Respected Sir/ Madam,

This is to make your kind consideration that I am using the no. [protected] from last 3-4 years. My Bill cycle is 25th of a month to 24th of next month. But due to some bill problems i get mentally harassed by the company for more than 2 weeks and then even after the problem has not been solved.
Mentioning the problem below.
1. On August 25, 2016 I got to know from my bill that some pack is ACTIVATED on my number which is UNLIMITED 3G (Rs. 299/-) on 24 July, 2016 as their is no intimation given to me for the same.
2. I immediately called 198 for the deactivation of such pack and adjustment of such in the bill (as due to unawareness of the pack, I haven't used it once in such duration).
3. The bill got edited after few days from the company itself and I got a weaver of Rs. 342/- (Rs. 299/- + service tax)around from the company.
4. When again I saw my next bill on 25 September, 2016, the same amount is again included in my bill. I made another call of complaint on 198 but from 9th October, 2016 till 15th my complaint has not been registered and after that the complaint (Complaint No. C1-[protected]) has been registered I got a message that, if I Dont pay the bill my outgoing calls will be barred.
This message really painful for me as I already made the complaint and the solution delay is from the company itself not from my side.
Now from 24th October my outgoing calls are barred and on 25th October, 2016, I got a call from the company that they are not going to deduct the same amount again from the bill, which has made me hurt very much. I am very depressed as according to my calculation the as asking me to pay Rs. 444/- around which in actuality I don't have to pay.

Sir/Madam, this is really a shear infringement on the Customer rights and a matter of harassment of a customer.
So I request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful for the same.

    My name is rajkumar gosai and this complaint is regarding my idea postpaid sim. Due to uncessary billing i stopped the usage of my idea number in march 2016. My monthly rental plan was for 300 rs but they unnecessarily charged me 2650 rs for the month of feb and when i asked the customer care to providee the details, they simply ignored and said that you have used our services and you will have to pay. I paid the amount although it was not my fault and blocked that card. Buy on the very next month they send me bill of rs 900 claiming that i have exceeded the paln provided by the company. I had a word with customer care number of times and asked them to check the liability of the bill and finally after several call they reverted their bill.in the month of july i visited idea vendor at infosys pune phase 2 and asked him to block my card as i was unhappy with their services, he asked me to call on a number and tell the person on the other side to block the card and it will be blocked. I followed the procedure., but after 2 months, now i am receiving legal notices from company stating that your idea bill is rs 1707 and if it's not paid within 2 days a legal action will be taken. On contacting customer care, they told that your sim is still active and you will have to pay the bill. Now i am not getting that why should i pay if i had followed the procedure i was asked to for blocking my card but then too its not blocked. Its completely not my fault. And rs 1707 bill for what? I haven't used any of their services (Not a single call, nor any data used) from the idea number. I think they are trying to loot people on the name of postpaid sim. And people like us who are employed as well as taking on their higher studies, due ot lack of time, are forced to pay such irrelevant bills. And there are many people like me who are facing the similar issue with idea post paid sim. I urge you to please take strong action against such malpractices and punish such companies for this fraud.

      This is second time i am complaining in one week, already this cheating company took my money two times, earlier, all 2 times i called customer care n told to deactivate services n told to stop all sms or other activities, yesterday again activated same service without permission, sending unwanted sms n deducting 3 rs per sms, 18 rs again i lost, whenever i recharge they will take full money n sending some joke sms, all the time account become zero, this is worlds no 1 cheating company, please kindly all the customers port your number to any other company, how to trust a company like this -[protected]

        I have very bad experience with idea customers care, still i have not received any update, will that going to activate this number [protected] or not, it's almost 1.5 months over and i have contacted to reliance also they told we have already process your porting request and it's pending idea.

        This is just informed to other user who want to buy or switch to idea. I request all people don't switch or port to idea network. It's one of worst network provider in india.

          There was a incorrect balance deduction of 135+ rupees from my idea prepaid mobile# [protected] on 22st october and i raised a complaint on the same with complaint no.[protected] and even after 2 working days my amount is not refunded and at present my balance is 0.00 rupees and due to which i am not able to do outgoing call not i am not able to receive any incoming calls when i was in roaming.

          Each time when i call customer care they are just telling lies that your problem will be resolved within 24 hours, but it didn't happened.

          Kindly take necessary actions on this and please make sure these kind of problems should not repeat.

            Don't buy idea postpaid card.

            My last bill they charge extra 1100rs of 270MB extra net use. My credit I tell during connection are 600rs. How its possible.
            Change credit limit up to 2000 without inform
            And charge 1100 rs for 270MB 3g net
            My bill plan of 500 they charge 1830 Rs bill. No satisfaction answer of idea care.

            Customer already keep credit limit 600 rd they change without taking permission of customer
            Up to 2000, and give 1 month bill of 1830rs.

            Idea postpaid chit to customer by exra bill
            Extra download link problem.
            Idea care not supported to customer.
            Extra packs charge any time without customer inform.
            3g net speed are too slow, I compare its same as airtel 2g.

              Hi,

              This is to bring to your notice that my bill is pending with Idea cellular for my telephone no [protected]. I am willing to settle for a mutually agreeable amount, post which, I would like to discontinue my number.

              It is requested that you please treat this email as a disconnection request. I would request your recovery agency to stop calling my friends and colleagues as they have nothing to do with this.

              I would be unable to make the entire payment at one go due to pressing financial issues and I hope that you treat it as such. I have been paying all my dues since the last 10 years that I have been using this number. But I can't anymore due to my dwindling financial condition. All I am requesting is some time and an amount which I can pay as part of final settlement.

