On requesting sim port, Idea sent me message that my number will be ported on 13/11/16 midnight but still it is not ported. This complaint is against Idea Cellular for charging wrong amount under Data for International Roaming for our Postpaid number.

In our bill for the month of October, we have been charged more than 15K for the data which is claimed to have been used in International Roaming. We explicitly stopped the data whenever we travel internationally. On asking for details (websites accessed etc), the team is not able...
