Updated by NavamohanReddy Kondati i have received no money for the wrongly charged amount and the customer care executive who called me is very rude in behaviour.
he didnot solved my problem.
he didnt even listened to what i have to say.
first i received a call and i was unable to answer.then i received a message that will call back soon.
again i received a call back and as i was in classroom i didnt answer it.again i got message stating that idea people will callback shortly.
later i received a call back and as i was still in class i told him to call back in 1hour.
"then he told me no call back will be provided ..if you want solution to your complaint listen to me or i will send a message"
Thats it.
he spoke like he is the owner of idea company.
you wronggly charge for not using the data.
after giving the complaint in consumer forum a female executive calls and speaks nicely that you will get your money back and i taking a complaint for wrongly charged amount.
Later you will call back with a male executive and say that nothing is wrongly charged and no money will be added to you in a well fashioned RUDE WAY.
THIS IS A WHOLE SETUP.
There is clearly a call back service and when you pickup the call and ask them to call back they say the false thing that no call back will be provided and extra he will say if you want to solve the problem listen to me or else i will send a message closing the compolaint and given no money will be back

DONT EVEN WANT TO RESOLVE MY PROBLEM AND I ONLY WANT AN ACTION TO BE TAKEN ON THESE KIND OF RUDE BEHAVIOUR PEOPLE WHO THINK THAT THEY CAN DO AND SPEAK WHATEVER THEY WANT.
AND I WANT MY CONNECTION WITH IDEA TO BE TERMINATED AFTER SOLVING THIS PROBLEM.
