I bought a new idea sim card no is :[protected], i bought it with my Electoral Voter's ID card no is: ULS0894220. But today when i tried to verify it through 59059, i entered the correct last 4 digit of my id submitted at the time of buying the sim., but the computer lady told me that it was wrong but she told the correct number that i have entered but it was often failed. i need that sim so could you please recover this issue by if there any other available resources for Tele verification or i need to submit the proof once again.

        Dear Sir,

        Sorry to mail you directly but since last 5 days we are facing problem from Idea that out outgoing call is not connecting from our area where our office is situated. So regarding this one of our employee called your customer care number but they are not giving proper response. So our work has stopped.

        We are using corporate plan of Idea but the since last few days not satisfied with the services. This is not expected from the brand name like Idea. We believe this is fully ethical company and not working like other players.

        So request you to solve our problem. Address is given bellow.

          I had got a message to call on 53111 and get a 50 rs. rechrge at 2 rs per answer. they cut my balance again and again total 20 rs. I gave all answer correct but not a single rs they have rewarded. It is a case of fraud, a clear fraud where they take money from consumer and do not give award money. Please punish them strictly.

            My mobile number is [protected]..the executive deactivated the dialer tune.I have asked him to make don't auto renewal the service after 30th November, and I repeatedly told him to keep the dialer tune till 30th November and make the service off after 30th November...I have mailed many times regarding this complaint.But no response from you.I want to claim a complaint in the consumer court if your are not help me in this regards.listen to the recorded voices.Plese please please.Iam fed up with idea...Iam the idea retailer.If you don't solve my problem, I may change all my idea customers to port to another net work also...Thank you...

            I'm having the sony xperia XA model and so many time i register the complaint STOP flash message in Mobile but 72 hours gone but still flash message coming on Mobile its my humble request to stop these message and banned in allover cellular.

              On requesting sim port, Idea sent me message that my number will be ported on 13/11/16 midnight but still it is not ported. I called their retail service center multiple times and also their call center but they told me to wait and provided no solution. I am facing lot of inconvenience and I want compensation due to mental agony I have faced and want that idea dealer from whom I have taken the sim to shut down his store immediately and call center guy Arvind Parmar to get fired immediately.

                My sim is not activated i have port my sim from reliance to idea .7 days passed but my sim did not activate .i made complaint but not helpful at all.i tried to call on 59059 but call not connect at all .the message show is sim not registered what should i do now ..the company is not taking it serious and i need my number very urgently

                  I did a Idea recharge of Rs. 68 which showed validity of 90 days in thier app. However, after recharge I was shoked to receive sms that it is valid for 28 days. Cheaters. Jio will wipeoff Idea from market.

                    I was having idea broadband connection and paid all my due bills. When i disconnected my connection my last bill was about to pay so I request them to activate my online account so that I can pay my last bill. Once i pay my bill they should have disconnect my account but they did not. They continued my connection for one more month for no reason and asked me pay bill for one more month. Now they are sending email through lok nyayalay and asking me to pay the bill for what I have not used. Kindly let me know what I can do.

                      My number was barred without any reason. I was on international roaming when this happened. When contacted idea from a different phone, i was a given a reason that there is a suddent spike in usage. My credit limit was 4350 and I used about 1137 Rs. I was constantly monitoring my usage since i was on IR. After contacting idea 5-6 times they said they will activate only if I pay Rs 1600 since my usage has gone beyond the limit. All of a sudden my credit limit got boosted from 4350 to 6000Rs and my usage shooted up to 4932Rs for a number which is barred and cannot be used at all. I paid the minimum amount they have asked for and still they are not unbarring my number. Made 10-15 calls to IDEA. Attaching screenshot from my idea app, after number got barred. We can easily identify my limit changes and fake bills.

                        I lost my mobile and barred my SIM. Later went to Idea Store (Islampur, Sohna Road, Gurgaon) and got a replacement SIM after paying INR 50/-

                        I was told that the SIM will be activated in 15 min to 1 hour. It has been 3 days and after repeated requests and calls to customer care / idea store the sim is still not activated, reason cited - verification call not connecting to alternate number provided. The alternate number provided is a postpaid number and very well in operation, throughout the day many calls are received, made and data used on this number, still according to idea they are not able to connect it. The request has been rejected so many times that I have no alternate but to let the 4 year old connection die an unnatural death.

                        Bravo idea, excellent service, keep it up and keep loosing valuable customers!

                          Hi,

                          This complaint is against Idea Cellular for charging wrong amount under Data for International Roaming for our Postpaid number.

                          In our bill for the month of October, we have been charged more than 15K for the data which is claimed to have been used in International Roaming. We explicitly stopped the data whenever we travel internationally. On asking for details (websites accessed etc), the team is not able to provide any information and just keeps harping on the point that data was accessed.

