I have changed my number from post-paid to prepaid since last 3 days and I have done all my pending billing for this month also but I am unable to place call or activate my sim due to no network available.
Please let me know when the new sim will get network.
As my works are getting delayed, Please help me in getting it resolved as soon as possible.

    Hi Sir,

    My brother is getting continuous calls from[protected].
    On 19th October 2016 the person introduced as URMILA (female) and started abusing and threatening.When we searched in true caller the number is showing VIKAS as owner.After that incident my brother got many calls but my brother didn't responded.He is very much upset as he is getting continuous calls.
    Please help us to resolve the issue .

      Dear Sir/Madam,

      I am feeling very much sorry that Idea too is making fool of its customers in the name of VAS .
      My mobile no is [protected].On Sept.4/2016 there was a message on this no that WICRO-FUNZ MIX could not be activated due to insufficient balance. I should let you that I had not activated any such services .
      On Sept.6/2016 the above mentioned service has been activated at 12:32 pm @Rs.5/1day and speaking to your customer care executive it was deactivated at 10:20 pm.

      Again on Oct.9/2016 there was a message on this no that it has been requested for ZEEN BOLLYWOOD MASTI at 5:58 pm and immediately it gets activated and Rs.50 is deducted form account .
      I again spoke to so called customer care executive on Oct.11/2016 at the cost of 50 paise/3 mins and very clearly told him to deactivate it and I have no interest on such VAS any further in future.I got a Request No-1-[protected] that issue has been resolved.

      Again on Oct.18/2016, there was a message that the subscription ZEEN BOLLYWOOD MASTI will be renewed and on Oct.19/2016 the subscription gets renewed @ Rs.25/ for 5 days.

      On Oct.20/2016 at 2:30 pm, I spoke to Mr. Nabin (so called customer care executive ) on this matter and then the call got transferred to Ms. Reshma but there was no fruitful solution to my problem.
      Hope some solutions come out from this forum and IDEA stops using such type of fraud activities.

        Dear sir,
        My name is sudhir dwivedi and my mobile no is [protected]. I am an idea user from last 3 years. This month i got the bill of 5700 when i talked to customer support executive he is saying u have changed your bill plan in mid month thats why we are charging prorated data charges of rs 3700. Is it a some kind of joke. Every time only idea does that. No other company fined their customers that much only for changing their plan.
        This is second time you guys has done the same.
        I request you to please reduce my prorated data charges and resend correct bill. Otherwise i am not going to pay the bill and this is i will switch to another service provider.

              Today i recharged my no [protected] with 249 rupees but i only get 2.5 gb data instead of 4gb. my mobile is 4g enabled & my sim is 4g. i checked my data balance by dialing *125#. i have taken a screenshot of the offer & i am sharing it. please help idea is causing so much problems they are just trying to rob us by giving fake offers. this is last time i em complaining next i will port to other network. please help me...

                The my cell number [protected] was deducted rs.75/- for a renewal charge of zeen bollywood masti a vas service which we've never used. We've called the customer care and they said, this service was activated on oct 5th 8:43:50 pm. The service was activated without our prior knowledge and we've never used this and also got renewed. When we requested for refund of this money, they rejected the request and didn't even raise a complaint. They said, they'll not raise a compalint and will also not refund the money. Please help us to get the money back from idea cellular.

                  Dearest people,

                  I am having worst nightmare having bought an idea postpaid sim card.
                  They never informed that we can surrender the sim only 3 months after buying. It sucks because the the person who sold it must have informed. I saw such a lazy ï dont care attitude even while buying at the west tambaram branch. Now 3 months are over.. Even now they are accepting me to surrender. Apparently i hav to pay the next month bill and meet them on only... Only on 15th of the month. What the hell? I am supposed to take leave and go and surrender it!!
                  Idea is the worst mobile service ever. Please dont go for it.

                    I am bhismadev patel with new mob no [protected]. yesterday, i have bought this sim from idea store located near shirvane at a cost of rs110. after visiting 4 times to the same store i got the sim on the 4th day due to some server problem and staf[censored]navailability. i had submitted my voter id, pan, one passport photo, local address and local verification mob no. today i had called for document verification and found that my documents are totally mismatches. they suggested me to visit nearest office and again i had visited same office and explain the issue but no positive result found.