                Hi,

                Today I did recharge of rs 50 in mail balance of IDEA but all money got deducted with 5 minutes, i got msg about activation of 3 services, these IDEA peoples are cheating customers automatically money gets deduct, I tried to customer care but no one is picking call, These peoples are fraud they make money by deductions from our account. In Pune there is no network for 4G and they have given recharge option for 4G recharge.
                Please look in to this I haven't started any VALUE ADDED SERVICES but IDEA deducted 47rs.

                  I got email from Idea for some outstanding payment against my account : '[protected]'. I had requested to disconnect this account 30th January 2016 and ticket number for the same is 'TCT[protected]'.

                  However they did not disconnect it and gave me a bill for February month even though I did not use any services as I have been relocated from that place. I called customer care and requested to provide me usage for the bill however I did not get any response, I even sent email to '[protected]@idea.adityabirla.com' to let me know details regarding my usage but no response.
                  Finally I assumed that someone staying at my old address might have used internet till it got disconnected. As mentioned in the email from Idea I called representative and made my due payment on '23-Oct-2016', transaction ID for the same is 'HCMP[protected]'.
                  Representative said I will get my receipt soon however there is no response after that and representative is not even picking my call. I called Idea customer care to check if my payment is reflecting against my account and cleared the outstanding but outstanding is still reflecting against my account. Call center representative asked me to send email to '[protected]@idea.adityabirla.com' along with transaction id. I did the same still there is no response.

                  Very disappointed by the wrong bill they have generated against my account and overall unprofessional services.

                  In this particular area the consumers are not able to make calls or receive calls from their mobiles for last four days. The mobiles are showing full networks. In this area only this area are not gating the services.

                    I got an SMS stating that I have been deducted 75 Rs for subscribing Shooting Stars, in fact I don't know what is that even. When I contacted customer care they are telling that I have activated and have to use it. Now I came to conclusion that not to keep main balance above 50Rs. Maybe after finishing balance I discard.

                      I Recharged for ₹ 500 full talk time. According to the offer I should get balance of ₹ 525 but didn't get if. In 121 also I didn't get deductions. This is cheating customer. I get charged for one sms 2 or 3 times. I don't know why the deduct at all or when they do deductions but my balance get deducted. I am a customer from many years but not rectifying the problem. My no [protected]. Solve my problem get my balance back. See to it they solve my problem. I am loosing money from idea.

                        On 1 october i raised a complaint about idea that bill paid twice but amout of extra bill payed is not refunded .idea customer asked me to email for any concern, but even if i emailed they are not replying or done any further procedure for refund of money.

                        Transaction ID : HHMP[protected] Transaction Date and Time : 01­10­2016 21:06:56 Transaction Amount : Rs. 307.00 amount deducted from bank HDFC account but bill not payed.nor refunded.it was showing as idea bill desk and only the transaction detais were required which i i given and bill payment receipt got but bill not payed.kindly solve the problem.i have made transactions of my mobon the given date but the payment deducted

                          Idea cellular is deducting RS.0.010 repeatedly from my main balance without using data, even the deduction message itself is showing that the data usage is 0.00 MB. When we contacted the customer care executives, they are arrogant to say that even if we are not using any data, they will deduct RS. 0.010 because we switch on the mobile data. We assured that we didn't switch on the mobile data and is clear from the message that we used 0.00 MB. It is not a matter of RS. 0.010, but ur executives are not able to give us a clear reply and they are not ready to look into the matter, even they are not ready to lodge a complaint regarding this issue.

                            When V called ur Cus care, they were so irresponsible and telling that we are using mobile data, everytime just for 10 paise.We are 100% sure that we were not using it. One more finding they did is it is because of phones we are using.we found it with two different idea numbers we are using with 2 different mobile brands( Samsung and Mi). When we are calling for some assistance, u showed how irresponsible ur customer care executives are. We are compelled to port this idea service with some other providers.

                              I have idea connection last 16 years.

                              Last week my net was closed..without asking..me...when i called customer the mohit told that you have exceed your limit you need to take the pack...of 250

                              According to pack if i my limit exceed they will charge normal charges.
                              When i am rwady to give...what is the issue

                              At night when i got down from the trainn i was helpless i was not able to book the cap online

                              Why was notcinformed about...how can u block someone net.

                                My account balance has been deducted by 50 Rs for some Music 360 service even though i did nothing to activate the same. I sent no request to activate the service. They sent me a message that they have received "my" request for the service. When i talked to customer care, the guy was rude and evasive and said i must have sent the request. This feels like open thuggery to me.

                                    I need to reverse my recharge of 225 for idea prepaid transaction through Paytm mobile app for the Paytm cash transaction no. [protected]

                                    Idea company says that Paytm should direct them in case any recharge has been made through them.Normally the amount gets reversed if a recharge has been done wrongfully.So why does app driven recharge not allow the same.I need the money refunded as soon as possible.                                       I have taken New Idea Postpaid sim, my number is [protected], at time of taking the sim i'm asked about my bill date, person said ask to customer care they will give the date, you change the what you required, they given 21st, i'm asked for 1 or 4, they told me it's available we will change it and please contact Idea office, they are said we con't change. than i called customer care they said send a mail we will change.                                         Sir, [protected] is the number who is calling me three times. He says he is Rahul but i don't know any Rahul. He says he know me and saw my photos. He pressuries me for friendship. But i don't know him and not interested in all this. I am a simple housewife. Please take action against this.
