Dear Sir,
I have taken New Idea Postpaid sim, my number is [protected], at time of taking the sim i'm asked about my bill date, person said ask to customer care they will give the date, you change the what you required, they given 21st, i'm asked for 1 or 4, they told me it's available we will change it and please contact Idea office, they are said we con't change. than i called customer care they said send a mail we will change. They given a replay we can't change, than i asked the customer care why you are said we will change the date..? than he said that i'am raising a request against you please contact Idea office and call us, we talk with office persons and we will change it. know they are saying we can't change it. i'm facing problem regarding this. they totally given wrong information . please help me on this, i need to change my bill cycle date to 1st or 4th.