                      I am using an idea post-paid connection mobile no [protected]. i have already paid my due bills of 740 of[protected] by paytm. even i was not using that mobile number since last 2 months they closed my connection still i paid there whole bill. today i received a call from mobile no [protected] from idea regarding the bill i said that i already paid your bill.
                      After that he started abusing language and threatening me, his name is amit, he said that i am in noida and i will come at your home to beat you and i will call to your dialled number and will abuse them. i do have all recording in my phone.
                      My concern is that how can they called me even after i made the successful payment.
                      I am very disappointed with idea cellular company.
                      Kindly look into the issue and i want a genuine action against this or i need to escalate this to idea cellular senior management.

                        Recently i lost my phone, on that phone i am using idea cellular network, i have to take a new sim cord, when i was went to nearest idea store, they told to me i have to pay 100 rs for that sim cord replacement. why should i wanna pay that amount, becuase i am a idea user, if i lost my phone, again i am get back about your service, at least idea customer service don't have minumum common sence, if i want to pay that amount to them, why should i don't wanna go any other network providers(airtel). idea stores are robbing money from customers.
                        and also on that stores that idea service people are behaves too rude.

                          Dear concern i checked with my shopkeeper abt internet recharge i saw an offer of Rs 135/- in that its showing 1 GB 2 G data in day & 1 GB 2 G data in night for 28 days but when i recharged the same 135 Rs than i only got 750 MB for only 14 days its really very shocking n cheating with customer so plz look into this matter and give me possitive response. ... thanks karunesh sharma Mob No [protected]

                            My Aunty is using Idea SIM for MnG circle [protected] since long time.
                            Now she is on National roaming at North India.
                            I tried to search roamfree recharge online for an hour, but i failed to get it so called customer care [protected], from [protected] but the attendant was a very rude person, i was asking to help regarding the same (roamfree national) recharge online, but worst scenario is that i was explaining him the options on screen (care.ideacellular.com) but he was explaining me to put the recharge amount, (actually i am not able to get that window), & he was not able to guide properly, he just keep on explaining to visit nearest store etc. He was not ready to listen to me & he dropped the call (although i was not abusing him).
                            I'm very upset by this way of service.

                              This is a cheating company, they activated unwanted jock service in my mobile without my permission, sms came from 53131 i called first then asked them to deactivate service n told to get back my money, they told not possible, and they told i send sms 4 times to this number for activation, i dont send sms even one time, after give complaint they deactivated, again after two days they activated same service again deducting my money, , its better to port number to any other service provider my number is -[protected]

                                On 29.09.16 I have recharge Rs.148. for internet & almost i used 600mb left 400mb they grab my data on 14.10.16 & also with 40rupees balance, I called them about this, they said it was some technical error.It will refund within 48hours, , I waited till 16.10.16 it was not happened & again call them, they said it will update today evening & also it was update and again i call them, they replied the day was not over it will update today night before 12am.I saw my mobile there is no update on it & again i called 17.10.16 morning they said now only i registered your complaint it will update u at 3pm, After that 3pm i called to customer care they pick & said your refund is still on process, So kindly wait it will update within 17hours.I shouted them to don't grab our money with your smart work, they repeatedly said it will update within 17hours, So i don't know why these people's are doing fraud things, For this idea going very fraud thing in open market.

                                    I am Vasanthkumar i had using an Idea No [protected] since 2 years.
                                    The Saturday October 15th[protected] the main a/c balance was Rs 25/- or something. I had check the balance in Sunday evening, I had shocked, the balance shows only Rs 4/-, why it happened? I had not called for any number for Saturday and Sunday, why it cut main account balance? The message comes my Idea No [protected], subscribe for game. I had not subscribed the game. I had no time for playing a game. Kindly what amount was cutting the main a/c balance, kindly add for the same.
                                    Kindly send me a outgoing calls list on[protected] to[protected].
                                    And one more thing Every time i am calling the other net works calls jumps 1 second or more. For example, I had talking 20 seconds and it shows 21 seconds, why every time call jumps 1 second (ie 21 seconds)?

                                      My service number is [protected] and my name is Vasudevan K.G. I have been using the Idea 4G data connection for the past 2 months. With promise o[censored]pto 20 GB usage each month, the connection speed for the above referred service number is pathetic and frustrating. I had complained to Idea about this last month and the service was improved for a week and its back to pathetic speed once again. With so much claims of great speed connection in the advertisements, the actual performance and the service is pathetic.

                                      Right from the day one of purchasing the new dongle and having re loaded the Alcatel dongle many times still i have not been able to access the home page of Idea 4G network or change password etc.
