will be back

                                  My idea Cell no. is [protected]. I wanted to continue my 10, 000 second for Rs 97 for 30 days. I went to GT cell service 36 A Mahal 5 th St., Madurai -1 (T.N)- a retailer. By slip of tongue I quoted Rs 79 instead of Rs.97 for my need. The amount of Rs.79 was deducted from the Retailer's account and message was sent to him. But I did not get any message about what happened to my money. On enquiry to the retailer he said there is no plan of any sort available with Idea cellular for Rs.79. then I called 1235 and contacted the customer care divison and I told them what had happened. Also he said my amount was adjusted under Data card. Now the problem is my phone is not a Smart phone and I can't use any data card. Also there is no plan of any sort under data card for Rs.79.Now I request your kindness to transfer my amount to the 10, 000 second for 30 days plan.

                                    By this message I just want to share telecom compinies behaviour with you, how these companies will do anything with your mobile no without your information.

                                    My mobile no is [protected] (Idea Cellular -Prepaid), yesturday my number stoped working as network is also gone. So I contact with customer care regarding the same issue, things they told me was shoking to me that my running number is transfered to any other person with Post Paid connection without informaing me.

                                    I have lost all my balance, net pack within 12 hours, now they are not responding me in any way. Now its very hard for my family, friends members to contact with me as I lost connectivity. So please share this message to everyone so that it will reach to Idea Cellular and people will know that how these companies to anything for money, they don't think how customer will face trouble by their step.

                                        I got a messeage on 26-10-16 from ih-612345d, that message showed that on the recharge of 499 you will get 10gb high speed data with a validity of 28 days, then i recharged my phone with 499 on 27-10-16, but i didn't get 10gb data. Instead of 10gb i got 2 gb 3g/4g data with 28 days validity. Then on 28-10-16, i got the same message again. Please resolve my problem and help me get 10gb of data.
