How to raise legal complaint on idea cellular
.. Iam facing issues from idea..
Iam also mailing to appellate authority but no response.

You people provided me wrong plan which was not selected by me. After a lot of calls with your customer care people and from managerial people, you people checked my call records and agree that mistake was from your side. You people promise me that to wave off my last month bill to 0 as I suffered entire last month with the bloody plan which you given. Idea cellular is cheating public by forcing them to stay with their postpaid plan, which costs monthly fee.in my case, my mobile usage per month is less than 10% of the monthly rental. When i talked to idea customer care, they told me i can change my postpaid to prepaid within one day. I had my postpaid number for about 45 days. I am being cheated by feature charges which the company didn't mentioned during the plan on my idea postpaid number [protected]. Its being 3 months and I got to know abt it during my detailed bill of this month. I had got a message to call on 53111 and get a 50 rs. rechrge at 2 rs per answer. they cut my balance again and again total 20 rs. I gave all answer correct but not a single rs they have rewarded. It is a case of fraud, a clear fraud where they take money from consumer and do not give award money. Please punish them strictly.
