My issue was that at idea store i was promised that i will get 199 plan benefits in Rs.149.00. 2ndly on October 18th i requested to idea helpline for internet. The executive said that i will get 300 mb full at Rs 98.00. I asked that will i get full 300 mb ..as 17 days are left in my bill cycle.
I complained so many times for waivers. 1st waiver of Rs 150.00 because my bill was come with charges of 199 instead of 149 (which was promised by idea store).
2nd waiver of Rs 98.00 as i got 170 mb .
Before 6 7 days i recieved a call from Idea Punjab higher official. He said that waiver of 150 INR has been generated you can pay bill. But no waiver is recieved.
I want to leave postpaid Idea...and will move to prepaid. But now thinking to port into Airtel.
How many complaints should i do. Every time you make me fool and again bill generates which i cannot afford. My mobile number is [protected]. Kanwarjit Singh

    I am currently overseas, I have reuested Idea cellular to stop serivces on my mobile and add the number to safe custody. but they are not responding. I am getting my postpaid bills every month but they are just without any use.
    I want all my refund till DEC 2016 from july 2016

      Hi,

      I, venkata anjan kumar is one of the customer of idea. I have a customer of mobile number [protected]. Actually i have paid excess amount to idea. After that i have permanently disconnected the number. I received mail from idea which is shown below that excess amount will be send in the form of cheque/dd. You are telling that you have send cheque on september19th but still now i didnt receive any cheque from you.

      I called you more 30 times and i even talked to supervisors all are helpless. I dont know to whom i want to contact even supervisors are helpless. You are testing my patience. You are using public money. I can claim on this.
      Please include the senior persons of supervisors also. I want to get back 840/- from idea.

      You are not able to solve this problem since 3 months think once you are.

      I want callback from you to this number:[protected].

      Please dont close this ticket prior to my satisfaction if you close then you are responsible. Finally they gave reference number c1-[protected] from supervisore. Its really shame that even supervisor also not able to solve problem.

      Just now i spoke to Ankush senior supervisor executive spoked very rudely and he is not even listening my concern also he braked my call in the middle He is telling this is disconnected number we wont refund the money back.
      I cant say how he spoke badly.To whom I have to approach regarding this i dont know.
      ICCF Please help on this issue. Idea is using public money There are not providing proper resolution.I have get back of 845/- from Idea.

      I am thinking to escalate to ccrc
      Again i received cal and they are informing me to go to idea centre which is 20 kms far away from my place to fill the form then you will get cheque within 45 days. How stupid this i have waited 4 months now when i have escalated to consumercomplaints again starting from begining process.

      Please adjust this amount to another mobile number which i am using [protected].
      This is also same postpaid with same owner as well.
      I need callback to [protected] to discuss on this.
      Thanks consumercomplaints. Hope problem will solve with you and without going to other cell.

        Dear sir i have take h postpaid connection of idea cellular company i choose 599 rental plan first bill generated by 15 days but mt rantal is full of months uses i called customer care but there is no solution for my problems, i was not pay my bill at 11/11/2016 and company bairried my outgoing calls at 17/112016. And today (17/11/2016) i pay my bill and company reactivate my services please returne me the 15 days rantal charges thats company not want to return thank you

            You people provided me wrong plan which was not selected by me. After a lot of calls with your customer care people and from managerial people, you people checked my call records and agree that mistake was from your side. You people promise me that to wave off my last month bill to 0 as I suffered entire last month with the bloody plan which you given. Again someone called and said we will negotiate your bill amount 1000 and remaining you should pay. What type of a drama of changing words you are playing with a customer. I am very frustrated about your service. Get the immediate action on this issue on priority. I don't want to pay a single rupee for the wrong plan which you people activated on my number. Bloody network and bloody customer care people. I am not free to call continuously for you people even for the mistake from your side. Get solve this issue soon. It will be better for you people. Resolve and send acknowledgement.

            What was the solution provided? Managers of Idea cellular assured me to make my bill 0 because of wrong plan activation on my number. But out of 2000 bill I got 1000 wave off. I am not ready pay the rest amount for the mistake from your end. Instead of regret from Idea cellular I have received legal notice to my respective gmail account. It is not fair to do this kind of action. Hope this should be my message for asking you to take necessary action on this issue.
            Am receiving harassing calls from [protected] and calling my family members and relatives regarding non payment of [protected], 628₹ and he's telling I have to pay 23000₹ in Delhi high court but I paid the bill 2 year back and am not using that number.. please check and do the needful ASAP

                I have recently got my number [protected] ported from Vodafone to Idea postpaid on the request of the sales executive from Idea( Mrs. Kajal Sharma- [protected]).
                My phone was ported without a sim card being issued from the company, and I had to visit the idea store to fetch the sim card my self and activate.

                Forgery:- While obtaining the sim card I came to know the following the procedures that were not followed during my portation process

                1. No signatures were taken form me on any form, and my choice of plan was not asked .

                2. Their was no receiving given to me after the background verification.

                After my number is activated I have been provided with a INR 599/month rental plan without my consent, whereas I had requested for a INR 199/month rental plan

                Also, the customer care and sales office are denying to change the existing plan for me.