                          This is leading to harassment from their executives. Despite multiple requests and speaking with various agents/supervisors, the team continues to not be able to resolve the issue and harass us for non payment of charges which were never used by us.

                          We request someone to look into this ASAP & provide waiver on these incorrect charges which are reflecting in our account. This is for Idea account number:[protected]

                            I, vinod kumar chadhary, am a postpaid user of this reputed telecom from last many months with mobile number:[protected]. the bill raised for the cycle 15-sep-2016 to 14-oct-2016 is not acceptable at all. the deactivation request of data service stand submitted at the branch office of idea located at sirsa, haryana. even 6 months before i requested them to deactivate the data services at above mentioned number and for this i had also submitted the written application at the branch office located at sirsa, haryana. but still, till date no action had been taken and every month i have to pay 500-600 extra as data service charges. but it is not acceptable any more.

                            Because if the service is not deactivated at your end its not my fault as i had already requested to deactivate it. kindly deactivate the data service as soon as possible and regenerate bill for the last month. also return the extra amount i had paid just because of delay at your end in the last 6 months.

                              Without my permission, Idea is deducting my balance from my postpaid account.I didn't buy any game.Right now, I'm using Micromax ANDROID phone and it has only one game which is full and not on the trial basis.I got a message from 58010 that Thank you for purchasing the iappgame.Enjoy and have fun [protected]@iappgame.com.Transaction ID 89798392.Whenever I got this message, then everytime Rs10 deducts.I didn't buy any game.I called the idea customer care, they were saying that I had purchased the game but fact is that I didn't buy any game.My no. is [protected].Idea customer care is saying again and again that I've bought the game.Thay are not providing the solution.They are not refunding my deducted amount.

                                Hello sir/mam,

                                I have port my number [protected] idea to airtel and i have discussed with idea office and told him to provide me the last bill. At the same time i was paided the 530 rs last billed amout of october month bill cycle is 7 oct to 7 nov. And idea connection i was used idea only 19 days and using the plan with 250rs mothly rental. I switched to idea to airtel 27 of november of those day bill amount has generated by idea cellular service 709 rs and he has ducted my security money 320 rs and i need to more 388 rs.

                                Please help me this billed amount is very high and i was not used anything extra of the plan. Please consider me request.

He as per company policy bill amount is fine. But we have only used 250 monthly rental plan. why we are 710rs only 19 day using of the month. I have recieved a notice from the court on 03/04. Please resolve it asap this concern.

                                I have received the notice from the D-408, Lawyers Chambers, Karkardooma Court, Delhi of this concern. Please help what i am doing for this. This is very too much from the idea cellular. Idea company has made extra charges in my bill as i have describe in my complaint and where idea is written, the charges will apply on the daily basis. Please help me asap.

                                    I have recharge of RS 164 of 1 GB data pack on 29 th oct'16 and again unknowingly have done 265 recharge of 1GB data pack on sameday so that i should have get 2 GB datapack but i have got only 1 Gb instead of 2 GB. they have cancelled my 164 data pack, while I've called customer support I got a irresponsible response that they don't have carry forward option so you will not get your recharge or pack back, so please help me on getting back of 1 GB data pack back again on my mobile.

                                      I am totally disappointed after talking with your customer representative regarding the extra charges for the conference call service.

                                      Presently i am using Rs.1499.00 plan. I could not doing conference call during the calling and same problem when i was discussed with u r customer care then they replied me need to be charge Rs 50.00 for the conference call service. Already I am paying Rs1499.00 then why you have asking separately Rs.50 extra charge for the conference call service and during the conference call automatically pulse rate is also dropping on it. it is not free call also after taking Rs50 separably for con-call.

                                      In my previous service provider was vodafone at that time vodafone did't applied any charge for the conference call but I did the portin into the idea in last month but after entering the idea i am not happy with service. If we are paying you the post paid any plan then why you charging for conference call service per month separate?

                                        Without my permission, Idea is deducting my balance from my postpaid account. I didn't buy any game even I cancelled the unauthorized asked installation. Then after few secs I got a message from 58010 that 'Thank you for using your IDEA mobile number[protected] for Rs.20.00 towards Fortumo Payments app on[protected]:02 PM. TXN id: 89652972. Please cntact [protected]@iappgame.com for any queries along with your TXN id.' I called the idea customer care, they were saying that I had purchased the game but fact is that I didn't buy any game. My no. is [protected]. Customer care not giving any solution. I want my money back. I request idea don't deduct the money from your customer in fraudulent manner.
                                        Resolve this issue and refund my amount. Unfortunately if no action taking place by Idea I have to withdraw this SIM.