                It has been very harassing, and complete misuse of the trust we show on basis of the good company name.

                Please take action, and bring justice as soon as possible

                  I'm using idea sim card number [protected] since march 2016. I got one message "your connection would be barred within 48 hrs as per TRAI guidelines due to promotional activities done from your number without telemarketers registration"
                  But actually i did't used my sim card for any promotional activities. everyday i will sent some sms to my friends and relatives. i don't even call often. without any intimation i got this message. i don't want to lose my number. kindly help me. Thank u so much...

                    I kanwarjit singh mobile number [protected]. Was promised for waiver of 150 inr approximately 10 days before. Because i complained at this website. Still i am waiting for my money back so that i can pay my bill before last date which is 20th november 2016. I recieved a call and he was higher officer of idea and he promised for waiver within 24 hours. What is this i am asking.. I don't need idea. I want to choose another company. But idea company every time make my bill and make me fool.. This time they gone too far.

                      Already i have blocked the sim - [protected] on 07th October 2016. Since, it is blocked sim, i dint made the payment of previous bill of Rs. 265.

                      But, an amount of Rs. 534 is charged against data on this month. How the blocked sim can levy charges for unused data?

                      I am ready to pay the bill of previos month, but not for unsed services. Kindly check with your ssystem and revert back immediately on [protected].

                      One associate called today and said it is the data usage charges from 15th October 2016 to 07th October 2016. It is to be noted that the bill is generated on 15th Sep 2016 and 15th October 2016 and i was blocked the sim on 07th October 2016 and hence bill generated on 15th october 2016 is the last bill.Charges levied fpor period from 15th October 2016 to 15th November 2016 is unused bills.

                      Yesterday also, one customer officer called me and said will check the bill status and revert back.

                      It is to be noted that, my bill has been generated in every month(15th of every month). Since, i had disconnected my number([protected]) on 7th October 2016, the generated bill on 15th Oct 2016 is the last bill.

                      Why the bill generated on 15th November 2016 on disconnected sim ? I want explanation on this regard.

                      The rest amount, i.e Rs. 531 is not paid yet.

                      Because my sim was discontinued the services from 07th October 2016. Since my billing date was 15th October 2016, i paid the bills till 15th October 2016.

                      For the rest amount ; ie billed from October 2016 onward, I am not responsible for the same.For the discontinued time period, why the bill is generated? I have paid all the bills till oct 2016.

                      Kindly check with your billing status and intimate accordingly.

                      Please note that, this issues was already put in consumer forum also. One lady replied from your end and told that she will check with the status and update me. But, till no reply has given.

                      Today i called customer care. They are saying no complaint is registered so far and today they registered compliant and complaint number given is C1-88655580098.

                      When i asked for bill details, customer officer said, bill generated is for the period from 15-22 nd october 2016, the bill is for data used and that too is for 12 GB.

                      Kindly note that, my services towards this number was already become inactive on 07th October 2016. After that, there was no range over pohhone. Then my question is how the bill generated?

                        I have purchased the Idea WI-FI hot spot two months ago from a sales executive.I have received the bill amount for the month of October.when i looked into my bill i got shocked.Actually my plan is RS. 2250(it included with the amount of purchased wifi hot spot) means for first months i have to pay only up to 785(Taxes included) after 9 months i have to RS.985(Taxes included).this is what that sales executive has told me.but what actually happened they have billed me for this month only as RS.1176.92 even though i have spent only 10.1 GB out of 20 GB for allotted data quotient .this is really frustrating.I was unable to use the internet for past 10 days also.I raised several complaints to Idea customer care but there is no immediate action taken place and i would tell one important thing idea customer care service is very very worst.they are not responding properly on my request and one more thing is i have asked for the bill for which i have purchased Wi-Fi hot spot.For that there is no response from the sales executive as well from Idea team till now.

                          Hi, i am illegally cheated from last monthly bills by additional feature charges on i plan booster packs with additional internet data. I already requested to de-activate the plan but it is not closed till now and charges added in my bill.in oct-2016, i requested to upgrade my data plan, requested accepted and charges added in bill also but feature was not enabled so above uses on initial plan data limit, huge charges of overuse data was also added in the bill., that’s was clear cheat & scam.                             One thing is clear that idea is the top most worst telecom company.

                                Idea cellular is cheating public by forcing them to stay with their postpaid plan, which costs monthly fee.in my case, my mobile usage per month is less than 10% of the monthly rental. When i talked to idea customer care, they told me i can change my postpaid to prepaid within one day. I had my postpaid number for about 45 days. Idea customer care said there is no minimum waiting period to change from postpaid to prepaid. I took my mobile phone to idea store on 5th cross malleswaram bangalore, and requested them to change it. But the person there said i must wait for 90 days before i can change. Idea customer says one thing anmd their workers in their branches say something else. One of them must be lying, with the sole intention of cheating me. I request that this practice of idea which is unethical and immoral should be stopped and the customers must be helped

                                      I did not get the data pack for which i paid and what i got i do not understand what is this you can see that in 2nd image attached.
